Baby Girl Nursery and a Belly Shot!

I'm not a huge fan of pictures of me when I'm pregnant. I usually look back at them and cringe. But I'm sure I will regret it if I don't have any. So here is my belly at 28 weeks. With both pregnancies I have carried my babies pretty similar. I don't fill out on the sides, my belly just sticks straight out really far. I get a lot of surprised looks when I tell people I still have about 3 months to go.

I got a burst of energy during my second trimester and just got the nursery completely done. I think it turned out really cute. It's a girls room for sure! I've had some people ask to see pictures, so here it is.

This is the armoire I had in my room growing up, I think it's such a beautiful piece of furniture! And I was determined to get the most comfortable rocking chair I could find.

I love this bedding!

Diaper changer. I'm still looking for some cute baskets to put underneath this. The old antique window and dried flowers was also mine growing up.

I love this chandelier! We got this at Nathan's mom's work. It's so perfect.

Well there it is, in pieces. About 2 and 1/2 months to go! Wahoo!

Tony Grove and Login Cabin

We have had a pretty uneventful summer so far. Nathan has been studying for the BAR exam for the past couple of months, so we haven't been able to go play. It's been kind of a bummer, but he takes it next week and then we can finally go do some fun things before I have this baby.
We did make it up to Logan a while ago to see my cousin's boyfriend's house in the Parade of Homes. Then we went to our family cabin in Logan canyon. We took Jackson to Tony Grove, so that he could do the walk around the lake. He absolutely LOVED it and talked about his hike for days. He loved being in the mountains and playing outside. On the drive up he would say "look at the pretty mountains", and he would get excited to see rivers, horses and flowers. I think it's so cute that he has an appreciation for nature. Then we made a fire at the cabin and had tin foil dinners and s'mores.

Tony Grove. It's so beautiful there, and brought back all kinds of childhood and college memories. I LOVE Logan!!!
This is also probably the first belly shot taken of me. I think I'm about 6 months in this pic.

Jacks and his daddy. So cute!

This kid could have thrown rocks in the lake all day long if we let him.

Jackson really cannot get enough marshmellows. Like every two year old, he loves them!

Jackson's very first s'more. He wasn't a huge fan. He ended up throwing everything on the ground and just eating the marshmellow. (But I think our graham crackers were a little stale).

Nathan thought he made the "Best S'more ever!!!"

It was a short trip, but we had a good time. We're planning to go back to the cabin in a couple of weeks, to do some more hiking and play at Bear Lake. Can't Wait!!
