I am married to my best friend of 14 years who is not only an amazing partner, but an exceptional father to our three fun-loving, active, adorable, and silly little boys. With all the testosterone in our house, life can get a little crazy around here, but I thank God for it because I wouldn't be that same without it. This blog is a way for me to remember each stage of our life and keep my family and friends updated on our growing boys!
Crosby has been taking a few steps just in the last week! Last week at my parents house, he took his first couple of steps just out of nowhere. Everday day since, he tries more and more. His most yet is 16! This is video from Sunday. He usually claps for himself when he is finished, so proud of his accomplishment!
The end of another school year, and now Wade and I have a 3rd grader!! I just can't believe it! Carson had such a great year in second grade. He (and we) LOVED his teacher this past year, Mrs. Brown. She is an awesome, awesome teacher! Carson ended every day on green (which is great) this year. Well, there was only 1 day in the beginning of the school year where he ended on blue (which means "warning"). He learned a lot and made some new, good friends. We will really miss Mrs. Brown next year. Here they are on Field Day the day before the last day of school.
We had an end of the year school party for Carson and 7 of his friends from school last Saturday. The boys had a great time and were already asking us if we were do this again next year!

I am so behind on blogging, but now the school is out, I am hoping to get caught up this week! For Crosby's birthday, we had chocolate cupcakes and man did he LOVE those! He practically had a permanent smile on his face once that chocolate hit his tongue! He was a little fussy right before it was time for cupcakes, but once he ate it - he was instantly happy and all giggles. Should've started with cupcakes, then lunch after! It was so fun to watch him enjoy his first cupcake!
What a mess, but oh so good! After this, we headed straight for the bathtub!
Crosby is now one! unbelievable! A few things about our third boy:
-loves table food and can way out eat his brothers. Loves all fruit except watermelon so far.
-wears size 4 diapers, but quickly moving into 5's I think.
-wears 18 month clothes now
-has 8 teeth with a molar coming in as we speak
-loves his walker
-can stand alone, but not walking yet
-loves people and will wave and smile at anyone!
-is a major daddy's boy right now
-loves going outside and will cry if he sees you take one foot outside without him
-loves to take Cal's clothes out of his drawers
-loves to get into drawers
-loves to attack whatever toys his brothers are playing with!
Our little man turned one year old today! It was so nice and hot here today that after school and dinner, we went swimming. First I just let Crosby dip his feet in, which he loved instantly and began kicking and splashing and laughing! Then Wade dipped him in (see below) and he loved that. So, of course, not even a nanosecond later, we had his clothes off and he was buck naked in the pool! I would've put his swim diaper on, but he was only going to be in for a few minutes because it was getting late and he was starting to rub his eyes, which means night night time! Crosby LOVED the pool though and cried when he had to get out! Should make for a fun summer though! More to come on his 1st birthday....Happy Birthday sweet Crosby!
