... getting home from church and realizing that your 2 year old isn't wearing underwear. Today was a bad day to have him wear pants that are too big in the waist.

MY BABY IS WALKING
It's official. My baby, my last baby, is walking. It was a little sad and incredibly sweet to witness our last first steps. Wow. I am entering a whole new phase of my life. It makes me happy. It makes me sad. Tyke melts my heart.

me: He is.
elle: Uhm... no. He's not.
me: I promise he is.
elle: Yeah- I know lots of black people, and he's not black.
pyper: He? That's a man?
