The "Perfect" Wife

So...Dad came home the other day and had bought the Commmunist Manifesto. He thought it would be a great addition to our growing library.

Anyways...The point of this post is to talk about ME!! ;)

This last summer, I was talking a history course and I had to read a bunch of stuff for the class. Well, one of the assigned readings was the Communist Manifesto...not the whole, but a large section. Well, the particular day I was reading this, I was also doing housework...And I desperately wanted someone to call me and ask me what I was doing, so I could say, "OH, I AM JUST IRONING AND READING THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO!!"

I just thought that would have been really cool...Because I was...ironing and reading the communist mainfesto!

Am I cool or what! I am such an amazing proletariat wife!

Saturday

On Saturday, we went to WISCONSIN! I love it here because we are so close to EVERYWHERE!! (except home;() I forgot the camera, so I tried to help you visualize my memories!

And WHY, you ask, did we trek to Wisconsin??? Yes, we went to CABELA'S...I must say I have seen bigger and better ones, but it was Cabela's.

On the way there I saw my first AMISH PERSON. He literally looked like this. He was in a black buggy, drawn by a horse, on the side of the road!!! I could kind of see him and he was dressed just like all the Amish I have seen pictures of. I realize these are people, so I shouldn't gawk, but I was and am still excited.

There was also a bald eagle sitting in the snow, on the side of the road!! So magestic and beautiful.

We had to cross the Mississippi River a few times, and up by Cabelas'a there were a TON of ice fishermen. As we drove over the bridge, there were at least 8 people out on the river ice fishing. (The rest werein Cabela's, there were a ton of people there!!)I think the only time I have seen ice fishing was when Elmer Fudd does on Bugs Bunny!!

Then, we went home. The kids fell asleep and Adam and I were able to talk and converse with out interuption...It was really nice!
