Sewing Therapy

Daddy Bear went to get the cabinets for our kitchen island today and while he was there he called and said that they dropped them. Needless to say they were busted to pieces. I was so sad because I have waited on them for so long. So I decided I needed a little therapy. I went to my craft room and made two pillows one for each of the chairs in our living room. What do you think? I am happy with them and I feel much better!

Cool Helmet

Daddy painted Pooh Bear a really great helmet, here are the pictures.

Silly Sugar Bear

The girls went to a friends house on Valentine's Day night so that Daddy and I could have some time together! Anyway, I got them these cute p.j.'s to wear and took several picture before they left. I kept telling Sugar Bear to look at me and smile and this is what I got. I am not sure where she learned it from but I could not stop laughing.

Cute Outfits

Most of the time I like the stuff I make for the girls but every once in a while I love what I make. This is one of the outfits I love. I made this outfit for the both of them but I only have a picture of Little sis. I am going to try and get one of Big sis tomorrow!

Yeah, Softball

Pooh Bear is playing softball for the first time this year. She is a Pigtail and her team is the Detroit Tigers. She had player evaluations last Saturday and her first players clinic today. I was shocked at the evaluations when they had her doing Coach pitch and catching pop flies. But I thought she did great she hit two of the five balls, stopped all the balls rolled to her, threw pretty good to first base and almost caught one of the pop flies. I tell you what I was one proud mom. She is really enjoying learning how to play and I have to say I am very excited. I had forgotten just how much I enjoyed playing softball. I am looking forward to her softball season.

We took her to the store the other day and she picked out a pink bat, pink batting gloves, pink glove and she wanted the black and pink cleats but they did not have any in her size.

I will also say that after I have been a purple and gold all my life it feels a little weird seeing my daughter in red and blue.
