Brooke and I were able to go to the premiere night of Dancing with the Stars and we had the best time. Our husbands were the heros. Mark flew Brooke and Aveline here for less than 24 hours so we could go to the show. My friend Britnay watched the kids and my friend Jessica watched Caroline. We met up with Brooke's friend Marcy from high school, she is a field producer on the show, and she got us way ahead in the line to get in and we were shown to our seats in the balcony. We had a great time! You have to do A LOT of clapping and you realize how much you miss the fast forward button when you're watching it at home after you record it!
We went to dinner after the show with Marcy and 2 other ladies that Marcy knows that were at the show. We went to The Grove and had a nice dinner outside. Meanwhile Steve was at home putting 4 kids under age 4 to bed - He's a CHAMP!! When we were leaving we saw Louie Vito, he's on the show, and since Marcy knows him we stopped to chat and snap a photo. While we were doing that there was a guy with a camera filming the whole thing, paparazzi!! Then we went home and turned into pumpkins - aka Moms!
The next day Brooke was watching TMZ and low and behold who did she see on the show? You guessed it...ME!! Then I turned back into a pumpkin again. Our Hollywood days are over but they sure were fun!!
100 years old and looking so good!! Steve's grandma turned 100 so we went to Utah for her birthday celebration. We love you Great Grandma Mamie.
