random sampler

This picture is from our first outing to a restaurant with Josh's brother and sister-in-law Jerret and Tara. Michael's cousin Harmon is 17 months. The two of them are pretty much the stars of the show at any family outing.

This is another picture from J.J.'s visit. Because of all the wind and rain we've had lately, there has been a lot of looking out the front window. Mikey did not love Josh spraying the window with the hose, but otherwise - anything outside is extremely fascinating.

Grandma held Michael while he drank his bottle and he sat so nice for her. By the time I got the camera out, he was squirming and trying to get away.

New things

Sorry its been so long since I've posted. The days seem to fly by. Michael's foster mom got an emergency placement of a toddler girl so she's back to wrestling with two babies. She called to see if we could babysit J.J. so she could get to a doctor's appointment. Michael and J.J. had fun playing together. Now that they're both more mobile, they can actually follow each other around the house looking for trouble. Josh has been working nights this week so he was there to help. Here are a couple of cute videos from today.

I wasn't sure how Michael would react to J.J. being in his highchair, but they both thought it was hilarious.

Finally, our piano has someone to play it...

I'm going to add some of the photos we took too.

All Dressed Up

This is Michael and Dad before church. The shirt is a little big, but looked cute before Michael started drooling down it. By the end of church he looked like a sweaty salesman. (A cute sweaty salesman)

Hawaii again and Michael

I thought I would catch up on Hawaii with a few pictures from the rest of our trip.

Place of Refuge - They had gorgeous palm trees and rocks that you could travel across when the tide wasn't too high. The sea turtles and crabs like to hang out there too.

Do to the numerous newborns on my side of the family and flu/chickenpox/colds (in that order) at our house, only Dave and Julie have seen Michael so far. Michael loves other kids and he just thought he was one of the boys playing in the basement with Seth and Isaac.
This is my favorite picture so far. Michael decided hitching a ride on the back of Isaac would be more fun than crawling through himself.
