Evans Family Escapades

Santa gave us a SURPRISE visit! Everyone sat on his lap and promised that they had been good all year! Not sure he believed all of us though!

We had a fun time visiting with Santa and Prancer Jr. He is the grandson of the original Prancer that is in all the movies. It was a big step for Asey, McKenna, and Kristi!!! Asey didn't like him at first but gave him a hug before we left. Both McKenna & Kristi sat on his lap for the first time without crying!

McKenna really enjoyed being in the Nutcracker this year! I think dance may be her thing, much to her dad's dismay! He really likes all the sporting events!

Jessica successfully completed her D.A.R.E. Program at school. It is Drug Abuse Resistance Education. Maybe Brad should have taken this course! (Just Kidding Brad!)

WOW! I couldn't decide on pictures of my 6 yr. old. I'm not sure how Julie narrowed it down for Jenni! I can't believe how fast they grow! My baby is 6!!!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch with Natalie & Sydney. Poor Sydney, we were taking her picture in a big pile of pumkins and she fell off and bonked her head! Grandma and Grandpa really had fun! We think Papa might have made a few new friends!

Here are a few pictures from the St. George Marathon. Both boys did really well and beat their times from last year. Kristopher ran it in 3hr. 46 min and took 3rd place in his age division. Roger ran it in 4hr. 2 min. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!

I wish all kids could be this excited for school! Her first day was just an orientation, and she was a bit disappointed to have to only be there for a short time, but in the 30 minutes she was there, she memorized her Sept. Poem to pass off!

She was actually excited to go to school this year to see all the friends that she misses during the summer!

I think I am glad that freshman don't go to High School in Utah! I'm not old enough to have a child in High School!

McKenna finally lost her 1st tooth while we were camping over Labor Day week-end. The Tooth Fairy left her $5.00!!!

Roger and Kristopher ran in the 1st Annual Steven M. Williams 5K race!
