Riley had his first game today! He looks so grown up and adorable in his baseball uniform. I forgot to get a picture of the back of his shirt though, it has his name and everything! He's in T-ball again, just like last year, because he missed coach pitch baseball by 4 months. You had to turn 5 by April to make it. So last years team all moved on because they're 5 years old now, but he has to stay back with new kids, he's the very oldest in this team now. He doesn't seem to mind it though, plus he's got to feel good that he's easily the best on the team, since it's his second year and he's the oldest anyway. Haha. He gets so excited about his games and loves playing this sport. Fun, fun!

Oh, the Hair Possibilities!
This is kind of like the "headband" style I posted a while back where you twist each pony into the next one, all the way from one ear to the other to make a headband look. The only difference is that on the side you would end at, you keep going past the ear until you're at the neck, then just fasten the left over hair in a rubber band to make a side ponytail. Easy as that!
There are SO many fun things you can do with a simple Dutch or French Braid! I do them on Reagan ALL the time but always forget to take a picture! There is of course, the oh so simple double "Heidi" braids. I always start mine by pulling the very front hair back and looping it through, then dividing that into two and adding that hair into the braid. Reagan's hair always falls out so easily in the front. so that helps me keep it looking clean and done throughout the day.
Also, kind of a halo braid is fun. I just part it to the side like normal, then braid one down and around slightly and then the other down to meet the two for a side pony. I like this one cause it's adorable and it looks like you took a lot of time but really, it's a pretty simple style.
Easter @ Daddio's!
Wow, did my kids have a serious Easter weekend or what!? 4 Easter Egg hunts and WAY too much candy! What a fun time though. We went to my Dad's to watch the last session of General Conference together and have dinner and the hunt! What a fun time.
And the hunt Begins!!! Ready, Set GO!!!
Look what I found! A baby Oakley! Hehe.
Easter Morn!!!
The Easter Bunny showed up at our house and dropped eggs full of candy ALL over the place! The kids had a fun time looking for all them, but later Riley informed me that that was easy since he is 4 years old.
Easter @ Omi's!
I guess this proves how much FUN we had!!!...the lack of pictures. Haha. I always forget to pull out the camera at my Mom's house! Woops. It was fun though, the kids hunted around the house for their bag of candy and a couple of eggs. They were all so excited for their little prizes! Thanks Omi and Opa, we love you!...and the Easter Bunny too, of course.
Thanksgiving Point Eggsravaganza!!!!
On Saturday we took the kids to Thanksgiving Point for their Easter Egg hunt there. We went with Randy's friend Jason, (who happened to just move into our neighborhood!) and his little family. The kids got to ride ponies and check out the bunnies, there were some fun rides too but it was FREEZING, so the kids weren't up for any of that stuff. We pretty much walked to the ponies and rode those, checked out the bunnies in passing, were off to the hunt, grabbed some eggs and left! It was way too cold, so we were there for maybe an hour and met at Red Robbin for some lunch after wards. It was a fun morning with the fam and some great friends. Good times! But next year we'll either bag that one or wear layers of snow gear! We'll see.
7 years!!!
Our 7th Anniversary was on April 3rd. I cannot believe it's been 7 years since we got married! It has gone by so fast and now look where we're at! In our second house with 3 kids and everything! So crazy. I'm so glad I married my highschool sweetheart. He's my best friend. To celebrate, we went to Tepanyaki for dinner (YUM!!!) and then went to a movie afterwards. We had such a fun date night and need to do that more often. It was so much fun to be together just one on one. I love my handsome hubby and can't wait to spend the next 7, 17, 70 years together! Ha.
Oakley and Her Johnny Jumper
I put the Johnny Jumper in the pantry so that Oakley can be right there with us when I make the kids food and when they eat or whatever. She LOVES it! They sit at the counter and eat and smile and make faces at her and she giggles and screams back at them. She thinks they're the funniest things ever. This little jumper contraption is the most genius idea ever! It is her very favorite thing to be in and I think she thinks she's standing all on her own! Haha. What a cutie. She's so funny and bounces all over the place and goes nuts in it! So fun.
