Back in July I finished piecing together a quilt for Emma. My sweet mom quilted it on her fancy machine and now I have a finished quilt. I love how it turned out. These pictures aren't the best, but the colors are brown, sage green, light pink and dark pink. I also made the bed skirt. I want to buy or make some curtains for the room and then it will be done.

Trip to Utah

We just got back from Utah the first of this week. We had such a great time. I have tons of pictures to share. Here are s few:

Andrew and Meredith were married on August 13th in Salt Lake. It was a great day. I was so glad we could be there for their special day.

My sweet baby girl. We ended up getting a babysitter for Jake and Austin during the day and it was such a great idea. They would have been so restless at the temple and at the lunch. They had a great day without us.

They served hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken skewers with watermelon and potato chips. They even had root bear floats.

6 months

We took Emma to get her pictures taken this weekend and they turned out so cute. I just love them! It is hard to believe that she is already 6 months old. She is such a happy baby. Emma discovered her voice this week and has starting screaming. It gets really loud at our house. Especially when Austin joins in on the screaming. Emma is starting to sit up on her own and she rolls all over the room when set down. She is eating baby food great and sleeps pretty good at night. She is still waking up once, usually around 3 or 4am and then she sleeps till 7am. Every once in a while she will sleep through the night. Emma has started reaching her arms out to Aaron and I. I just love it. She is such a sweet baby girl!
