We had so much fun with the Richards crew at the Milwaulkee Zoo on Friday. But, I would say Madeline was the most excited to see animals and just couldn't contain her excitement!

Beachy Monday
Ty, Maddie & I went to Devil's Lake Monday while Sofia was in school. A perfect country drive and a few hours in a beautiful setting leads to a perfect way to start the week!
Yes, I am that mom.....baby in a diaper covered in sand!

Madeline's First Birthday
A year ago on Friday the 13th....a little girl joined our crazy crew!
She is so much fun and just completes this family with her smile and personality!
Happy 1st birthday
She got her own set of wheels on her birthday
and then we celebrate and did cake the next day with family!
She loved her presents, but not the chocolate cake!
She also got to see Sylvia....here are the Richards.
Come the end of August, there will be another little girl to add to the Richards side!

Celebrating Friendships and Freedom
We had a great 4th weekend with some college friends and their families. The kids all made new friends and we were able to reconnect with some friends as well (although we did miss Molly and her family). Lots of fun and late nights for the whole crew!
