Life's crawling faster and faster...

On turtle's 2nd day out into the mortal world, he decided to roam around to see how the world have changed. He was surprised... the world really changed a lot...

First visit - Ang Mo Kio Central

1) My hometown, where I live for 12 years before I move to Seng Kang at age 14.
2) My camp, Amoy Quee Camp at Yio Chu Kang Road, is just nearby. "Nights out" usual hangout, where my army buddies wine and dine.

(Nights out - A time at night where cute little boys come out of camp to play a while, and comes back by a certain timing. Rank below corporal, 2200-2300. Specialist and above, 2359 hrs.)


The NTUC site



This is the place where we used to stock up our own "edible" rations. We would go to the NTUC that is situated here to buy some "made in heaven" food stuff to entertain us in Hell.... And now, the whole NTUC building is not there anymore....

The trees have grown so much leaves and branches that it have covered the building....



The market that my army buds used to eat our 福建炒虾面 (Hokkien Mee) and drink the lemon sugar cane, is down for renovation since April, and will only reopens next year.


Pizza Hut



The place where my army buddies celebrated birthday, and got 2 big ice creams free because the staff there heard our uniquely "loud" birthday singing... haha.


Seng Kang (where I live now) - Compass Point



Christmas decorations are up.. Time really past so fast. I can still remember the time when I just got into NTU, the shocking Orientation camp programmes, the Hostel room where I can't see my 10 fingers once I switch off the lights... it all feels like yesterday. And now, here I am, teleported to another time..... What have I done in this period of time?


Time waits for no one.... do what you really want to do, and live life to the fullest...

Finally.. home after close to 1 month.. or is it 1 month.... can't really remember after so long. Have been staying in hall since before the start of the exams... just feel like I just got release from Tekong paradise 2 years back. ( F.Y.I. - Tekong is a cool resort island where clean shaven round headed boys play in very fun SOC playgrounds and eat high class food 4 times a day, free gym membership, free transportation by land and "Penguin" Fastcrafts to and fro every week or 2 (if you lucky enough to get confinements and guard duties), free for all little boys in Singapore.

As always, I will see the number of friends who read about my life. And I still see 2 of my friends ip address from NTU.... still in NTU!!? Anyway, if you are still in NTU, that only means that you need some luck. So wish you lots of Go0D LucK and hope you will be lucky enough to get out of there soon :)

After so long being a caveman.. I think I am seriously lacking interacting with modern humans. Haven't been talking to friends, and only now and then thru msn. Really thank you all for trying to make contact with a caveman, despite the fact that I am always "Busy" for washing mugs... or "Away" for eating at Can 11. Although my MSN was set to that for most of the time in my room, I was always hoping that when I come back to see the computer screen, someone is there to "disturb" me. Haha..

This is not the life that I want, but Lim Jiahe (guardian angel) is trying to give lim jiahe (the real me) what's best for himself.

Realised that before ALL my exams, it always starts to rain. The weather can be good for consecutive days, but it will not fail when it comes to to the day when I am stressing myself out. Seems like 老天都为我而哭泣. (Heaven also cry for me...) Grades gonna turn out -_-". Can pass already 偷笑，but what can I do with a lousy pass.... if I can even pass in the first place.....

As always, paper looks ok but I just dunno how to do it. My brain seriously got lots of bad sectors from overheating. The statistical PSYCHOlogy module really tramatize almost all people after the statistic part was taught from lecture 7 onwards, and when it came out... it's too late for me to "SU" it already. Got even more tramatized by all my core modules after the "recess week" (term break, sounds nice only...), with all the 中国枪 & some more 枪s blasting at me during lectures. And in the end, got covered by all the bullets and shells. No choice but to leave my psychology module untouched till the end. Thought I was going to go for war without even wearing uniform, but am really lucky to have met my psychology major friend, Qin Xian. He really decode lots of equation and method for me, and he spend lots of time reading many other books, and just tell me all the 精华（gist), really show me lots of light. But too bad, I have drowned for too long, and brain already 进水，can't fully absorb. It's really super nice of him to put in so much effort for me, whom he just knew for 3 months, outside a lecture theatre bench.. (Feel so appreciative...)
And he also have a study parther, Regina, whom I happened to know as well. She was from my "sister" OG(Orientation Group) during NTU's CAC Orientation camp a few months back. They were really knowlegeable. One Statistic King and one Theory Queen. Powerful combination. Think next sem shall use the same tactic, if not can't cover all by oneself.

Anyway, I found the joker in my "Wishlist". Haha, Qin Xian happens to be really lame as well. Got no stress from studying with him. He really got loads of very funny encounters in his life. Combine with his ultimate unique vocabulary of words.... will make anyone grow a muscular smile in a day.

Today marks the day I finish my final paper of my core subjects... Chemistry. But I don't feel anything already. Maybe got tired from all the ultimate mood swings, feeling so eXciTed every now and then, the next moment, feel so stressed out.
Let me show you how Tarzan(me) swing.

Monday was computing. Stressed on last Sunday, graduated on Monday.

Stressed out on Tuesday, met up Newton, Einstein and many other old pals on Wed (Got traumatised by their PhySics theory.) Once again graduation ceremony on Wed 21/11/07 after the morning.

Thursday, got stressed out again from trying to mix too many Chemicals into my almost brain dead pea brain.

Then here I am.... Friday, pronounced dead from drinking, gobbling, diving and swimming in highly toxic Chemistry...

Vincent was my classmate during JC and now we are in NTU studying the same course.

Like I've said, I look different from Einstein when he was 14. He grows curly and short hair

But Einstein has incredible curls, and curls³. So he is much smarter than me already at age 14..

Anyway, looking back at old pictures really brings back many memories. A picture speaks a thousand words, I think it's very true. Memories are fading slowly, and I hate that. And that's one of the reasons why I bring my camera around... because I treasures memories a lot. It would be such a painful thing to forget all your live's encounters...

Yeah... I finished my Physics paper! And the Physics paper finished me off as well. Haha~



Once again. I got this "gradUaTE loh" feeling. No more energy to continue studying after Physics... it drain not only all my energy, it also take life points off from me. Need to "Insert Coin to Continue" soon. Anyway, I won a lucky draw in a "Milo Cheers" lucky draw. a 1st prize!!!! Woo.. Got 2 free tickets to Thailand from 09/12/07 to 12/12/07 to watch the SEA games. Never so lucky before. Haha!! Going there with my mum and I going to get myself a new camera before then, although it's not in my budget plan for this year... But anyway, shall just plan how to earn this holiday to make up for it. YeAh~

Wednesday Morning, went for a Math paper in the morning, then Econs paper in the evening, I must say.... GG. Die liao loh. For Maths, there's is no one question that I can do straight away. I had to skipped through one round before I start doing because there's no question that ring even half a bell.. maybe just 1 part... (-_-") There's like 4 questions and 4 parts to each question. And I left 2-3 parts totally empty, and the 80% of the rest are only partially done or "drama-ed". Econs paper first question was a killer as well. Was given a stupid equation and asked to calculate. Just can't get the digits right, and the worst is that the rest of the parts are linked to it!!! Holy turtle. 30 marks out of 100!! Life couldn't be more exciting than seeing such a question at the start of the paper. What dAA!

"Chui liao loh". That's what everyone is saying after they come out of the exam hall. But from my past 12 years experience, those who complain the most usually get the highest.. No wonder I am not getting results from studying lah. haha. "Da bao-ing" was like going through my mind after just 2 papers... but shall not say things like "sure Da bAo one lah, die liao".. cos I really hope not to Da BaO, just pray that the working marks are enough to pass bah.

Got this "gRaDuatE lo" feeling after just 2 papers!! This is not good.... but it tells me how much stress just 2 paper is for my brain. Shall just really phycho myself that exams is just tomorrow, and I have no choice but to squeeze all the CrAp equations that "Newton and friends" left for us. Why did the stupid apple fall on him!!??

Next 2 paper is going to be a killer as well.... Computing on next Monday and Physics on Wednesday. Anyway, saw 4 post count early in the morning. You guys studying so hard ah!! 00:12 am, 02:20 am, 04:56 am and 05:10 am. You all study till too stress, need to click around to destress is it!!? Take care leh, still better to adjust your body clock to Singapore hours and not US timing, or we will grow old as fast as them.

My parents came yesterday to visit me! Mum said that white paper on the door is no good, so I took both down, leaving the centre "auspicious" looking one. hoho. Jia You O! Everyone! Good luck to all!
