Riley lines things up like this ALL the time. This time he found my music note flash cards and organized them. If only he was this neat with his toys and room! I guess I'm wrong about being O.C.D.!

So, I was playing with my camera in the car the other day and found out that it takes pictures in Sepia and Black & White! Why did I never play with my camera before!? Anyway, heres a few pictures of a couple of cuties! Enjoy!

Have you ever seen anything cuter!?! Reagan is the funnest baby ever. She makes us smile all the time, she has the cutest personality!

One of Randy's favorite new toys is the plow for his 4-wheeler, it's Riley's favorite too! They clean off our driveway and a few others in our neighborhood too, mostly because it's fun!

Wow, all of that anticipation and it's over already! What a fun and super busy day, though. We found out that 2 year olds don't need THAT many presents, by the last 4 or 5 presents Riley wouldn't even open them anymore! He wanted to play with the ones he had already opened but they just kept coming, and not just in the morning either! Every Grandparent he saw had more and more presents to open! It was fun and he got the opening presents down pat. Randy taught Riley to punch a hole in the wrapping paper so that he could open it easier but didn't explain that it didn't work on flat surfaces or square boxes so someone gave Riley a book that was wrapped and he started punching it, it was pretty funny.

how long did you date? Almost 5 years! If you count the mission, of course!

who eats more? Randy eats more. Which makes me bitter because he's a whopping 20 pounds and eats anything anytime and I LOOK at food and have to go work it off!

who said 'I love you' first? Sorry but I don't remember! Is that horrible or what! Give me a break, that was almost 10 years ago!

who is taller? It's close...HA! Randy's 6'2, I'm 5'2. You figure it out.

who sings better? I sing more, but Randy actually has a really good voice!

who is smarter? Randy, for sure. My answer will always be, "Go ask your Dad" once our kids start the homework questions. Unless it's easy Algebra, I probably won't know the answer!

who does the laundry? Me...ALWAYS!

who does the dishes? Again me...ALWAYS! Ok, he helps sometimes but most of the time, me.

who pays the bills? Randy pays all of the bills! Thanks for that babe!

who mows the lawn? Randy and Riley mow the lawn. Riley's mower blows bubbles! Very impressive.

who cooks dinner? I cook dinner...most of the time.

who drives when you are together? Randy always drive when we're together. He thinks it's weird if I drive when he's in the car too, that's the man's job I guess. And I don't mind...I'm a horrible back-seat driver though.

who is more stubborn? Me for sure. He'll say sorry for anything just to get a stupid argument over with. What a good guy!

who kissed who first? He kissed me first.

who asked who out first? He held my hand and flirted with me all night...and I still had a boyfriend! That counts for asking out first right? Well if not, he did ask me out first anyway.

who proposed? Of course he did! What kind of question is that!

who is more sensitive? I'm a girl, who do you think is more sensitive. I cry when I'm hungry or tired. He's cried a handful of times in the 9 years we've been together.

who has more friends? Pretty equal I'd guess.

who has more siblings? We're both the youngest of 6.

who wears the pants in the family? That's a tricky one. I think we're both equally bossy and want to be in charge!

Only a few more things to do before the kitchen is complete! As you can see, the cabinet doors aren't on yet. Randy built them himself but didn't have all of the tools to build the doors, so he ordered them and they won't be done until January 14th! Oh well. He's also going to build something to go over the microwave and still needs to swap out the stove. We bought one a while ago that goes with the dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. It's a gas stove and ours right now is electric so we need to convert it to gas..."we" as if I help AT ALL! Me helping is pretty much getting out of the way. I did help with the cabinets though. I had no idea what I was doing but I think that I helped. I'm so grateful for such a talented husband, it would've cost us SO much for all of the upgrades he's done to this house on his own. He's amazing!

So, many of you will be very surprised to see this mantle. Randy built it forever ago and it's just been wasting space in our garage. Well, he finally put it up on Tuesday and it took all of 5 minutes! It's funny how you wait to sell your house to make it what you always wanted it to be. At least someone will enjoy it, right?

So, it's hard not to compare your children but in this case, I guess I do. Riley started crawling at 6 months, Reagan's almost 10 months now, but this video proves that she is CLOSE! She just keeps rocking and will sometimes get so frustrated because she doesn't know what to do from there! It has been nice though, I can put her in one spot and not worry that she's going to get hurt or make a huge mess since she can't get very far!

We made sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies for our neighbor gifts. Riley loves to help me, anytime I'm cooking anything he pushes a chair over by me and says he'll help. This time Riley wanted to help me roll out the dough. He was pretty bossy about it too, while I was doing it he'd point things out like I missed a spot and then tell me exactly where to put the cookie cutter, what a silly guy!

I found some adorable boots for Reagan and I was so excited because they actually fit her chubby feet! She has a pair of Ugs (look-a-likes) that are super cute but we've never been able to get the things on her! So, here's pretty Reagan all ready for church. She is so much fun and Riley LOVES to make here smile and giggle.

Randy started this MESS yesterday and I must say that he is the handiest man I know. He built two cabinets by himself, one was a lower Lazy Susan and the upper cabinet above it with shelves. He also pulled out the old counter tops and installed new ones. He started at 2:00 and all he has left is the counter top around the sink and the doors to the cabinets. Riley helped alot too, he has his own tools but wanted to use his Daddy's. What cute boys!

So, I tried to take a picture of Riley before church on Sunday and accidentally recorded him instead. I was taking a vertical picture so that's why most of the recording is sideways. I had to share it anyway because it is SO adorable!!!

Woo-hoo! It's official, our house is listed and is on utahrealestate.com. If you want to check it out go to the website and type in MLS #756326. They haven't gotten any pictures up as of right now so it's not much to look at, I'll let you all know when they're up. There have been lots of questions and concerns about us moving so here's the update. We found a house in West Jordan that was built a couple of months ago, it's our dream house and is everything we've been looking for! We are hoping and praying that we can sell our house before someone else buys this perfect house. It's south-west of where I live now and takes about 10 minutes to get to from my house. I would build a salon in the unfinished basement, but would need to go to another salon during the construction process. We'll see how everything goes and I will be keeping you all updated...whether you like it or not!!! Wish us luck on the sell of our house!

What a cute house, huh? Ok, it's my own and we're selling it...and we mean BUSINESS! We're selling for $220,000 plus carpet allowance. It's almost 2,000 sq. ft. has a 2 car garage, nice backyard, walk-out basement and we're about to put in new counter-tops in the kitchen. It's been an awesome starter home and now we're ready for our dream house! We found the perfect house for us in West Jordan and would love to offer on it NOW, but we need to sell this one first. Ahhhhhhh! If you know of ANYONE that might be interested in a great home for a great price let them know of ours! Riley took these pictures all by himself! What a talented boy, huh? With a little practice he could probably even get us centered right! How would that be when we're on vacation, we can take turns with our two year old!

I'm not sure if that's how you spell it but oh well. Anyway, my Mom was born in Germany so we grew up with Nikolaus day. You put a shoe out on the 5th of December and in the morning you wake up to candy and toys! Woo-hoo! Riley got a Lightening McQueen car, candy and a wooden whistle that sounds just like a train. Reagan got some yummy Gerber puffs, since she's toothless of course. She's getting her two bottom teeth right now though! SO cute!

Riley made his very own dinner last night! Yep, he had the oh so nutritious Mac & Cheese and made it himself...Ok, I helped a bit but he did most of the stirring. And I'm not sure if it counts as dinner because we had already eaten, this was around 7:30. What a cutie, he LOVES to help. Anytime he's crying or whining about something you can often ask him to do a simple favor and he will, then he forgets what he wanted in the first place. It's great! So there's a tip for everyone, If he's crying, ask him to throw something in the garbage. All better!
