Hello, Springfield!

After a long drive south....

And a somewhat sleepless night at the hotel with our 4 cute kids, we arrived at our new home!

Jeremy & I weren't the only ones who were tired after our trip-here's the Bug falling asleep during a time out :)

One of Hyrum's favorite parts of the house is the little gate in the garage (the owner's had a dog) & it's now his parking garage for his trike

They found our bike helmets

The kids enjoyed their first WARM rain storm & we had fun playing in it

And playing in the ditch by our house after the storm

It's official!!! Jeremiah Daniel Shakespear, DDS is now licensed to practice as a dentist in the state of Missouri!

Luckily she approves of her new digs.

Miss Thing has been rolling onto her belly for a month or so now & loves her tummy & spends most of her time awake on it. Well the last couple of days she has been sleeping on her tummy too & although it makes me a bit nervous, she is now sleeping for 2 hours for naps & not waking up her brother who can now sleep for 2 hours too. Thanks Emma Em!

Pictures of the house to come soon (we're almost completely unpacked). I am loving our new place more and more each day!

Bye, Bye Ann Arbor!!!

Here are the kids in our empty house. We lived in it for 2 days like this & I LOVED it. Around January 11th of this year our house started to feel especially small, so it was nice to enjoy all the extra space!

Hyrum saying goodbye to Miss Liz. Our friend at church decided to do a preschool out of her home with her kids & a few others in the ward & Hyrum has been going since September. I was not ready to send him to a big preschool with teachers & kids I don't know so this was perfect for us!

Our 16 foot trailer space crammed full (we have so much JUNK even after giving away so much junk-sheesh, what's our next move going to be like??)

Jeremy with his good friend from school, Tony Baloney (the boys call him that)

In TWIN news...

1. The babies are holding their own bottles while they eat & are usually done within 10 minutes-Hallelujah!

2. And they are still the cutest babies

Big Ol' Weekend

We had a big-event weekend 2 weekends ago. And we were happy to have both sets of parents & both of my brothers & their families in to celebrate with us

So here he is, the handsome GRADUATE!!! "For he's a jolly good fellow, for he's a jolly good fellow!" He looked rather dashing in his cap & gown & so happy & excited to be done, as you can see. I'm so proud of Jeremy for working so hard at school the last 4 years & working just as hard at being the best husband & Daddy-bear! Our little family is so blessed to have him! He's going to make a great dentist & I'm so excited he's picked a career that will give him everything he's looking for plus have lots of family time as well.

Here's the family at graduation

And here is the tooth cake with lots of crumbs mixed into the frosting...cavities? :)

I turned 31 on graduation day (couldn't have asked for a better present) & I'm looking old now. Enough said about that!

These cuties were blessed on Sunday at church & it was so fun to have so much family there to support us!

First family picture with all 6 of us in it at the same time-took us long enough!

It was Mother's Day too & it was great to have both our Mom's & two of our sisters there. I received my first Mother's Day card from Hyrum and he had drawn he and Hunterbug holding hands and wrote his name with the letters all mixed up. I would've taken a picture but it's half way to Sprinfield by now.

And these two crazies turned 4 months old!!! Aren't they cute? They're pretty much off the charts these days & very healthy! Emma is a crazy woman and has been rolling around & turning herself around on her belly 360 degrees. This girl wants to CRAWL & gets very frustrated when she can't move all the time. I think she saw her cousin Jackson moving around a lot last weekend & got jealous. Justin is very content to chill out on his back & make the cutest gurgly sounds.

Next up? MOVING DAY TOMORROW!!!!

Miss Anne

We went to "Spittsburgh" (as Hunter calls it) this past weekend for the last time. Anne was baptized by her Dad & we wanted to be there. We are so proud of her for setting a great example & making such an important decision. We love Anne & she is always so sweet with my boys.

We have loved being close to both of my brothers & being able to get together with them more often. I will miss seeing my kids playing with their cousins, aunts & uncles. Here's to a Turner Reunion 2011?!!?

Here is the whole crew that was able to come for the baptism

I love my family!!!

Peace out dude

Vamos A La Playa

Jeremy's parents are in town so we took them to Holland. This is our fourth time there & I have decided that Holland, more specifically the stretch of beach at Tunnel Park, is officially my favorite place in the great state of Michigan. I hope we can come back next summer for a few days! We happened to go during the week of the Tulip Festival.

Chocolate...yum...

Hunter sporting his sand goatee

Beach baby!
We found lots of ladybug friends

I don't think we saw Hyrum's eyes all afternoon
