Happy 1st Birthday!!!
Happy 1st Birthday Hannah, Aiden, and Olivia! Wow, how a year can fly by. A year ago today we were so excited that we were finally going to meet our three precious miracles. We had prayed and waited a long time for you all. It was a bumpy road getting you all here but I would go through it all over again in a second. What a joy you three have been to watch grow. Hannah, you were the smallest one and you have grown into the role of the oldest sister. Our little drama queen with her beautiful blue eyes, squeezable cheeks, cute smiles, and oh that crazy hair. Aiden, even though you were born second we know that you will protect your sisters with your life. Our little screamer with so many cute smiles, beautiful blue/green eyes, enjoyable laugh, and our mama's boy. Olivia, our always on the go girl, beautiful blue eyes with blonde hair, always happily smiling, cute dimples, and very intrigued. We all look forward to so many more memories with all three of you.

Lots to update
Well, everyone now has their bottom two teeth. Hannah was the last to get them and they finally broke through two weeks ago. Hannah is pulling up to her knees and bending her legs to scootch around. Aiden just started crawling on Sunday. We are so proud of him. I was so excited that Dustin was at home to see it. Aiden is also holding his bottle on his own. Even one handed. The girls can hold their bottle but they prefer to play with it. They still want mommy and daddy to hold it for them when they eat. Olivia is a crawling fool now. It is amazing at how quickly they learn how to do things. She loves to pull herself up and stand. She started cruising along the couch this weekend. It's funny to watch the other two just looking at her. 'Hey, how are you doing that?' I think it helps motivate them to get their groove on.

Is this how it goes Mommy?

Drink with one hand and play with the other.

I love to stand!

My Mom
My mom went back home after being here for a year. She started taking care of me during my stay at the hospital. She and Dustin took turns for two and a half months. We were already close but our time together made us even closer. She shaved my legs, helped with showers, put lotion on my legs and feet, rubbed my back, hugged me when I cried, took me on wheel chair rides around the hospital, prayed with/for me, got ice for me 50 times a day, watched TV on mute with me, made decaf tea, slept on a two feet wide couch, blow dried my hair, took care of Masie, watered the lawn, got up for the 2:00 am feeding, took lots of pictures that are priceless, went to many doctors appointments, swifted the floors, cleaned the house, and took awesome care of my children. Oh, don't forget putting up with me and ALL my faults. Mom, I will never be able to thank you enough for all that you did for me, Dustin, Hannah, Aiden, and Olivia. I am forever in debt to you. Ron, thank you so very much for letting mom be here with us. I know it was not easy all of the time but you made it through it too. I am a better wife and mother because of it. We love you guys so very much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Visit with PaPaw
My Mom brought my Grandfather by for a visit before she left. Everyone had a great time and I was able to go and get some shopping done. Alone time . . . what is that?
PaPaw with Hannah, Aiden, and Olivia.

Teeth, Sitting up, and Crawling
Olivia got her two bottom teeth first and then Aiden got his. Hannah has no sign of teeth what so ever. You would think she does by the way she chomps her gums on the rice puffs. They are all sitting up on their own very well.
Hannah and Olivia sitting pretty with their new bows. They are made by Astrid Novak. Visit her website at http://scbyastrid.weebly.com .

Olivia and Aiden playing. Olivia loves to sit on her brother and sister.

Olivia is the only one crawling right now. She is getting better every day at it. I think Aiden will be the next one to crawl. We shall see.

Five/Four Generations
We went to Ft. Worth in mid July so that Dustin's side of the family could meet the triplets. We had an awesome time and everyone loved them. We were able to get a five generation picture while we were there. Dustin's great grandfather just passed away yesterday morning. Please pray for him and his entire family. The funeral will be this Friday. Thank you!

We were also able to get a four generation picture on Dustin's mom's side of the family.

What a treasure these pictures are.

Calling All Triplets
We went to a triplet playgroup today at Astrid's house. She is another MOM I met through SCT. There were a total of 9 adults and 24 kids there today. Hannah, Aiden, and Olivia were pretty relaxed about everything and just hung out. It was such a neat experience to get to see other moms with multiples. The youngest set of triplets were 6 1/2 months old and the oldest were 2. It was kind of like seeing the future. I was able to see what kids do at different ages. Amazing. Here are a few photos from our fun day.

4th of July
The kids had a great first 4th of July. We had a pretty relaxing start for the day. Paulette and Kennedy came over for a little while.

Ann (Paulette's sister-in-law) gave us some great new toys and books. Kennedy is reading one of the books to Hannah. She also made sure that they knew how each toy worked.

We then headed over to Tamara's house for some good food and fun in the sun.

Aiden loves his Aunt P.

Masie of course wanted to get in on the holiday action with a cute collar.

I made this flag cake for dessert.

Aiden wanted to check out the DELICIOUS brownies that Aunt Tamara made.

An overdue family photo.

Walkers
Our kids really love their walkers. They like to following people around and just being mobil. Our maid came over on Thursday and they like her so much they all followed her down the hall. It was so cute.

Then of course Aiden had to go and do some exploring of his own. They all love to just wonder around.

First Play dates
We had our first play date on Wednesday (7/1/09). I met Anna through a triplet group I belong to called Space City Triplets. They are an awesome group of women. Anna's triplets are 10 months old. Here are a few pictures from the day together.
Hannah, Olivia, and Aiden are on the mat. Hudson is in front of Olivia, Tobin is behind him, and Skyler is standing at the window.

Hannah and Hudson playing. This is one of Hannah's excited faces. She had so much fun playing with all of her new friends.

This is one of the good group pictures. Hannah is in the jumperoo and I am holding Aiden and Olivia. Anna is holding Tobin on her right and Hudson on her left. Skyler is sitting on the floor between us.

Everyone had a great time at their first play date with all of their new friends.
On Friday Beth and Genna came over for a play date. She got to spend the most time with Aiden. After all he is her future husband. Genna got to try out one of our walkers for the first time. She did pretty well going in reverse.

8 Months Old
Our precious miracles are now 8 months old. It is such a joy to watch them grow and develop. Hannah has been making sounds for a while but she is now starting to say 'dadadada'. She finally rolled from her belly to back this week. We were so excited for her. I go to get her in the mornings and she is usually with her feet straight up in the air and her hands are grabbing at them. She gives you the biggest smile when she sees you. It is so cute. Aiden is very excelled in the talking department. He can yell very loudly, say hi, dada, and he is now working on mom. Olivia is starting to make a lot of sounds now. My mom and I took the kids to the doctor a couple of weeks back. We were so surprised at the amount of talking she was doing with the nurse and doctor. She is really starting to come out of her shell. Dustin was feeding her tonight and it sounded like she said 'bop'. We thought she was going to start singing that mum bop song. I think it is by the Hansen brothers. They are all starting to sit up by themselves now. We try and work on it every day with them so they can continue to get better at it. We thank God for our three bundles of joy!

Crazy Hair
Some of our children seem to have some pretty crazy hair. No matter how we brush it it always seems to do its own thing.
Hannah has had her crazy hair since she was born.
Aiden and his Zoolander hair.
These are just too cute not to share.
Give me that shinny thing mommy.

Masie loving on me as I take pictures on the floor.
