Tired of "giving" motivation....
Here's a link from http://www.caclubindia.com/forum/i-can-t-do-anything-fail-3rd-time-ipcc-gr-2-237816.asp
Title: HOW TO DEAL WITH FAILURESuccessful people are differentiated from the normal people not by the amount of success of achieved, but by the way how they converted their failures into success. Many people don’t know how to overcome failure. They start saying: It was very difficult, I had no luck, I don’t have time, and It must be done etc
1.They always look for excuses.
2.They blame the situations and persons.
3.They always see the problems–not the solution
4.They say:Why is it happening to me? – Without seeing the opportunity presented to them.
5.They will be frustrated by the situation seem helpless; give up and live an unsatisfactory life without achieving what they want.
Managing Failure:
Develop New Strategy
Failure is a part of every one’s life. Everyone fails at one time or the other. I should say, there is probably more to learn from the failure than from success. At times failures give you the start which was required by you to achieve your goals. So treat them as learning experiences and use these experiences to develop new strategies to achieve your objective in a more effective way.
Maintain Positive Attitude
The choice of attitude will decide your life. Negative thoughts have no strength until you feed them. By having negative attitude you will create you own hurdles in your life. Every one encounters problems. But the ability to solve their problems lies on their attitude towards them.
When it rains all the birds fly for shelter.
But eagle alone avoids the rain by flying above the cloud.
Problem is common to all but Attitude is different. Never lose attitude even in the worst of times, because it will ultimately help you in your journey towards Success.
Never Give Up
When encountered with failure many people will give up; as they don’t know what to do. If you hold on to that rope a little longer success may be yours. These obstacles will always help you to strengthen your character. So, “NEVER EVER GIVE UP”.
Stay Motivated
Motivation is the best thing that is helpful to you to achieve your goals, and finally to live a satisfactory life. Without motivation we may be constantly depressed and will be low on confidence.
So try to find the things which motivate you and always sting on to them. Famous people who succeeded despite failure
Mahatma Gandhi
Gandhiji is an average student who passed his matriculation exam with difficulty. After completing law, he failed at establishing his practice and he did a part-time job as a school teacher.
Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein didn’t speak till he is four and didn’t read until he is seven. His parents thought that he is sub-normal. His teacher said that he is mentally slow. He was expelled from school and failed in the entrance exam to the Polytechnic Institute. But he turned out to win a Nobel Prize.
Thomas Alva Edison
He failed nearly 10,000 times before inventing the Light Bulb. When he was asked “How did it feel to fail 10,000 times”. He replied that “I didn’t fail. I found 10,000 ways which won’t work. Every failure is another step forward”.
Amitabh Bachchan
Before entering the film industry, he applied for an announcer’s job with All India Radio. But was rejected as his voice was deemed not suitable.
JK Rowling
The author of Harry Potter wrote her first book Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone on an old type writer after she got separated from her husband. It was rejected by 12 publishers. But after one year, Barry Cunningham from Bloomsbury accepted it with the advice to take a job because there was no money in Children’s Books.
Karoly Takacs
He is a Hungarian Shooter who lost is shooting arm in an explosion. He didn’t give up. He taught himself to shoot with his left hand and went onto win two consecutive Olympic Gold Medals.
Walt Disney
He was the man who gave us the Mickey, and the beautiful Disneyland. But he was fired by a newspaper saying that he lacked imagination. He went bankrupt several times before he built Disney World.
Michael Jordan
He is a former professional Basketball player, was cut from his High School Basketball team. He once quoted “I’ve failed over and over again in my life. That is why I succeeded.”
Other Famous Failures who succeeded
Abraham Lincoln, Socrates, the Beatles, Richard Branson, Henry Ford, Charlie Chaplin, Van Beethoven, Helen Keller, Marilyn Monroe and so on. They all have one thing in common Rising from the Failure.
Remember:
Opportunity often comes in disguised in the form of misfortune or temporary defeat-Napoleon Hill
So, always make sure that you are there to let it in.
Only those who dare to fail greatly can achieve greatly-Robert F. Kennedy
Our greatest gory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall-Confucius
Little minds are tamed and subdued by misfortune;but great minds rise above them-Washington Irving
Quitters don’t Win, Winners don’t Quit.
Think positive, act positive and achieve positive results.
Failure comes before success even in the dictionary.
Success won’t come without failure. Failure is always part of success. It’s reality. If you take steps to improve yourself everyday you will achieve success in no time. Hope this article will help you to achieve success.

so I was told... I have a low control of my emotions
The fact is... I pay too much attention to others, to understand other people emotions too well, and see that it's not their fault that they make decisions which ends things up in a certain (lesser than my expected positive) way... and the fact that I have finished up my energy, feeling powerless, and can no longer do anything to change it...
this gets me stressed, and depression sets in...
my friend actually sums this up in a 1 liner (in fact a few words), appearing to be the one understand the situation...
:"do you realised that you are actually the one lacking control of your emotion...?"
...... I didn't reply.... anything......
I guess.... it takes a certain level "brain specs" to understand some things, just like how Windows 7 cannot be run on a Pentium 2 processor.. or Android cannot be installed on a Nokia 8310....
and that, is the reason why INFJ people do not tell people about themselves... either we go all the way and tell them fully, or none..
to make this seemingly illogical action seems more logically (since, supposedly, only 1% of the whole population can relate to this weird trait at 1 glance), I am going to go ALL the lengths, to explain this to MAKE SURE you understand this...
by the time you read this line and yet to get some hint of the "answer", you are not pondering enough on the previous writing (and that's what my INFJ type of weirdo, will choose to believe in), and realising the "lack of brain specs" in others, we don't want to end up emptying our energy to explain the full details, knowing the chances of people understanding is SOooo.... low.... we have decided to not talk about it anyway.
and the fact that we have definitely tried to explain to a certain "chosen" few, but it often reaps this expected result, will show us (the weirdo) that we are right about this judgement.
to make me (the INFJ weirdo) even more chim looking, I just realised that I have already written out the 2 explanation of the 2 extremes choices, and the INFJs will be trying to scroll back up on this, figuring out if they missed any details for understanding, if they have not understood this so far, or choose to believe that they could have understood this even better by reading the above, "a few more times"...
at this point, the chain of thoughts have been generated too far off for most people who can't understand it... shall stop it here to avoid more confusion... till the day an INFJ reads this and ask me about it then... I will automatically and naturally, check if your brain specs allows this" data file" to be understood completely without errors first.
(closes this chapter of brain thoughts, continue below...)
_____________
therefore.... I am not tired out from working, but am actually tired of thinking and executing ways to convince people to work towards my believed 'positive" mindsets, and doing the "right" stuff to self-help... this is the real reason why I am mentally tired.. and depressed...
as a combination from an INFJ..
"perfectionist" and
"strong dislike for conflict..."
some things I am so sure that it's wrong, but I can't do anything to change the person's thoughts and actions.... and the mana leeching criteria for myself on top of doing this action....
: to executed that action "peacefully" without letting them feeling bad.... it takes far too much effort, and I am drained..... business is about growing stronger and stronger, to solve things by oneselves if no one else can help.... that's what I've been thru for the passed 2 years alone... why can't a person just try your best, or at least try, whatever that I have to suggest, if it sounds right to them??
I can see too well who's lacking control, and when I finished using up my own energy, and still aren't able to help some person "control", I get depressed. Just like how in some game, if you have got the ability to "transfer" your life to aid others, and you died doing that, are you considered as weak?
I know all these may seem to be written in a 1 sided context to a small percentage (check this fact with many other people if you happen to believe that the above is still 1 sided....) But I do feel emptied out already... if you still don't feel the extent of energy leeched out from me... try executing these words, in action. "What problems do you have? Give it to me, I will solve for you". This is how huge a responsibility that I have placed on myself... to make it worst... I failed doing it
Maybe I should just go with the flow, be like water.. may Bruce Lee bless me...
(another fact, the INFJ me, took 17 iteration in 1 hr of reading, writing and editing for the aboved blog post, hoping the best words has been used to convey my thoughts to the best of our written ability... counted the amount of "post published" in my smartphone.. it's the same for 99% of all the other blog posts since i started this blog... we aim to communicate as clearly as we can to our fullest potential... yes this is stressing out the brain too, brain thoughts won't seem to end as we can link everything up "logically" in our way... so I will just put a full stop to this now...)

Why some people works for others, why some are entrepreneurs.
- first 6 months without pay, a failure as an entrepreneur? A dumb move as a graduate?
My ans: Reasons why otherss judge us by how much you make in the "first month", or first season of business and decide us a failure.. it's because they see only short term, not the long term.
And that's why they are forever the employee, and we have the courage to be THEIR employer.
- No stable pay, not worried?
My ans: Those who are powered by money are called employees, those who are powered by dreams are called employers. And that's why they guide the employees to what THEY WANT THEM TO DO, using money.
And dreams as the FINAL GOAL are what generates the most money, aiming at Money is the Employee mindset, and that's often why people fail. There are not guiding their motivations in the right direction.
- Aiyo this month no pay... sad ah. I am a failure.
My ans: If you do not have goals and dreams that the future months CAN generate a income to make up for the "this month", you are not dreaming BIG enough.
What are the quality of an entrepreneur, how do I know if I am ready.
My ans: You are ready, when you think you are ready.... for ACTION. It's about making a decision, and doing it, not worrying about it and nothing done. Not complaining about it and nothing's done. Not repeating a mistake again and again, and nothing's done. It can be a problem, a habit, or situation, if it's bad, change it, and MAKE SURE you DO the CHANGE. Stop complaining, start changing. Your character will be so strong and clear that you can see the reason in other's negatvitiy, big money needs Big ENERGY, don't let some dumb wet blanket gets laid on you. Throw that shit away.
Negative people relates everything negatively, don't mix around with these people for too long, as all their actions are regarded as negative, all their words are treated with negativity, and your whole life will be together with these negativity.
See positive things in whatever we do, a problem gives a chance for improvement, a complain shows us a chance to make things better, a reminder to change should be reciprocated with stronger energy to move on.
Change is important... if we give crap effort to change, we will move at the speed of CRAP. And everything will be as good as crap.

strength... unreal?
appearing all strong to work and all. not talking or telling anyone anything... the truth is.. I am even too tired to talk to myself and blog about anything.. blogging, to me, is a way for me to vent anything.. to understand myself better, and not to indirectly tell anything to others, hoping "someone" out there will discover me and help... that's maybe that's why religion gives hope, for those who can't do anything to help themselves.. religious teaching taught me one thing... I need to help myself... for me to self motivate and self solve anything...
to sum everything up.. the root of all problems is that. nI can’t find a way to replenish my energy and motivation, and everything else seems to be requesting for my attention..
I... am losing conscious......
