Saturday Morning.....

After Six Flags we headed here.....

All the fish were so beautiful....

Even though we are scuba divers the whole family was amazed by the guy cleaning the tank!
Go Figure....

D said he would get in the picture but he was not sitting on the sea horse.
Can't say that I blame him.

Look at this fish.
It was HUGE, I mean really BIG!
I hope I NEVER see a fish this big!

And how would you like to be the poor guy who has to clean this tank.
If I ever see a shark like this in real life I will die of a heart attack.

My perspective is WAY off but this guy is HUGE!  It is a Whale Shark!
(They offer a dive experience, sure hope my mom does not get any ideas.
She is the one that signed us up for the dive experience in Disney.)
Only this tank is FULL of all kinds of sharks and the one in Disney has only a few sharks.

The girls love face painting.
Sugar Bear picked the flowers.

And Pooh Bear picked Deepo/Nemo.
D took a pass.

They had a sting ray touch tank but D, Daddy Bear and me
were the only ones brave enough to touch them.
They were like dogs splashing water trying to get you to pet them.

The whole family rode the whale slide.

Fun filled weekend

We decided to take the family to Georgia for a long weekend.
So Daddy Bear, Pooh Bear, Sugar Bear, Me and my brother all loaded up and took off Friday.
Our first stop was Six Flags!

Sugar Bear was so scared of all the characters.  I thought we were over that.
If you remember she was scared of Mickey and Minnie in Disney last year.
But by the end of  the week she was kissing them.

D (my brother) and Sugar bear were so excited to ride the sky buckets.
Pooh Bear not so much!

Pooh Bear wanted so bad to ride the rides but she was just to short.
She was so sad.  I sure hope she makes it to 48 inches by July.
She wants to ride the Rockin Roller coaster in Disney.

Pooh Bear could ride a bunch of the rides but Sugar Bear could not ride many at all.
So while we rode the rides her and her Daddy played the games.
She won big!

But when Pooh Bear saw what her sister had won she had to play too!

In the end everyone was happy with their prizes!

We had a great day but it ended early because of the rain!

The Impossible Mission

We went to a birthday party the other day and I tried my best to get some cute pictures.

But instead I got these....

Have you have tried to take a picture of your child in a jumpy?

It is NOT an easy thing to do.  In fact I might even say it is impossible.

Beautiful Rainbow

On the way home from church we saw this beautiful rainbow.
I took the picture with my phone.

Moving on to First Grade..

I am having a hard time accepting the fact that I now have a First Grader!
But she is a big girl and is completely ready thanks to a great 5K teacher.
Here are a few pictures from the very first day and the very last day.

On the first day she needed a friend for encouragement and support but now she is an old pro.

August 2009                                                              May 2010

I was fine ALL day today until Pooh Bear brought this poem home.
Then I found myself getting all teary eyed!

Here she is Ladies and Gentlemen MY first grade girl!

On the way home Pooh Bear and her friends were talking about what they
thought their First Grade backpacks would look like.
