My poor Sydnee

Gosh my poor little Sydnee is sick yet again. I am thinking it might be pneumonia but has not been diagnosed yet. She has been on an antibiotic since Friday night and is still not any better at all in fact last night she ran a HIGH fever of 103.9 all night long after having had two doses of antibiotic already. that does not seem right to me.

Two Dates in one weekend

By the title of my post you might be thinking that I meant I had two dates with my hubby but NO I had two dates with Sydnee. On saturday we went to Boo at the Zoo which really was not very much fun. Well it was ALOT of fun seeing Rachael and the twins and Rylan but it was CRAZY busy. I had to park out by the highway. I could not believe my eyes when I saw all the people. We didnt get much candy because the lines were so very very long and we didnt see many animals either so all in all it was not much fun except seeing our friends of course and that is always fun. Hunter opted not to go with us to the zoo. He and David went bow hunting instead. Much more boy fun for Hunter. Although I do miss Hunter when Syd and I do things like that together. When Dad is home they just enjoy the boy things so much more.

Sydnee and I's second date was today I took her to the Circus. It was SOOOOO much fun and VERY VERY good. Sydnee is not feeling up to par this weekend but she still had a great time. I was VERY impressed with the Circus. I will for sure go next year. I wished so much that Hunter was with us but again he opted to go fishing with my dad and David. I posted a couple of pics from the circus. They did not turn out very good.

As a mom of a boy and a girl I am really struggling these days with my family being pulled in different directions especially when my husband is home. Hunter and David are so very boy it is crazy which means all they want to do is hunt, fish and be in the country. Sydnee and I on the other hand like to do those things too but on a much smaller scale. HA I hate to make Hunter choose between doing what he LOVES so much and doing other things such as the zoo and circus. It is hard for a 7 year old to choose. Of course if Dad was not here he would have done those things with me and loved it but when Dad is home it is a differnet story. Anyway my family is changing and growing and adjusting can be hard sometimes. We'll get through it!

Pumpkin Fun!!!!!!!!!!!

Hunter's pumpkin!
Hunter loved getting all the seeds out of his pumpkin! He did a GREAT job too.
Of course Sydnee was right there to assist him. She follows him and does exactly what he does ALL day long. It drives him crazy. HA

Finished Product

I love how Sydnee's face changes has she proceeds to pull out the pumpkin seeds from her pumpkin. Such expression!

Dream Come True

Well last Sunday a dream of mine came true. My wonderful husband took me to a Dallas Cowboy Football game in Irving. I know to some of you you may be saying "WOW SanDee that was a dream you had". HA But really it was. I have ALWAYS been a Cowboy fan and always wanted to go to a game. David is so great to always want to make my dreams come true. He always wants to make me happy and he LOVES surprising me. I love it too!

We left on Saturday after Hunter's football game and headed out of town. We stayed in a hotel at the airport. We wanted to stay close to the stadium but wanted to stay in a really nice hotel to celebrate our weekend together. It was the Grand Hyatt Hotel and it was great! We checked in and hung out a while and then went to Pappadeaux to eat and man was it good! Then went back and went to bed and woke up on Sunday and got to the game about 12:00. We wanted to be there early to watch the players warm up and stuff and get to see them up close. When I walked into the stadium I got big tears in my eyes (I know, I'm emotional), and my stomach hit the ground. It was an awesome feeling. It was simply GREAT! We ate all the bad for you and VERY expensive food and enjoyed a few drinks. We sat 4th from the very very top in the end zone so we did not have great seats but that didnt matter at all. Not only was the ballgame a blast but just being alone with my husband for 2 whole days just he and I, well it was much needed and greatly enjoyed. Cant wait till we can do it again! Thanks David, I love you dearly!

I posted alot of pics. Sorry.

Oh my gosh I almost forgot to tell about seeing Troy Aikman! Oh yes I did and I have pictures to prove it. HA Isnt he pretty! Hee Hee He never smiled or moved his face at all but it was alot of fun to see him.
