6th Birthday and more photos

Well first of all my little man turned 6 back on the 22nd. I can't believe it's been 6 years! But then I struggle to remember what it was like not having him around.

I have been having a ball playing with my new camera :o) and thanks for all the lovely comments about my photos :o) I thought I would share some more.

Flowers that I got from friends for my birthday (and some from DH for mothers day too)
Brad, Sian and Gareth at Soccer and one of my friends daughter, because I love how it came out!

Who is Spoiled??

My DH and the kids gave me a new camera for my birthday!! Totally unexpected, but a lovely surprise :o)

It's the Fuji Finepix S8000fd and I am in love already LOL ... It will take some practice getting used to all the new settings though. It has 18x Zoom :o) and also macro and super macro!

I had a play around in the back garden today. Very impressed!

After 10 years

I finally got another tattoo, I have wanted to get another one for so long and today I got around to it. I will share photos once it has healed and looks nicer ;o)

It's a heart with a butterfly in it and the letters B & S in the heart as well

Not alot else happening here for us really. I have started playing an online game called World of Warcraft with Gareth. I resisted for along time, but finally gave in, I guess it's good as it is something we now do together.

Big Happy 6th Birthday to my friend's son David for last Thursday! :o)

I got these gorgeous flowers for Mother's Day, along with bacon and eggs for brekkie and Brad bought me a scarf and some chocckie and a scroll from the school Mother's Day stall. Sian made me a decorated tile at kinder. All fantastic things. :o) My tattoo was also partly a Mother's Day pressie too.

One Stop Scrapping Cybercrop

Went well :o) It would have been great to have a few more people there, but in saying that we all had a great time anyway :o)

I set the Card Challenge and the LO Challenge and Tracey set the Sketch Challenge which I still want to do yet! Congrats to Kerryn and Glennie on winning the prizes.

Bec ran some games and that was alot of fun. I chose to sit out of the trivia this time, although I think if I had played Tania would have wiped the floor with me anyway! She was on fire.

I also joined in on a Partner Challenge for National Scrapbooking Day at Scrap Pile. I was partnered with Tammy and she knows me well enough to know how to REALLY challenge me. It was great though and put me out of my comfort zone. I am happy with what I came up with, although I struggled with NO TITLE!! haha! Tammy's challenge was no title, pink/green/white and circles. I challenged Tammy to use 3 different shapes, Black & White with a splach of another colour and a photo of her. She did a brilliant job (as always) if you would like a look, pop over to her blog :o)

Don't forget to book your tickets for One Stop Scrapping's Scrapathon on the 31st of May... 15 hours of scrapping or you can go for the day or just the night sessions too. I wish I could afford to get up there I think it will be loads of fun!

Mother's Day Morning Tea at kinder tomorrow and then the mother's day stall at school on Friday. I am going out to dinner with the prep mum's on Friday night too which should be lots of fun and good to get to know some of the other mum's.

Soccer on Saturday is going to be no go for me as we have the Kinder open day, which I found out I need to be at to help out and I can't be in both places at once, but I wish I knew how because I think I would make a fortune selling the secret HAHA!!
