Happy Holidays

I have neglected posting because I have no time and no pictures. Yes, no pictures! Well, I have some. But, on Christmas eve I stupidly erased all of the pictures from two get-togethers. My camera is still fuzzy, so I was trying to mess with the settings. FYI "Format Memory Card" is NOT, I repeat, NOT a setting. Thank you to Lori and Jay for sending me pictures (ahem... Jay... hurry up.;)

Anyway, Christmas was wonderful. Chloe still didn't completely get the whole Santa thing. But, she amazes me with her attempts to make sense of things. Not sure if I told this story... When we would talk to Chloe about seeing Santa, she would say, "I be a fairy." I think she decided that if that guy was going to dress in that crazy red costume, then she was going to wear her "Fwaaaaiwy wif tights!" SO, I kind of had to plant in her head that she was going to ask for a baby. Then, Santa came to visit on Christmas Eve and gave out a few little things. The next morning before we went out of the bedroom I said, "Do you want to see if Santa brought your baby?" She said, "No, Santa go home already." Because he did indeed go home. It's just so fun to get to see her make sense of the world. I'm sure the boys did this same thing but they were less interested in talking about every little thing, so I didn't get this little window into their thinking in quite the same way.

The boys were so excited about the wii and Jake has barely left the basement. Wyatt like to play with a variety of toys andlike the wii, but isn't quite as glued to it. I haven't limited time at all because Justin and I have beenworking like crazy getting organized around here. We are pretty much done. I'll post some pictures soon. I thought I had saved all the pictures of our house before we sold it and now I can't locate them! We did so much work to that house and it will really be a shame if I lost al the pictures of Justin's hard work.

We had multiple celebrations with numerous sides of the families and drove hundreds of miles in 4 short days. It is sometimes exhausting to travel, but it was so worth it. We all had a great time.

Here are pics from The get together at Grandma Lori's (Justin's Mom's mom)
Here's a few from Christmas morning at Justin's dad'sHere are a couple from my Grandma's on Christmas day but most were too fuzzy:More Pictures Coming soon...

All School Holiday Program

Last night was our all school holiday program. Jake's class sang Frosty the Snowman, Wyatt's class sang a song about playing the snow and the kindergarteners(my class and my nephew, Tony) sang I'm a Little Snowflake.

When we left Chloe had a 103 fever and she's home sick today. :(

Checking in

Please excuse the long pause between posts. I have been crazy busy with school, Christmas and getting settled in.
The kids went with me to a charity event last Sunday where I read Christmas stories. I agreed to this before we moved. I guess in my mind we would be all settled after a week. Ha! But, on the up side, Santa was there and the kids sat on his lap. I got some cute pictures but they are all pretty fuzzy. I need to have someone look at my camera. Chloe and Wyatt had their faces painted. You'll notice the sad look on Wyatt's face. He's not really sad, just trying not to smile, as you can see in this one. The thing in his cheek is a reindeer.
We put up the tree last weekend and tried to get the main floor livable and somewhat decorated for Christmas.
Here are the the boys with Tony and Joey after school one day. Jake is reading to them all.
Here's a few more just for fun:
