Very pleased with how these turned out. Never really had collards before getting my CSA this week.

Part of Animal Kimgdom has an area where you can see behind the scenes of the animals, such as a vet room, a reptile room, and petting area.

It was the last day of the egg hunt at Epcot so we went to get map. Unfortunately, they ran out two people before us, so we were on our own. Here are a few eggs that we found :)

First thing we did at Disney was to go get breakfast. We headed to the Art of Animation, which has a great food court. I had yummy Simba waffles! Nathan got a tofu scramble sandwich. We finished up with some mini cupcakes from BabyCakes!

The D12 Fanniversary is an event sponsored by the Disney Fan Club and Disney Archives. Only showing in 8 cities around the country, we saw a presentation of milestones, attractions, events, shows, etc that all had an anniversary this year. It was neat to see rare footage and photographs of the early Disney years. What a great kickoff to my Disney vacation next week.

Always a fun time. Maestro got a new bowtie :) We saw Echo the Singing Bird from America's Got Talent and saw dog's diving into a pool. Maestro and Bella were exhausted from all the fun.

Next we went to the Wilderness Lodge. I have never been here before and it was pretty neat. There was a handbell choir performing and everything.

All in all it was a very festive night looking at some decorations :)
