We had such a fun Halloween weekend! We went to Utah, (if you haven't noticed we go to Ut a lot!!). Jackson was just SO happy this weekend, he played with all of grandma's fun toys, went on walks through the hallow, fed the fish, played with his cousins, ate lots of sugar, showed off his costume to lots of family, and couldn't get enough of his grandma and grandpa, it was so cute! As soon as we got home he just crashed.
Our weekend started out with a bang, when we got to sleep in until 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning!! When we woke up we just couldn't believe we slept that late, and were mostly surprised that Jackson slept that late! Oh, but it was so nice! Then my mom made her very delicious, famous crepe breakfast and had the family over for my brother's birthday.
The afternoon was spent with my mom and Ali doing some much needed errands and shopping. Then we got the kids dressed up for Halloween. Jackson was the cutest, fat giraffe ever! His costume just made everyone laugh. He looked so funny walking around in it because it was stuffed, so his little bum and tummy were HUGE!
We took Jackson to see my grandparents, then we went to Jared and Emily's (Nathan's cousin) to have there homemade donuts. They were AMAZING! We took Jackson trick-or-treating in there neighborhood and he did really well. He would say trick-or-treat and pick out the shiniest wrapped candy bar he could find. Then we went to Nathan's aunt and uncles.
Sunday, of course my parents made a delicious dinner for everyone! Jackson just couldn't get enough of grandma this weekend, he was just so happy to be with everyone.

Jackson was so excited to play the piano with my mom. He totally went for it all out. Maybe he will be a pianist! :-)
