Julia Started Dance!








Julia started dance last week and she loved it! She could not wait to put on her "costume" to go dance!  She was so cute doing her tippytoe and butterfly walks! At the end, they do "I'm a Little Teapot" but she and a few other girls got a little wild and ran around instead! :)

Showing Courage!

 Olivia's Girl Scout troop went roller skating to earn their "courage" badge. They all did a great job trying it out and had a blast! And it's always nice to be able to spend some time with just Olivia, hanging out, even if it's at a roller skating rink! :)

Houston Zoo

Our family spent the last day of Winter Break at the Houston Zoo. It was a little crowded, but so worth it becuase it was a beautiful day and the animals were so active! We go to this zoo often, and I've never seen so many cats on the move! It just made my day!
 We each picked one section that we really wanted to see. Julia-elephants, Olivia-Natural Encounters/cave, Daddy-rhinos, Mommy-cats (lions, tigers, cheetahs, cougars)


The mountain lion/cougar was on the prowl! He is such a beautiful creature, I could have watched him for hours.


Amazing to think we have these right here in Texas!  I am just thankful we didn't meet one of his relatives on our hikes in Big Bend!

Hip Hip Hooray!


Julia loves to swing and sing songs at the same time. Her favorite songs are ABC's, Wheels on the, Twinkle Twinkle, and Jingle Bells!
