Are You Inspired?

Well, this amazing photo is what inspired us over at the `Outlawz Saturday Scrapbook Challenge` this week!

Here is where my inspiration had taken me to:

That fake smile is a thing she does for the camera lol I usually like taking natural photos of her but with this one she was so keen to go to the party she just wanted it done and over with! lol x

Its a chip board frame covered with Graphic 45 paper and a bit of mosaic some underneath the transparency sheet and some above, I wanted to give it some unfinished touches covered and uncovered..hope I explained my self OK lol

She Was A Spring Flower

By The Cute And Girly Theme for March is.......

S P R I N G!
Yey! if not in weather then at least with crafts- right?
My first project is a LO I made using a picture that was taken in Feb 2004, of My Dad, myself and of my mum who passed away that same year in April, Her birthday is in March and I though
It would be really treasured way of having the pictures out on display :0)
It was very difficult for me to do the LO even though my sweet princess and I look at the old photos lots of times and it always makes me laugh that she finds it difficult to understand how come she isn`t in any of the photos!

She even got angry when she saw the finished LO and it didn`t have a picture of her in it, which made the emotional journey I went through while making it a much more pleasant memory for me.

Spring?

Is it? really? well. we had a day of sunshine a couple of days ago lol I guess you can say we had both summer and spring together then! he he

Our challenge this week is SPRING its time to get the flowers out ladies :)

I used Mylee`s second birthday photos for this one with Prima flowers, Graphic 45 papers (aren't they just amazing?) a mount board, Tim`s distress ink, some white acrylic to frame the photos, a wee bit of lace and Prima packaging for the tags :)

If The Boot Fits!

The `OUTLAWZ` Scrapbook Challenge!

If The Boot Fits:)

I cut a cowboy boot out of mount board. It is the beginning of a mini Album but this kind of mini usually takes me about a week to finish (That's about two hours a day lol)

The picture I had in mind when I first started it was a different one, it was actually one of Mylee sitting on a hey stack in my Dads partners brothers farm in Israel, but for some reason all the photos from that visit wont open :(

Instead it is now going to be a mini Album with Mylee`s second birthday photos, we took her to a local farm and strawberry picking :)

Unfortunately the strawberry picking is lost as well, they were all on the same disc but the only ones we can open now are just the Farm photos which, I consider LUCKY! :)

So Fun and Games, as you saw on my last post we are having so much fun over at the `Outlawz` this week with `Western` as a theme to all of out challenges, our Scrapbook Saturday Challenge is the last one to close the week.

The Outlawz Girls Love is spreading out!

Hello everyone!

And this week, Valentine is going to be the main focus, so you will need to have a heart or the word `Love` somewhere on your project :)

This it My make for this coming week.

I was looking for pics of the just the two of us. It`s a problem when Hubby is normally the guy behind the camera! lol

Our wedding was a VERY small one, Alan, me and two of Alan`s friends as witnesses. We met on line and chated on the phone for a couple of months, then I came here to meet him and...we ended up getting married after five days lol

No one thoght it was going to last so they never bothered comming to the wedding (His family is a really long story..)

My family didn`t know untill after we got married, I knew that they would never allow it and I was right, when I called to say I was not comming back they came here with the next flight!

The rest is history and a darn good one hehe.

So this are the only wedding photos we have. they are all in colour but Alan converted them into sepia because I asked him too :). It is my Valentine gift to him with a small bought pressie!
