Hatch Girls + Daddy! :)

Yesterday we visited with Sierra and Jessica at Mom's! The girls love to play together! Callee has learned where her hands are and LOVES to put them in her mouth. She has had her whole fist in there at times! :)

Jack and Natalie came over to mom's while we were there and we got to see him walk!!! So cute! He is getting so big!!

I have tried to french braid Jaycee's hair before, but it was always just too short on the top. So of course I just keep trying. :) And today it worked!!! I personally think I did a great job, hehehe. And I have such a great little girl to sit so still while I do her hair, it's wonderful!

Little Miss Callee is Two Months Old already!!! She is getting so big and learning so much every day.

She went to her 2 months well check:

• Weight was 12 lbs 1 oz - 62%
• Heights was 23.8 inches - 82%
• Head circumference 15 cm - 15%
• She sleeps pretty well, but as always, it could be better ! :)
• Smiling, and laughing makes her get the hiccups every time! But it's totally worth it! She's so dang cute!
• She is way more patient than Jaycee was, so I'm hoping that will last. (crossing our fingers!)

You would thing with those stats her head would look totally unproportionate, but it totally doesn't. Good thing those are just numbers and they don't matter so much. :)

We LOVE her! And we're so grateful to have her in our family! Jaycee is so excited to have her own baby sister, and she is such a great big sister to her!!!

So, Jaycee was doing really well with potty training about three months before Callee was born, but never could quite get the pooping part of it down. So we laid off until after Callee was born but still went in the toilet every chance we got. Then this last weekend, I had had enough! Since I have Friday-Sunday off, I decided we were NOT wearing pull-ups anymore! I told Jaycee she couldn't wear them so she was gonna have to go in the potty.

Thinking this would take a super long time still, I was prepared to clean up lots of messes. But, we only had two accidents on Friday, one Saturday morning, and one today while at Grandma's! That was pretty good I think! So we're well on our way, and I think it will be a total success. She seems to hate it when she does have an accident. She even cried a little when she thought she was going to pee, but was able to hold it and get to the potty just in time! It's so great not to have to change those nasty diapers anymore!!!! Good job Jaycee!

Yay! We LOVE Swiss Days and we stayed the entire weekend this year so it was super super fun and relaxing!!! We have so much fun just us girls!

We met up with the Hamblin girls the first morning this time. We haven't been able to see them too much the last few years, except random run ins at the outlet mall. :) So this time we scheduled it, and I am so glad! We love those friends! All the little girls loved playing together, here they are playing duck-duck-goose while us big girls talked!
