Charelston, South Carolina

Olivia and I took a girls trip to see our friends Melissa and Malia. Olivia and Malia have been friends since they were babies. They moved to Charleston in May, so Olivia was dying to see her best friend!

We went down to where the river meets the ocean to see the dolphins.

Dancing in the freezing cold water! Olivia went through 2 pairs of pants because she kept running in the water! She loved it!

We took the girls to Target to spend their Christmas/allowance money. Olivia picked out a doll that looks just like her!

Olivia is the BEST traveler on the airplane! She watched a movie, read books, ate snacks, and colored in her new notebook. I just love my travelin' buddy!

Valentine's Day

Olivia's Girl Scout troop had a Valentine Tea. They each brought their favorite doll to help celebrate!

Julia and I helped with Olivia's party at school. Olivia was so sweet to let Julia sit with her at her table! And Mrs. Fish let Julia have a juice box and cake!

She is so proud of her Valentine box! Mrs. Rose helped with the decorations. It turned out so cute, we're saving it for next year!

Olivia + Andy = Love

Andy (Pinks) LOVES Olivia. And Olivia LOVES Pinks. He is very much an indoor/outdoor cat, using our doggy door to go in and out all day long. But he comes home every morning, naptime, and night to cuddle with her. Here are pics from the past three nights. He snuggles up right next to her and purrs for hours! She has even told me his purr is so loud it wakes her up! It is so amazing to me that our precious 11 year old cat, who I adopted as a kitten, who had never been around babies or children before until Olivia, who is now so gentle and loving to our girls. What a blessing he is! He has truely taught Olivia about unconditional love, gentleness, and loyalty!

Gymboree

Julia LOVES going to Gymboree every Tuesday! She is active, loud, and brave every week. Julia is always the first to try something new! Her favorite part is parachute and "Dance Gymbo Dance!". I just love watching her have so much fun, it makes me such a happy Mama!

100th Day of School!

Lst week Olivia's school celebrated the 100th day! She made a t-shirt with 100 kisses and brought in 100 sequins. Seriously, can this girl get any girlier?!

Rainy Day

Last Wednesday, around 11:30, our day got a little crazy. Julia and I were at MCP and all of the parents started to come and get their kids early because of really bad weather on the way. Little did we know, at 12:00 (early dismissal time), a tornado hit one block away! Jesus was watching over our school and there were no injuries or damage, Thank God! Julia and I made it safe and sound to pick up Olivia and Grace and we all came home to play in the puddles!

Olivia loved playing outside but didn't want to get her papers wet. (notice how she's jumping where there are no puddles!)

I think she could stay outside all day if I'd let her!

And here she comes, our girl, Lucy! Whenever we play out front, she's out there with us. No leash, of course! She's so good (and shy) that she always stay with us or if she's scared just runs back home.

Twins!

We carpool everyday with Olivia's friend, Grace. It cracks me up how often they are dressed the same. Today they were both wearing the exact same dresses and black leggings! I just had to take their picture to show how cute they looked!
