Christmas Afternoon..

We went over to Daddy Bear's parents house to spent some time with them.
When we first got there we ate and then we opened presents.

Pooh Bear got a UDraw for her wii and a game.

and Sugar Bear got a doll house for her Princess dolls.
Daddy Bear and I came home later that day and put it together!  It is taller than her and she loves it!

Here is Daddy checking again to see just how many pieces it has!

Then all the grand kids got a pretty special book from Nana.
It was The Night Before Christmas and it was her voice recorded on the book.

I thought this picture was hilarious!

The whole crew! Nana, Cousin BryBry, Cousin S, Sugar Bear, Papa and Pooh Bear!

Christmas morning...

The girls actually slept until about 7:00!  Which I thought was pretty good!
I could hear them upstair talking so I went up there and told them they could come down.

Here they are coming down the stairs and rounding the corner
and catching a glimpse of their Santa Gifts!

They were so excited they did not know what to do first!

There was a Pooh Bear pile a Sugar Bear pile and a Pooh Bear/ Sugar Bear pile!

They almost forgot about the stockings!

And more Squinkies!

Zoobles, I am not sure who likes those more me or the girls!

A cute litte jewelry box for their American doll earrings.

Sugar Bear really liked all the Princess dolls and they came
in handy later that day when she got Papa and Nana's gift!

I know you can't tell but that is a baby doll sling!
So now she can carry her doll around hands free.

Here is Sugar Bear videoing big sis with her new camera.

In the mist of all the excitement Pooh Bear looks out the window and says, "It's snowing".  I could not believe it!  I never thought I would see snow on Christmas. I thought that was special!

After they calmed down from all the Santa gifts we gave them the gifts from us!

We gave them tangled p.j.'s, house shoes, clothes and

rain boots that match mine. So now the girls and I have matching boots.  Silly I know but we like them!

The girls were really excited to see all their gifts.  I think Pooh Bear's favorites were Laine the American Girl Doll, the games and art stuff.  I think Sugar Bear's favorites were her brown hair Bitty Twins, doll bunk beds and walking dog!

Christmas Eve...

for the last couple of years we have been going to our church for the candle light service.
It has become one of my favorite parts of Christmas!

Although I have to say that it makes me a nervous wreck
that the girls are holding an open flame in the church!

After the service at the church we always go to my parents house to eat and open gifts.

Me and the girls!

the girls and Uncle D!  We get a picture of them together every year! Some are silly!

and some are cute!

Pooh Bear chillin in Daddy's lap!

The girls are truly spoiled by my parents!  They both got a bunch of gifts.  I think Pooh Bear's favorites were the American Girl stuff, the ipod touch, and her pink fuzzy North Face jacket.  Paw Paw and Uncle D actually ended up finding the jacket for her.

I think sugar Bear's favorites were the American Girl stuff and I pod touch.

Every year I like to torture my bother with his gifts.  I always wrap a ton of small gifts and put them inside big boxes.  This year some of the gag gifts were a bar of soap, a piece of laffy taffy and a small box of nerds.  Plus his box this year was full of packing peanuts.  But don't feel to bad he got be back this year! He wrapped one of my gifts the same way!

Mimi and the girls!
Mimi has on the necklace I got her, it has all of our names on it.  And when I say all I mean ALL.  It has my moms, my dads, my brothers, mine, my husbands and my girls!  It was quite a lot to put on one necklace!  She also has on the bracelet that Pooh Bear bought for her at her Christmas Village at school!

Paw Paw and the girls

I am not sure what to say about this picture other Wow!  I sure do look a lot like my mom.

Sugar Bear has a Bacon band-aid on her forehead.  This was another one of Uncle D's gifts!

Our traditional family picture.  I have to get one every year so I can put them in my Hallmark ornaments.

Me and my "little" brother!  Yep, he now has about an inch or TWO on me!

And every year the girls get the traditional Christmas Eve p.j.'s!
My mom did this for me and I will continue to do it for my girls.

Then of course after we got our p.j.'s on we had to put out the reindeer food!
Pooh Bear took her time and made sure it was spread all around the yard.

Sugar Bear on the other hand dumped hers and ran.  She was in a hurry because she thought she was going to be awake when Santa came by and he would skip our house!

And one last cute picture before bed!

Good Bye Caroline and Campbell, we will miss you!
