Jacob found this picture of his Karpowitz cousins and loved looking at it. He laughed at the picture and even gave them kisses. He sure does miss them.

Spray Park
We went to the spray park yesterday with some friends and Jake had so much fun. It is just such a fun park and a great idea for a hot day. Jake was such a brave little boy running through all the water. He was soaking wet when it was time to go. I posted alot of pictures because I couldn't decided which was the best picture.

Update
We are still in Texas and having a great time, but Jake and I miss Aaron very much. I know that Jake can't wait to see his daddy. Grandpa and Grandma have loved having Jake here. I am not sure they are going to let us leave! My dad keeps on saying how much they are going to miss Jake. He thinks he is such a cute boy. Aaron has already told me that he doesn't wait me to go away this long again. I know that he is really missing us. Aaron takes the BAR next week and we all can't wait till it is all over. It will be so great to have Aaron home in the evenings and him not have to study. We can't wait!

This little rocking horse was Jake's Uncle Andrew's. Jacob just loves it. It is just the perfect size for him. He rcoks it so hard that sometimes he tumbles overs.

Jake loves playing with all the fun toys at Grandma and Grandpa's house. 
Jacob loves playing in this little play garden. He goes inside and shuts the door, then he jumps over the wall to get out. He is a tough little guy and just loves to play.

Fun in the Pool
We are having a great time here in Texas. (It would be perfect if Aaron were here.) Jake loves swimming in the pool and playing with grandpa and grandma's dog. He follows the dog around saying "woof woof". These are pictures from yesterday. I think that we will try to go swimming everyday. Jake seems to really like it. At first he didn't seem to like the yellow float, but he decided that it wasn't so bad.

A Little Update
Well after spending a few days here at Grandma and Grandpa's Jake has learned a few new things. Jake has been a busy boy and into everything and has been told "no" a few times. Well he picked that up pretty quickly and now he shakes his head and says "no". I try not to laugh, but it was just too funny. I told Uncle Travis that Jake picked it up from him. On Saturday Grandpa and Travis babysat Jake. Travis surprised me and even changed a diaper!! Dad is such a good grandpa and even took Jake swimming. Grandpa and Grandma love having Jake around, but he sure misses his daddy. Aaron is worried that Jake will forget him, but I told him no chance of that. He loves his daddy.

Texas
Yesterday Jake and I flew to Dallas to come spend some time with my family while Aaron is working and gettng ready for the BAR. Aaron is so busy so hopefully this will help him in his studying efforts. I am sure that we will have great time here in Texas and look forward to spending time with uncle Travis and grandma & grandpa and getting together with some friends down here. And I am sure that Jake will love swimming in grandma and grandpa's pool. But I sure am going to miss Aaron, but we both can't wait til the BAR is all over!!

Camping in Yellowstone
We had a great weekend camping in West Yellowstone. My parents, Travis, Malinda & Mike, and their kids all came. Poor Travis was really sick the first night. So he and mom stayed at the campground all day Saturday, while we toured Yellowstone Park. We saw Old Faithful, the Yellowstone grand canyon, and lots of buffalo. It is a beautiful place. Jacob seemed to really love being outside and loved sleeping in the tent with his mommy and daddy. He just cuddled right up to Aaron every night. We left to come home early this morning, because last night my parents were soooo cold. Overall we had a great time, but I am not sure I am up for camping again any time soon. It is alot of work!
