Basketball

Reagan had another game Saturday morning, again they lost by one basket. She had another good game and I didn't get any pictures of her with her fingers in her mouth. She likes basketball so much even when she is not at practice we have to go to Nana's to practice. She even gave up her allowance ($5) to play after church for an hour the other night. She is addicted.

You remember that I said Reagan was really playing well but..... I did catch her with her fingers in her mouth. It's a really good picture except for the fingers. I asked her about it and she said that she didn't remember anything about having her fingers in her mouth. She said that she guessed she was nervous.

I finally got a picture of them together. They enjoyed posing for the picture. It was one of the times they weren't fighting. These times are few and far between.

Chaos

There are not enough hours in the day for two active kids. Reagan did really well at her first basketball game and as soon as I bring the camera in the house I will post some pictures. She was aggressive and even stole the ball. She was a little confused about when she was on defense and when she was on offense but she looked to see who was dribbling. They lost by one basket but they all did really well. Reese had another track meet on Thursday but he did not place this time. He still did a dance at the end because he didn't let the guy behind him catch up. They are both tired and think their schedules are too busy. They just want to sit at home for awhile. However, Reagan has another basketball game in the morning so off we go.

Track

Reese came in third at his last track meet in Silverton. He says that he has one pace. He starts and finishes at the same speed. I think that he picked it up for this race. He runs the 24 hundred (this is the second race) and the 16 hundred ( this is the second to last race). They want to make sure that we stay for the whole meet. Reagan thinks that it's interesting because she plans to be a track star. We walk around and watch all of the events. Sometimes Reese knows who we are and sometimes he ignores us. He is a teenager after all.

This is a wonderful picture of Reagan. I have found that we don't have any pictures of the whole family anywhere on the computer so I will be taking more pictures very soon. Reese is running track and Reagan is starting Junior Basketball tomorrow.

A Day Off

It's Easter weekend and the kids are gone to their mother's house. Jon is irrigating, so he doesn't have much time at home right now. I have some time to myself and I am going to catch up on house cleaning and basketball. March madness has sucked me in. I have to cheer Duke on. I also have a new dog named Lucky that requires attention. He is only 7 months old and thinks he should be played with constantly.

We went on a date as teenagers and 16 years later got married. I guess it worked out well. This is the first picture taken of us as couple (before we got married).
