-Movies (no surprise there)

7. Went out for Coldstone ice cream
8. Hunter got a much needed haircut (that's the 2nd mullet we've cut off his head!)
8. Found the perfect Christmas tree
9. Admired perfect Christmas tree strung with white lights
10. Caught up on Office episodes
11. Hunter ate his first 100% table food meal on Thanksgiving-he gobbled up the home-made stuffing
12. Tonight Hunter walked from Jeremy to myself taking 4-5 steps at a time and did it over and over and over again and was so proud of himself!

Tag, you're it

I was tagged twice recently so I thought maybe I would do both.

The first one is for Joy and here are the rules:

1. Go to your photos and open the 4th folder.
2. Post the 4th picture in your folder.

Lately after I am done nursing Hunter first thing in the morning (he is doing great waking up between 5:30-6:15 instead of the dreaded 4:30AM) he will crawl directly across the bed to where Jeremy is half asleep and he proceeds to eat his face. In particular his nose. Jeremy will laugh, shake his head, wipe the drool away, and say 'yucky' and then Hunter will laugh and do it again and they go back and forth. When he is all done Hunter will sit back and smile like he couldn't be prouder of himself. Then Jeremy will lay him across his chest and rock him back and forth while Hunter says 'ahhhhhhh' very loudly. This will go on for quite a while. Hunter loves to cuddle with Jeremy and will find him around the house and sit in his lap and wait to be bounced and rocked.

And, yes, it really is the cutest thing.

I saw on my beautiful friend Abbie's blog that her husband did a post for her birthday listing 25 things he loved about her. I wanted to do that for Jeremy's 32nd birthday but a few things have happened recently to make me (again) appreciate what an amazing man I am married to so I just couldn't wait until March 24th....

32 reasons I love Jeremy

1. Loved his mission to Costa Rica (still talks about it)
2. Tells me I am beautiful
3. Encourages and supports me in all I do and in my dreams
4. The most genuine and true person I know
5. Dedicated and hard worker
6. Knows when to relax and play
7. One of his main reasons for choosing dentistry--more family time
8. Watches chick flicks with me
9. Goes home teaching
10. Never raises his voice
11. Loves to wrestle, tickle, tease & play with our boys
12. Best kisser award
13. Spends 95% of his free time with us
14. He is so patient with all of my female emotions!
15. Doesn't watch sports
16. He loves to read
17. Is a smarty pants :)
18. Can fix lots of things around the house
19. Says 'I love you' every day
20. He loves ice cream ALMOST as much as I do
21. Changes lots and lots and lots of diapers
22. He reads loads of books to the boys
23. When he jokes around and is silly with me-he is so funny!
24. His made-up-for-Hyrum songs
25. He is a fabulous cook and makes the best home-made chocolate sauce, tortillas, and braided bread hands down!
26. He lets me sleep in on the weekends
27. He is always willing to help people and serve however he can
28. Never gets visibly angry (unless we're in bad traffic!)
29. Cutest walk ever
30. He calls me every day from school
31. His deep, soft voice
32. How hard he laughs when we watch silly things like 'Nacho', 'Napoleon', 'Mr. Bean' & 'The Office'. Honestly, it's much more entertaining to watch him laugh.

I am sure by March I can come up with 32 more things!

Nanna Time

Jeremy's Mom, or Nanna (as even Hunter can say) came to play with us for an entire week! I was so lucky to have someone to talk to and help with the kids and the boys were very lucky to have a constant playmate to build cities, throw balls, ride bikes, and read books with. I think she read Hyrum somewhere around 200 books while she was here! She also brought the nice sunny warm weather all the way from Texas with her. We were able to go outside and play almost every day. We went to two cider mills and watched them actually make the cider, went to a few parks and enjoyed an almost warm night of trick-or-treating! Hyrum really did great saying 'trick-or-treat', 'thank you' and 'bye' at each door. One time he added 'happy birthday' to his list of recitations. Halloween has officially become my second favorite holiday.

It was such a fun week and we can't wait for the next visit!!!!
