My two little loves!

Ellie is only 2 1/2 months and I feel like I have way more pics of James at this age than I do of Ellie. So, here are some pics of Ellie to help me feel less bad.

For my records, here are my kids stats:

James-2 1/2 years old
Weight: 28 lbs-32 percentile
Height: 79 percentile

Ellie-2 months
Weight: 10.7 lbs-44 percentile
Height: 99 percentile (don't know where that came from!)

I feel so blessed to have two healthy kids!

Ellie's hair is the first thing people comment on. We love all her hair! Here are her different hair styles.

I slick it down after she gets out of the bath. And when it dries it looks like this. There is no keeping it down.

These pictures might not mean anything to many people but they show James' love for Ellie. This was a few weeks after Ellie was born and by his own doing James covered up Ellie with his blanket. You see, this blanket is no ordinary blanket. It is the only thing James must sleep with every night and would carry it around all day if we let him. He loves it with all his heart and it is his most prized possession. So, these pictures show that he must really love Ellie and that makes me so happy.

While we were at my parents house over Christmas break we decided to bless Ellie. All of my brothers were home so we decided it was a great time to bless her. Sam gave her a beautiful blessing!

Her beautiful blessing dress was made by her great grandma Hafen over 30 years ago. This dress was worn by 2 of Sam's sisters during their blessing day. I absolutely love the dress and am so glad Ellie was able to wear it!

I know Christmas was forever ago but this blog seems to get the back burner while trying to adjust to 2 kids. Christmas this year was wonderful. We were lucky enough to go see both families this year. Ellie flew on her first plane at 3 weeks and did amazing. Here's our Christmas in pictures.
