Sam's Airport

Jacks and I have been in Alaska at my families cabin for a couple of weeks now, (my family has a commercial fishing sight here that my dad runs, for those of you that don't know that already). I have been fishing with all the guys and we have been pretty busy, and haven't had a chance to do a lot of playing yet. I did take Jackson on a walk to one of my favorite places. Our neighbor Sam, who just died has an airplane landing where he keeps all of his old planes. It gets covered with daisies as far as you can see during the summer and is so beautiful. Jackson loved looking at the planes and picking the flowers.

He also loves to pick dandelions and blow them. It's funny when he does it because the seeds get stuck all over his lips.

Fourth of July

It was fun to spend the 4th of July in my hometown Kaysville. We went to the parade, had a bbq and then watched the firework show.
This is us with Jared and Emily waiting for the fireworks to start.

Here is some of the croquet crew. Nathan and his cousins are obsessed with playing competetive croquet, they played for hours in the hot sun.
