~FAMILY PICTURES~
The weekend before Thanksgiving we had our family pictures taken. I was a little scared on how they would turn out because of the kids, but they did such a good job!! They probably are used to having their picture taken because of me! :o) Our photographer was the best. She has kids of her own so she was very patient with us. I am so happy how great they turned out!!! I LOVE THEM!!!
Here are just a few of almost 100 pictures that i have.

~COLORADO~

Well i am back in Texas now. I had such a great time with my family and all the kids. I cant even express how much i miss them! I am not going to wait another year to see them again. My brothers girls are getting so big. I hate it. They are the sweetest girls!!!
My parents house is amazing! Its not finished yet but i cant believe how gorgeous it already is, and the view......cant even explain it!!!
Well here are just a few pics from CO.

This is out of my parents kitchen window. See the path...thats the driveway and i plowed it all by myself!! :o)

All the kids did a secret Santa. These are the gifts they got from each other.

My parents house didnt have the fireplace in so my cousin painted this fireplace. My dad hung a mantle and we all hung our stocking up there.

Men in their matching jammies. My brother had them too but didnt sit in for the picture.

Mema and Pop with all the grand kids
My brothers girls. They even posed for me and i didnt even ask
This was on the drive home. It was windy and it was blowing the snow off the mountain. You can tell i didnt have the window down. I think it was 15 degrees outside.

Like i said that is just a few of them. I will try and do more later. I have so much unpacking i have to do and the kids are finally awake. I bet they were glad to be in their own beds again!!

~HELLO FROM COLORADO~

Well we have been here for almost a week now and the kids are finally adjusting, slowly but they are getting there.

My parents house is so awesome!! For those of you who don't know, they have been building their own log cabin up in the mountains. It really is gorgeous!! The view is absolutely amazing. I have been taking pictures of the view at certain times of the day. I will post those maybe when the kids are napping.

Well since we have been here, Reese is walking all over the place. She gets very proud of herself when she can make a turn on her own. Its pretty cute to watch! Joshie is still a little hesitant about playing in the snow. Sometimes he doesn't even like to walk in it. Speaking of the snow...it snowed the other day and it left about inches up here on my dads property. His drive way is a hill and it is about maybe half length of a football field. Well he had me out there using his snow plow, going up and down the drive way twice. It was actually not that hard but very tiring afterwards!!

Well i will try and write more later!!

~JOSHIE~

I realized i haven't written anything about Joshie since i have started the countdown to Reese's birthday.
My mom has been staying with us during the week. She has lovingly taught Joshie the phrase "talk to the hand!" He has started getting the hang of it and when to say it. I will admit its funny and i have told him to say it a few times. Well it has kind of back fired on my mom. Now at night when she is going up the stairs she tell Joshie goodnight. In return he tells her "talk to the hand Mema!"

~19 MORE DAYS~

This was around Easter time. Everyone else was coloring eggs and she got to sit in the big swing for the first time!

Sorry i havent been keeping up on the photos this weekend. I have been glued to the news in California on the internet. The city that i lived in had a big fire right behind the house i use to live in. A few of my friends were so close to the fire they had a mandatory evacuation. I couldnt even imagine having to run through your house trying to decide what you want to keep or what is more important to you. Thankfully everyone that i know there has been safe and their houses are still standing. Cant really say that for everyone around them though.

So anyway i am just going to put this weekends countdown in this one blog.
