I recently looked back on my blog and realized how much this documented our life. I actually really love going back and reading it. I'm going to try to update it as much as possible. The little chat books here and there don't cut it for me.
A few weeks ago I got the bright Idea to rip the dishwasher out (thinking we could just got get a new one that day)
Turns out. They don't always have the one ya want in stock anywhere. We went a whole week and a half with out one. As well as turning off the hot water valve under the sink. So we warmed up water on the stove & washed dishes the old fashion way. I was getting a little tired of doing it by myself. The kids were so willing to help! It was so nice!
Ry's baby Sister Alyssa got engaged! We are so excited for her and Alex. They will be getting married this June!
My mom planned a trip up to the Cabin for some sledding fun! I'm so glad she did. It totally broke up the winter blues & was nice to just go relax for the weekend!
A couple of our friends have decided to do date night once a month & I love this. January was a jazz game!
I have been getting in a sewing kick lately. With the new baby coming I made blankets and burp clothes. We found an old shirt and made afton and her baby matching hats!
Poor Ryker his face is going to be scar face when he is older. I can not get Afton to stop scratching his face. I clip her nails way down and everything. I just don't get to her in time. This kid is too sweet to her & just takes it! This day he decided he needed a bandaid to help it. I was laughing and just had to captor the moment! #nellystatus
