During Maths period, Madam Lim gave us the answers for the Maths problems she gave us before. "Question one, apple... Two, donkey..." And so on. So when we reached to question no. 7 (I think), the answer was C and we thought she'd say, "Seven, cat (URGH!!!)." But instead, she said :

"Seven, CHILI."

I just adore my Maths teacher. x3

I've just found out that I really miss Jin Hong. =( Everyday, the atmosphere in the car is as silent as the grave. It's so boring! I wanna talk and crap! But if there's no Jin Hong, there's silence. I heard he's also very quiet in the afternoon when he goes to school (he's Form 2). The auntie said he has no "kawan" there to chat and blab with him. Well, fair and square. He's silent; I'm quiet.

I MISS YOU, WONG JIN HONG!

Hope you'll come up to Form 3 soon next year so that we can talk and crap non-stop! =D

To Little Miss Roxy here :

I got "molested" today.

Teacher broke us into our respective groups to solve two "hard" Maths problem. HAHAHA, we solved it in FIVE minutes! YESSS! So we were waiting for the other groups to finish when SUDDENLY, I saw the whole corridor was packed with prefects. A super tall one came in and whispered something to our teacher; I thought he wanted to see our class' prefects. But, nooo. He faced us and said in a bored but loud and firm tone :

"SPOT-CHECK. 把全部贵重的东西拿在身上。"

I entered a trance. What? Spot-check? First few classes also need to spot-check?! Pei Gie was very nervous 'cause she brought her cellphone. She's smart enough to take out the SIM Card. Phew! Anyway, the only thing I had that was prohibited was my liquid paper. Which had already ran out of liquid. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I forgot I had some Coca-Cola sweets in my pocket (I "kit"-ed some from Kian Yang xD) and started panicking. Oh, yea, and of course there were some "female things" in my bag and pocket that made me fidget a lot (it'd be so embarrassing if a guy prefect were to check my bag).

"男生站前面,女生站后面。"

We (girls) lined-up behind and waited to be "molested". I was pacing back and forth, not knowing where to put the sweets. I had around ten of them in my pocket, and I heard that each sweet costs two PSP marks. O_O''' That means I almost got twenty PSP marks for ten of my sweets. Zzz. Suddenly, I noticed many green things on the floor --- FruitPlus. HAHAHAHAHA, some girls just threw them on the floor! SO FUNNY! But of course I didn't do that; I stuck them all at the window sill and quickly walked away. =X

When it was my turn, my ex-senior (same primary school senior and friend) spot-checked me. Thank God someone I knew. =] She pointed at my pocket and said, "把全部东西拿出来。" I shook my head and whispered, "我带 '那个' 东西。" She nodded and said, "你给我摸摸看就可以了。" She felt around my pocket. They were making "plastic" sounds. -_-''' She looked outside and told her senior (which was Zhi Huang's sister, Ngee Huey), "她带 '那个' 东西。" Ngee Huey nodded in approval. Then, she said, "把手伸出去,这样子。" I did exactly what she told me to do and the "molesting" begun. Lastly, she told me to jump so I jumped up and down. She looked quite satisfied and told me to wait outside.

Finally, I was out of the woods.

The Super Tall One went around asking us who brought this and who brought that. The things he found were so weird, like a dartboard complete with darts, poker cards, etc. LAME STUFF. == Lisa, Diana, Pei Gie (and maybe more)'s cellphones were confiscated. I don't know which prefect was so blunt that he/she didn't confiscate Kok Foong's handphone which was placed in the side-pocket of his bag. F7

You Jin brought about 200+ sweets to school but he didn't wanna get caught, so you know what he did? HE THREW THE WHOLE LOT OF THEM OUTSIDE THE WINDOW. So freaking lame, right? After all of us got "molested", those prefects went to find their new victims --- 3A students. We watched the guys as their hair - or more precisely, FRINGE - got chopped off by the discipline teacher aka you-know-who.

By the way, Meng Yuann likes The Super Tall One's deep voice.
HAHAHAHAHA.

SHERLOCK HOLMES WAS MARVEY!

Waaay better than that - what's that film again? Oh, right. Avatar. *rolls eyes* Robert Downie Jr. (Sherlock Holmes) is such an excellent actor but I like Jude Law (Dr. Watson) because he played the role as Sherlock's loyal mate. Aww... The set was dated back in 1891 during those Victorian days where ladies wore corsets, bonnets and stuff while men wore waistcoats. The plot is also very exciting and there's sure to be Sherlock Holmes 2 as the story doesn't seem to have an ending. It's a must-watch - especially for pervs (LOL!) 'cause the female actresses are
extremely beautiful!

Rachel McAdams as Adler.

Kelly Reilly as Mary.

After having our dinner, we went to the Jusco department store to buy some tees for my brother (he is
so not materialistic like someone, ahem, my sister. *coughs*). And this is the reason why he didn't go for real girl
s :

OFF WITH THEIR HEADS! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. (Look at him smiling! Sooo in lUrVv3xXx.)

It was weird when the cashier girl started packaging our items in brown paper-bags(?!) and then I came to realise that Saturday is Anti-Plastic-Bags Day. Oh, so now they're going for "SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT!" and "GO GREEN!".

Riiight.

Next stop :
POPULAR BOOKSTORE! YESSSSSSSS! I 'm a bookworm / geek / nerd - okay, maybe not a nerd, but you get the picture. Proud to be one! (Strangely, I'll scream my head off when I see a REAL bookworm.) I saw Wanning and Hui Woon there. My mum saw Shao Qi (or Shao Yun, she didn't know) there. When I'd snatched up a book named Prada & Prejudice (sounds interesting *wiggles eyebrows*), I spotted the kiddie book (I love kid stuff! =P) Co Ra's been telling me all about : Twinkletoes. The publisher is same as Mr. Midnight's, Mr. Mystery's and maybe others'. I flipped through the pages, hoping they'd put up some photos of their fans at the back of the page like those Mr. Midnight books.

AND GUESS WHAT I SAW???

LOW CO RA AND FRIENDS.

OH, MY FREAKING SCAR ON MY NECK!!! I DIDN'T EXPECT TO SEE HER SMILING UP AT ME AT THE BACK OF A KIDDIE'S BOOK. OMFSOMN! OMFSOMN!! OMFSOMN!!! WTH!!! WTH!!! WTH!!! *inhales and exhales loudly*

Co Ra.

My bushy-haired friend.
Grinning up at me.
From the back cover of a kiddie's book.

Got it.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOW LOW CO RA'S FAMOUS???????????????

ARE YOU KIDDING ME????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'M SO JEALOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS JUST TOO OVERWHELMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMFSOMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, done shrieking. Proceed.

Later, I did some shopping-for-gifts with my sister before meeting up with my mum in Harvey Norman. Did I mention that all of them are such techno freaks and always are attached to gadgets regardless of wherever we go?

...there's always The So-Called Mini iPhone to play around with.

Meet

A game-freak that's always connected (yes, wireless) to whatever, whichever, wherever computer he sees.

Even the ones stored under lock and key.

But do not fear, 'cause not everyone is such a techno freak - aka
moi. =] I survived without having cellphones, Nintendos, laptops, PS1 / PS2 / PS3 and other gadgets of my own. Those are just unnecessary and a waste of kaching-kaching. I just need the basics - a computer and a TV - to keep me alive. Oh yea, I don't have and don't want a Facebook account. It's GREAT! =

I was just too exhausted to join my family for dinner just now. I should've just pried open my eyes and saved my stomach from growling instead of lying around on the bed like a pig rolling in mud! I don't even mind wearing my pyjamas there (which I don't know where exactly is "there")! Sigh, just thinking about the sushi sis and I made this morning really makes my mouth water...

The ingredients.

Some Japanese rice.

Japanese soy sauce.

All time favourite - NOT - wasabi.

Sushi seasoning (tastes sour - something like vinegar).

If you're a first timer (like us), an instruction booklet on how to make your own sushi would come in handy.

The must-have makisu mat aka the bamboo-strips rolling-mat.

And of course, SEAWEED!

Before we started, we prepared some ingredients like tuna, mushrooms (IDK what my sister was thinking, choosing mushrooms *shakes head*), cucumbers and eggs. LOL.

The stuff.

After mixing the steaming hot rice with a few teaspoons of sushi seasoning and sprinkling a pinch of salt, I tossed the rice in sideways cutting motion while it cooled down.

Can be eaten without any filling. *mouth waters*

Our first round - not bad.

Psst! If the sushi don't look nice, we'll just eat them (we ate about four not-so-pretty ones) so people will think we'd wrapped them all beautifully like a pro. Smart, right? HAHAHAHAHAHA.

This is my favourite! Topped with tuna and filled with egg and cucumber, you'll get ALBERT EINSTEIN! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. *continues to laugh like a hyena*

Third round. Egg and cucumber strips. Almost done!

Tadaa! x3 I just |uUrV3xXx it. Heeheeheehee...

A batch with mushrooms and eggs and another batch filled with cucumbers and eggs.

The tuna batch. ;) Contains eggs and cucumbers. The two "sleeping" sushi are the limited editions. Only two in the world - tuna, cucumbers, eggs, mushrooms and our |uUrV3xXx. Specially made for grandpa and grandma. ;3

The not-so-special-but-still-special edition batch - lots of egg-strips and cucumbers capped with mushroom slices. =)

And we're done!

Not to brag but, everyone (in our family) - even our bro - said they were great (yay!) and tasted like the real ones. I hope they really loved it from the bottom of their heart and not just saying it's nice because we're related to them. Not even a single sushi is left and I'd only eaten three. =/

Will make more next time to bring to school and we'll have a feast! x]

Happy 15th Birthday, Lix-Lix!

Don't worry, I didn't forget about your BIG day. HAHAHAHA. I remember the first time I saw you, sitting there in class, drawing on your pencil case with a marker (I hope you still remember that) when we were Standard 2. I was so scared 'cause you'd looked so fierce like a tiger, staring at people with your huge eyes (what??? it's a compliment!). Now, I'm not even afraid of you if I saw you standing there holding an axe, waiting to chop my neck down. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Friends for life, Lix!

God has something great in store for you.

3D goggles are grool. =]

Yesterday, I skipped ballet (whoops!) and followed my family (excluding my mum) to Sunway Pyramid to watch the movie Avatar in 3D. I was so freakin' excited that I'd almost forgot to wear my shorts! The tickets were extremely high for four (around RM 70+), but that's okay, it was worth it.

Bzzt! Wrong answer.

Before the movie started, sis and I (dad and bro were finding a parking place) sat on a bench beside the escalator. Just then, two Indonesian (not trying to be racist here, mind you) guys kept looking at us from the shop opposite where we're sitting and smiled coyly. They kept staring at my sister's slender legs which were wide opened (she "forgot" to cross her legs). Eww, pervs. After 20 minutes, their eyes were still fixed on us. They didn't even wanna pretend like they're checking out the tees in the shop but kept on looking. So damn pathetic. I was so mad after a moment, I STARED BACK AT THEM. Menacingly. Felt like giving them a "little" kick each in the groin. They sooo deserve it for being so horny.

We were so sick of their faces, we shifted to another bench beside the previous one. One of them ran - RAN LIKE THE WIND - out of the shop and glanced around frantically. Retards. Then, they spotted us and the other one went, "Phew..." and started stroking his chest. I'd suddenly realised they were STALKING us. Thank God my dad and bro came and sat down beside us. I wanted to flip the finger BUT as I'd said, that's a strict no-no for moi. I won't waste my finger on two lifeless jerks.

After getting bored of people-watching (and letting those freaks watch us), we went into Catchup to kill time. I found a tee that I really liked but it cost a bomb. Oh, well, better save. And, Yi Shian, this suits you dearly (but I didn't buy it =X) :

AN "ANNA SUI" TEE!

So cute, right?
HAHAHAHAHAHA.

When the movie started, I munched happily on my packet of Twisties (I know it's weird, but I'm not a fan of popcorn) while my eyes were glued to the screen. Blue figures were running here and there - naked (okay, maybe a few pieces of fabric around the private parts) - when I started dozing off. 'Cause the plot was freakin' predictable; the storyline was so cliché, and urgh, don't let me start with the oh-so-special effects. My eyes were tearing 'cause when the characters move about, the whole screen blurs and it hurt my eyes. A lot. I laughed so much throughout the whole movie but I was itching to go home. IT WAS THREE HOURS LONG, DUDE! I swung my legs over the armrest and watched as if I were sitting on the couch at home, relaxing. Yes, I was that bored. My opinion?

Avatar.

Seriously.

Sucks.

Enough said. Since they'd worked on the show for fourteen years, I'd rate it 5/10 or else it'd be 2/10 or less. Many people gave it a 10/10 and said I didn't know how to appreciate a good movie but WHATEVER. One man's meat is another man's poison, right? And what's with the Eywa, speaking in Na'vi and the jellyfish-like "seeds of the secret tree" thingies? Are they for real?! In the end, Jake became an Avatar. A real one. End of story. SO. FREAKIN'. LAME.

And leave it to my sister to say he's "hot". Urgh. But the "seeds of the secret tree" are definitely adorable! They look exactly like baby jelly-fishes. Teehee! x3

Anyway, my sister's new cammie is so worth talking about. Look!

And of course, je suis le photographe. *grins triumphantly*

But I still prefer the classic and loyal one.

It doesn't look great on the outside, but this cammie has been snapping all the best shots and angles I'd ever taken. Love the snapshots; love the cammie; love the whole un-Ah Lian-ness. So, don't judge a cammie by it's casing, deal? =)

By the way, I logged on to MSN Messenger on my sister's laptop and "chatted" with her who set her status as "Away" on her MSN Messenger and "replied" myself (I don't think you get what I mean, but nevermind). I was that bored.

I'm really unlucky nowadays. EVERYWHERE I SEE, GO, WALK, ANYTHING, EVERYTHING AND WHATEVER-THING - there are C-A-T-S. Stupid cats, I hate cats, SCREW YOU, CATS! Hate Hello Kitty A LOT, so slutty. My hatred towards cats started since... SINCE I'M A LOST SOUL FLOATING AROUND IN HEAVEN(?) BEFORE I ENTERED MY MUM'S WOMB. I can GUARANTEE I'd ROLLED OVER cats; STEPPED ON cats; KICKED cats; COOKED cats, MINCED cats; WRUNG cats, and maybe even, KILLED cats. (MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!)

THE PRODUCTIONS CARMEN & PAQUITA WERE FANTASTICA!

Before we went in, there were programme booklets, posters of ballerinas and T-shirts to be sold. Mum only gave me RM10 so all I could buy is (Caryn didn't want to lend me money, hmph!) the posters. RM10 for twelve posters?! RM1.2 for one poster?! YOU'D GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! People are selling RM70 per poster out there! Of course I grab lah. A part of me regretted not buying the programme booklet BUT problem solved! INTERNET HAS ALL THE INFORMATION. Hmm. 8)

Both productions were magnificent, but I like Carmen more 'cause it's longer, nicer, better and has a bit of a story. The guy, Connor Walsh (American), who performed in both productions was so damn good. My eyes were fixed on him (but not the whole time) 'cause he is very charming. Looks like a prince! He pirouetted oh-so-many times and cart-wheeled in the air throughout the whole performance. He seriously outdid all the girls on stage - even Lei Zhao (Chinese) and Ena Hirose (Japanese).

I loved the performance to the core and I'm so glad that I'd learnt many styles and postures from them! I JUST LOVE BALLET PERFORMANCES!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK. xD

I was interested in ballet since young but my parents refused to let me learn 'cause they were afraid I'll fall and break a leg. Literally. Anyway, I've started learning ballet at the age of ten - unbelievable, right? - despite my (heavy) weight and the art itself really intrigues me. I can't really say I love it because I'm not the super girlie kind but it's hmm, interesting. Hahaha.

I'll be watching the productions Carmen & Paquita tomorrow. Kinda excited 'cause it'll be my second time watching these kind of ballet performances. Okay, REALLY excited. I'll be going with Caryn and Jie Jing. Can't wait to see them! =)

Sleep tight tonight.

Morning session's been really hectic. That's why I've been slumbering in the afternoon lately instead of updating my blog. Too tired and lazy for this.

On the first day of school, I was reading my Dark Cindy when suddenly, I saw a fur-ball appeared at the back door of my classroom. Oh, so that's Ccy's new hairstyle, I thought. Her hair is neither short nor long; neither thick nor thin; neither neat nor messy. After criticizing(?) her hair, she forced me to go to the restroom with her to comb her hair. Of all the people I know! Of all the friends I know! Of all the Ah Lians I know! She's the first person who told me to accompany her to the ladies. TO COMB HER HAIR.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.

Today's the third day of school. I don't think my class is so bad, after all (although Qian Hui still prefers the first class) (who doesn't?). Being the treasurer is so tiring! It really was a miracle that I'd survived collecting all the money last year without any difficulties (I was the class treasurer last year, too). But this year, no such luck. I had to collect the class fund (duh!) and also the fund for the co-curricular activities. I'm not saying I'd regretted agreeing to be the class treasurer or anything, it's just that it's so confusing! Sigh, a normal citizen wouldn't know how a class treasurer feels in a gazillion years.

Except for Jin Jack (he had to collect the money for our Mandarin workbook).

We had to draw the diagrams in our exercise book during Maths period. So, when we were all counting silently with our fingers, Jian Zhi walked up to Pei Gie (she sits beside me) and said, "Could you help me draw? I don't know how to draw (in my opinion, he's just plain lazy. Hah!)," in a really flirty(?) voice (Jian Zhi don't kill me now; you can mince me, cook me and feed my remains to the dogs just a day before SPM - that'd be heaven-like *dreams*). Pei Gie "rejected" him and he scurried back to his seat sadly. Then, Jia Boh, seated to the left of Pei Gie mimicked Jian Zhi, "Could you help me draw? I don't know how to draw!" in that same flirty(?) voice. Pei Gie looked so confused. I laughed like mad. HAHAHAHA.

Well, still feeling kinda pissed at um, no one in particular (maybe myself) for not getting into 3A. It's my own fault lah, couldn't blame anyone for my mistakes. From what I hear, the teachers there are really good. >=\ Whatever. Oh! And, and, I saw him! My childhood friend! LOL! Nothing special, actually.

Yesterday, Pn. Joharabi (the one with seven children) told us to "bina ayat" using nouns in Malay. "BINA AYAT"? We're already Form 3! I was racking my brains to compose the seventh sentence (seven children; seventh sentence; sheesh!) when he walked past my class. Strange timing. I glanced outside (natural response) while I was thinking hard and looked back at my teacher (as if her face had been scrawled with sentences) when I suddenly realised - that was him?! I whipped my head around. My eyes fixed on him, staring at him in disbelief. He'd grown so tall! He was damn short not so tall (nicer to hear, better to read) when I'd last saw him. Mega weird.

Don't think that way, okay.
He's just a friend.
A really old friend.
Old childhood friend.
Here, lemme spell it out for you :

F - R - I - E - N - D.

Friend. Understand?

After dropping off my uncle at the bus stop in KL (he's going back to Singapore), we went to Pavillion to watch Avatar in 3D. The theatre was packed with people, man! Even the Caucasians wanted to watch the movie (it's mighty cheaper here than in their own country, I guess). So, sis and I rushed to join different lines (there were seven lines and boy, was it long!).

Dad and bro went to check out the time and remaining seats. OMN, they were selling fast (even at 2-something, people was buying the late-night show). My dad talked to my sis for a while when her line started moving (like, finally!). Being the laid-back one, she stood for a moment instead of stepping forward; my dad quickly "cut" in front of her and said, "Phew! Someone could have cut you."

Watching them from aside (I was in another line next to hers, remember?), I heard the conversation between the couple behind me. "你看,她 (me) 的爸爸很可爱!" the girl whispered to her boyfriend (I wasn't eavesdropping; she was loud). "做么酱讲咧?" the guy asked. "你没有看到他刚才走上前的样子咩?" she asked. "没有。" he answered. Now, this part really made me throw up (although I hadn't had my lunch yet). "哎呀," the guys said, "你每次都称赞别人,又不称赞自己。" Then, the girl replied, "你知道又不称赞我?" The guy defended himself, "我哪有?每次都称赞你的咯!" They started flirting with each other and I zoned out from their (icky) conversation.

When I finally reached the counter (my line was faster than my sister's), the only seats left for all the shows were the front row. My dad said, "Nah," and off we went. Just like that. I was so mad! "I WASTED TWO-AND-A-HALF HOURS FOR NOTHING!" I screamed. Babi betul! Providing I was still having my PMS (goes on for at least two weeks), I kept swearing and cursing (no F words) until my dad stuffed me with food (yay!).

We had lunch in Little Ben and later went somewhere (not to be revealed) then headed home.

I SWEAR I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO PAVILLION EVER AGAIN.
