The Eternal Pleasure: Finding True Love in God

The best thing in life is doing good deeds. The
pleasure you get from doing good deeds -nothing
compares to the worldly pleasures of life. If you give even a little charity or any kindness – be it a good word to a person – it makes the person feel better.Everything in life is temporary, but the one thing that is permanent in life is love. And true love is to love one God truly. God loves you unconditionally andforgives all your sins. He accepts you as you are. He doesn’t look at your face but at your heart. Once you make a deep connection with your Lord, you will have inner peace like never before. All the means in your life should lead you through the true Lord. He is the Creator, the Provider, and the Most Merciful.
I can’t describe in words the pleasure when you fall in love with Him. I believe true love is God, and all paths Should lead you to God. People say we should be happy. What do you mean by happiness? It is just short-term – that’s it. More than happiness, we need peace. You need the loving remembrance of God.I challenge you: If you have all the luxury in the world but no peace within you, what good is it? Just trust- come with a clean heart to the true Lord who loves you, the One who created you. I assure you that in any situation that comes up, you will never be
worried, and the Lord will find a way through the hardest parts of life.
I could write on this topic my whole life, but I would never fully comprehend or describe what the love of God truly is.

Rethinking Society: From External Success to Inner Human Values

In today’s world, success is often measured through external achievements. Society tends to value how many cars a person owns, how expensive their mobile phone is, or how big their house looks. While material progress is not wrong, it has slowly shifted our focus away from what truly sustains human life — love, emotional connection, compassion, and collective well-being.
If we want to create a healthier and more meaningful society, we must begin with one of the most powerful foundations: the education system. For many decades, schooling has focused heavily on grading systems and academic ranking. While knowledge and discipline are important, education should not only produce high scorers — it should produce emotionally healthy, socially responsible, and self-aware human beings.
Schools should become places where children learn empathy, emotional intelligence, cooperation, and self-worth, not just competition. A child who understands emotions, relationships, and self-belief grows into an adult who contributes positively to society. When education focuses only on performance, society risks creating individuals who are successful externally but empty internally.
Another major challenge we face is how we perceive the world. For centuries, human thinking has been shaped by survival needs, social hierarchies, and material success. This created an extrinsic way of seeing life — where value comes from outside validation such as wealth, status, and appearance.
However, for a healthier future, we need to move toward intrinsic perception. Intrinsic perception means valuing who we are internally — our character, kindness, resilience, creativity, and emotional depth. It means seeing success as living meaningfully rather than only achieving materially.
In modern times, this shift has become even more difficult because of the internet and social media. These platforms often amplify comparison, external validation, and unrealistic standards. People are constantly exposed to curated versions of others’ lives, which can reduce self-esteem and increase pressure to appear successful rather than feel fulfilled.
Another area where society often operates extrinsically is environmental care. Many people support environmental protection only when it is convenient or socially visible. True environmental care requires intrinsic motivation — valuing nature because it sustains life, not because it improves social image.
True societal transformation begins at the individual level. One of the strongest drivers of intrinsic living is self-esteem. When a person has healthy self-esteem, they do not depend entirely on external approval. They make choices based on values rather than pressure. They can love more freely, protect the environment more sincerely, and contribute to society more responsibly.
At the center of all change lies one powerful concept: belief. Belief shapes behavior, resilience, and long-term societal change. When individuals truly believe in positive values — empathy, responsibility, sustainability, and human connection — they begin to act differently. Collective belief can reshape communities, cultures, and even global systems.
There is a saying that belief can move mountains. While this is symbolic, history has shown that strong collective belief has driven social reforms, environmental movements, and human rights progress. Change is never easy, and it always takes time and effort. But every major transformation in society began with a shift in how people thought and what they believed was possible.
If society wants to move forward in a truly sustainable and humane way, we must redefine success. True success is not only technological or economic growth — it is emotional health, strong families, ethical leadership, and compassionate communities.
The future of society depends not only on innovation but also on emotional wisdom. If we can teach future generations to balance external success with internal strength, we can build a world that is not only advanced — but also deeply human. In simple words we have to perceive the world in a different way we have looked from the world outside but now we have to see the world from inside into our deep hearts I know it is difficult but I believe one day humanity will change for a better world.

The consequences of an abused child.

Many people might say, “My peers.”
But no — for many children, the first abuser is their own parent, the very person who was supposed to provide safety, love, and protection.
When a child does not have the courage or the ability to ask for safety, when they are bullied instead of protected, the damage is deep. A child is most vulnerable in early life. They need love, care, and attention. When the parent — the protector — becomes the abuser, the child learns very early that the world is unsafe.
Imagine what a child goes through when they experience pain day after day, with no space to express emotions, no one to understand their suffering. The pain accumulates silently. This becomes even more devastating when the child is neurodevelopmental or neurodivergent, living in a world designed only for neurotypical people.
When a child is reprimanded or punished harshly for very small mistakes — mistakes that are part of growing up — the child does not learn discipline. They learn fear.
They learn that mistakes are dangerous.
They learn that love is conditional — or absent.
A child deprived of love experiences increasing anxiety and emotional pain every day. This causes not a physical injury, but an injury to the brain itself. Trauma alters brain wiring — it changes how the child perceives the world. The world is no longer a place of curiosity; it becomes a constant threat.
Such a child often struggles socially, gets bullied at school, and feels alienated. Imagine a neurodivergent child forced to survive in a neurotypical environment without understanding or support. Anxiety and depression can develop at a very young age.
This child grows up misunderstood, unsupported, and often abandoned by society. Adulthood becomes chaotic — difficulty maintaining jobs, relationships, emotional stability, and self-worth. Childhood trauma does not disappear with age. It follows the person everywhere.
Childhood trauma is real, and it must be treated as a serious societal concern.
Because what parents create inside homes does not stay inside homes. It creates generational trauma — trauma that affects families, communities, and entire nations. A traumatized child becomes a traumatized adult, and untreated trauma becomes a burden on society.
When trauma is widespread, it becomes not only a psychological problem, but a sociological one.
A traumatized society is easier to control. Traumatized people do not question authority; they fear it. They obey because disobedience once meant punishment, humiliation, or pain. Corrupt politicians, rulers, and powerful business interests understand this very well. They know that traumatized populations are less likely to demand accountability.
This is why there is a strong connection between child abuse and underdeveloped nations. Trauma weakens critical thinking, civic engagement, economic productivity, and social trust. The gap between the powerful and the powerless keeps growing.
So what can we do?
We must create awareness — through education, social media, films, and web series.
We must normalize psychological screening for children and ensure access to neuropsychologists, especially to identify neurodivergent children early and support them properly.
We must provide counseling and healing pathways for abused adults, so trauma does not continue unconsciously.
I know one person alone cannot change the world. But acknowledging the truth matters. Even challenging harmful parenting norms through art and storytelling matters. Movies and web series should show reality — not comforting delusions.
This is difficult. Many artists will not be supported for telling the truth. But if we do not change the narrative, we will continue to suffer silently.
We must stop generational trauma — or we will remain subdued every day of our lives.

Why Visit the UAE When There Are So Many Other Places?

You may wonder why you should visit the UAE when there are so many other destinations in the world. Let me tell you why.
When you arrive in Dubai and want to stay at one of the best hotels, I highly recommend Atlantis The Royal. It is truly one of the most amazing hotels I have ever experienced. From the moment you enter, you are surrounded by luxury. The hotel itself features many high-end designer brands, so if you don’t enjoy walking for hours in large malls and prefer to relax, you can shop comfortably within the hotel itself.
When booking your room, try to reserve one on the top floors with a sea-facing view. The view from outside is breathtaking and something you truly need to experience for yourself.
If you are a coffee lover, there is great news — the room includes an espresso machine, allowing you to prepare coffee exactly to your taste and preference. The beds are extremely comfortable, and you can even order pillows based on your sleeping style.
The hotel is very modern and unique. There is a smart control box in the room that allows you to manage everything — lighting, temperature, and ambience — all from one place. I have never seen such an advanced system in a hotel before.
The bathrooms are equally impressive, with elegant marble finishes. You are provided with complimentary toiletries such as a comb, razor, and toothbrush, all with gold finishing, giving an ultra-luxurious feel.
Now it’s time to head to the private beach. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is a small service box where you can order drinks and food while watching the most beautiful sunset — an absolutely delightful experience.
Food, Ambience & Entertainment
As a food lover, dinner here was one of the highlights of my stay. You can order à la carte dishes according to your preference, and the quality is excellent. What makes it even more special is the ambience — you can enjoy dinner while admiring stunning views or watching the fountain show, which makes the experience unforgettable. It’s something that cannot be described in words; you truly need to see it yourself.
Morning breakfast is another experience altogether. If you are traveling with kids, be prepared — they will be spoiled for choice. The buffet features 17 live cooking stations with freshly prepared food and endless varieties. There are so many options that you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into Alice in Wonderland, especially for children. I am sure families will absolutely love it.
Another must-visit spot within the hotel is the Dolce & Gabbana × Ounass Pool. You can swim, relax, and enjoy one of the most beautiful views imaginable. It’s the kind of place where you’d want to have dinner every single day, especially with the fountain views in the background.
Why You Should Visit the UAE at Least Once
You should visit the UAE at least once in your lifetime. When I visited, I realized that the UAE is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. What makes it so special is that it has successfully preserved its heritage and culture while becoming one of the most modern nations globally.
From the world’s tallest building to endless shopping options, the UAE truly has it all. People often say that if you can’t find something in the UAE, you won’t find it anywhere else. If you want to see world-class architecture with your own eyes, you must visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi — it is absolutely breathtaking.
For thrill-seekers and adventure lovers, the UAE is the perfect destination. You can experience skydiving from 30,000 feet, jet skiing, hot air balloon rides, or helicopter tours. For the ultimate adrenaline rush, visit Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, home to the world’s fastest roller coaster, reaching speeds of 240 km/h.
I still vividly remember riding the Dubai Metro and looking at the city through the windows — the skyscrapers, wide roads, and futuristic architecture were mesmerizing. It truly felt like living in the future.
The UAE offers everything you could possibly want: world-class hotels, unmatched luxury, endless shopping, and top-tier amenities. It is also one of the safest places in the world — you can walk at 3 a.m. and still feel secure. The people are welcoming, generous, and kind.
December is one of the best times to visit, as the weather is pleasant and cozy. When people see the massive buildings and perfectly designed roads, they are left in awe — a feeling that words simply cannot capture.
Culture, Gold & Iconic Landmarks
If you visit Dubai, make sure to explore the local areas as well. You’ll discover authentic spices, herbs, and high-quality dry fruits that are natural and pure.
If you want to invest or buy something precious, you’ve come to the right place. The Dubai Gold Souk is considered the largest gold souk in the world, with around 380 shops. It also offers bullion for pure investment purposes and a vast variety of gold designs. It’s a wonderful place to visit with a loved one or to buy a special gift.
Another marvel of the UAE is Palm Jumeirah — an incredible vision brought to life. Building an island made of sand in the sea required extraordinary precision and imagination. It is one of the largest man-made palm-shaped islands in the world and feels both surreal and futuristic.
Palm Jumeirah is home to some of the most luxurious resorts and residences, whether you choose to buy, rent, or stay there. It also features Michelin-rated restaurants and stunning beaches that are a joy to visit.
Final Thoughts
The architecture of the UAE is beyond imagination — sophisticated, modern, and visually stunning. I truly cannot describe it fully in words.
You have to come, see it, and feel it for yourself.

IS AI CURSE OR BOON TO Humanity

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is widely seen as a boon to humanity. It has transformed the way we live, making our lives easier and enabling us to achieve what once seemed impossible. From automation and chatbots to advanced research tools, AI has already reshaped our world. Yet, we are still in the earliest stages of this technology, and its full potential is far from realized.

I believe AI is like the software, and quantum computing is the hardware that will truly revolutionize our future. For instance, a quantum processor like the “Willow Chip” can reportedly solve problems that would take 10 septillion years in just five minutes. If we combine AI with quantum computing, the results could be extraordinary.

Imagine the implications for medicine: pharmaceutical approvals that now take decades could be reduced to just two or three years. Treatments could be precisely targeted — for example, antibiotics could attack only harmful bacteria while preserving the beneficial ones. This would reduce antibiotic resistance and side effects. We could eliminate pseudo-sciences like homeopathy by basing decisions solely on evidence.

The benefits go beyond healthcare. AI combined with quantum computing could revolutionize financial decision-making by analyzing data spanning centuries, cutting through noise to reveal clearer patterns. It could also defend against hackers and deepfakes by running septillions of calculations to detect anomalies even current supercomputers miss.

But with these great possibilities come serious risks.

The Dark Side of AI

As I said earlier, we are still in the early stages of AI development — and that makes it highly vulnerable to misuse. While social media has already had a profound effect on society at a macro level, AI is now affecting us on a micro level, shaping individual minds and behaviors. This is extremely dangerous.

AI’s ability to think critically and abstractly may seem like progress, but if it replaces human critical thinking, it’s like removing the soul from a body. Without our ability to think deeply, question authority, and fight for our rights, we risk becoming passive and easily manipulated. This is exactly what a capitalist system wants: people trapped in a “mouse-trap” life, unable to challenge power.

AI systems are built by humans who have their own biases and incentives — often profit-driven. These biases can lead to individual targeting, isolation, narcissism, consumerism, and even racism. We are shaped by our environment, and AI can amplify those biases, altering reality itself and trapping us in delusion.

I recently came across a term: “AI Psychosis.” This describes a phenomenon where individuals experience worsening or new symptoms of psychosis — such as delusions or paranoia — as a result of interacting with AI. Because AI systems often engage in “sycophancy” (validating the user’s statements regardless of accuracy), they can reinforce harmful beliefs and delusions. Combined with the lack of real human connection in modern life, this could lead to widespread mental health issues.

People are already living increasingly superficial lives, with fake friendships and relationships. When AI becomes a constant companion, people may develop relationships with machines that are artificially manufactured — losing touch with authentic human emotions. In such a world, the line between human and machine blurs, and we risk behaving like the very tools we’ve created.

We are living in a simulation of dopamine hits — constantly seeking the next piece of stimulation — and AI, if left unregulated, could be exploited by politicians or corporations to manipulate us even further. In recent years, artificial intelligence has transformed almost every aspect of human life. While AI brings enormous benefits, it also introduces serious dangers—especially through deepfake technology. Deepfakes pose not only financial and personal risks but also severe threats to social stability, national security, and trust in truth itself. At the same time, AI-driven systems such as automated hiring tools bring their own challenges, often amplifying biases and creating discrimination. Together, these issues show how critical it is to approach AI with caution, responsibility, and strong regulation.

One of the most common and alarming uses of deepfake technology today is voice-cloning scams. Scammers need only a few seconds of audio—taken from social media, voice notes, or online videos—to create a perfect copy of someone’s voice. Victims receive calls or messages that sound exactly like a friend or family member, urgently requesting money or confidential information. The emotional shock makes people vulnerable, and many act without verifying the situation. In several reported cases, employees have even transferred large amounts of money after receiving a deepfake call from someone who sounded exactly like their boss. These attacks reveal how easily trust can be exploited when voices can be perfectly replicated.

Beyond audio, video deepfakes are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Scammers can now generate realistic videos or even conduct fake video calls using AI-generated faces. The lip movements, facial expressions, and voice all appear genuine, making it extremely difficult for the average person to identify the deception. These videos are widely used in romance scams, fake emergencies, investment frauds, and impersonation of celebrities. The level of realism makes victims feel reassured that the person on the screen is real, even when nothing in the interaction is authentic.

Deepfakes have also created unprecedented risks for businesses. In CEO or executive impersonation scams, criminals use AI-generated audio or video to issue fake instructions to employees. Because the commands appear to come from top leadership, employees often comply without question—leading to significant financial losses. The corporate world, which relies heavily on digital communication, has become a major target for such attacks.

Even more concerning is the rise of bank and OTP fraud using deepfakes. Scammers impersonate bank officials, police officers, or government representatives to extract sensitive information such as OTPs, account details, UPI PINs, or Aadhaar data. With a deepfake voice or video call that sounds and looks official, victims may trust the fraudulent request. This shows how deepfakes can undermine both personal security and financial systems.

Perhaps one of the most devastating misuses of deepfake technology is in relationship-based blackmail. AI-generated intimate videos or compromising images are used to threaten and extort victims. Even when the content is fake, the emotional damage, shame, and fear can be overwhelming. This form of digital harassment is rapidly increasing, targeting both individuals and public figures.

Beyond individual harm, deepfakes pose a much larger societal threat. Fake videos can create communal tension, spread misinformation, incite violence, or manipulate public opinion during elections. Deepfake war footage can spark international conflicts. As deepfakes become more widespread, society risks entering an era where truth becomes uncertain and people no longer trust what they see or hear. This erosion of trust is one of the most dangerous consequences of AI misuse.

At the same time, AI-driven systems in workplaces—especially in recruitment—bring their own risks. AI-based hiring tools can inherit and amplify biases related to race, culture, gender, religion, and nationality. When algorithms learn from historical data, they often reproduce the discriminatory patterns present in that data. As a result, qualified candidates may be unfairly filtered out, and companies are often unable to explain why these decisions were made. This lack of transparency creates inequality, reduces diversity, and undermines fairness in professional environments.

In conclusion, while AI holds great potential, its misuse—particularly through deepfakes and biased automated systems—presents serious dangers. From financial scams and personal blackmail to communal tension and workplace discrimination, the impact of AI-driven deception is far-reaching. As deepfake technology becomes more advanced, it is essential for societies, governments, and individuals to develop stronger safeguards, digital literacy, and ethical guidelines. Only through responsible use and vigilant awareness can we prevent AI from becoming a threat to truth, fairness, and human security.

A Call for Responsibility

AI is excellent for factual work, like research, but it should not be relied upon for opinions or judgment. The biggest threat to humanity is not AI or technology itself, but humans misusing it.

To escape this “hyperrealism,” we need to reassert our humanity. That means recognizing our own biases, even when it hurts our ego to do so. We must value ourselves as human beings and cultivate genuine relationships rather than living in delusion.

If we don’t, we risk becoming slaves to a capitalist system that thrives on manipulation. We may live our lives in lies and regret, wishing we had used our intellect to fight for our rights and to make a difference.

Technology and AI should be tools to uplift people — not downgrade them to the point where we can no longer tell the difference between human and machine. Jobs are not being taken by technology itself but by the systems built around it.

There are many benefits of AI that are surprising and intriguing. I heard about an older woman who was involved in a civil dispute and was spending a lot of money on legal help. One day, she decided to use AI tools to find a solution. The AI guided her on how to file the civil dispute, what documents were required, and how to organise everything properly. This helped her save thousands of dollars.

AI is not a threat to society in general. Instead, it can be a boon if used wisely and diligently. AI is not here to replace humans or pose a danger. Its purpose is to make life easier and more comfortable. If we use it correctly, it can truly be a powerful benefit to society.

The real question we must ask ourselves is whether we want to use AI for the betterment of society or allow it to become a tool that dismantles our social fabric. AI has the power to guide, support, and enhance human life — but only if we use it with wisdom, ethics, and responsibility. If we misuse it or surrender too much control, we risk losing our basic ability to think independently, make decisions, and live as emotional, conscious human beings. AI should never replace our humanity; instead, it should empower us to be more creative, more thoughtful, and more compassionate. Ultimately, the future of AI depends not on the technology itself, but on the choices we make today.

If yes, then together we can change our lives and build a better world for everyone.

Racism, Religion, Capitalism, and the Distorted Society

We live in an era of superstition, single-minded reinforcement, and manipulated beliefs—largely shaped through social media. AI engineering has strengthened capitalist societies, where even companies like Apple claim to prioritize security but still google pays  billions annually to apple for using Chrome as their default browser.

I believe three major factors continue to influence our society: racism, religious fanaticism, and superficial consumer culture.

Racism and Historical Narratives

For centuries, humanity has been fighting racism, yet it persists because it has been accepted subconsciously. To truly end it, we must change how we think, especially how we look at history.

When we reflect on 20th-century atrocities, we immediately recall Hitler killing 6 million Jews. While that should never be dismissed, we often overlook Mao Zedong’s crimes, which caused over 70 million deaths through famine and purges, or Joseph Stalin’s brutal policies that killed more than 20 million.

Why is Hitler remembered and condemned more strongly than others? The narrative is shaped to simplify blame onto a single figure. In reality, history has been selectively written by bureaucrats to serve power. If we want to change the present and future, we must reconstruct history with honesty.

Consumerism, Media, and Social Manipulation

We live in a society dominated by consumerism and materialism. Racism is reinforced by entertainment and advertising, which often glorify “white skin” and feed subconscious bias. AI algorithms amplify this, reinforcing prejudice and dividing societies.

Minorities suffer the most from this system, often marginalized for their appearance, religion, or cultural background. To fight back, we must demand equal rights, speak up in the entertainment industry, and expose leaders, politicians, and so-called guardians who secretly work against minorities while pretending to protect them.

Children must be taught from an early age that all humans are equal, and society must build support systems that empower lower and middle classes.

Capitalism and Inequality

Capitalism deepens inequality. Take the patent system: life-saving medicines are often priced beyond reach, leaving the poor to suffer. A fairer model would allow multiple companies to produce such medicines, with profits shared by the original patent holder, ensuring access while still rewarding innovation.

Instead, greed prevails. Superficial displays of wealth—luxury cars, watches, houses bought on debt—leave many trapped in depression and even suicide. Paper currency itself is manipulated by banks, whereas true value lies in gold or real resources.

The education system also fuels capitalist exploitation. Rather than nurturing passions early, it produces “slaves of society,” chasing degrees only for jobs. People end up stuck in careers they dislike, pressured by family and society. When AI replaces those jobs, the workers are blamed—yet it is the system that failed them.

Work should be about quality, not quantity. Eight hours a day is enough; capitalism demanding 12–15 hours only enslaves us further.

Religion and Extremism

Karl Marx once said, “Religion is the opium of the people.” While I believe religion can bring peace, extremism is always harmful. From childhood, people are conditioned into prejudice and fanaticism, which social media now fuels even more.

Fake gurus and corrupt scholars exploit blind followers, becoming wealthy while their disciples struggle for survival. This blind faith is centuries old. To fight extremism, we must:

1. Re-educate religious teachings to emphasize compassion over hatred.

2. Boycott fake gurus and question authority rather than follow blindly.

3. Lower our ego—accepting truth does not make us smaller, it makes us freer.

Extremism thrives because people fear questioning beliefs they’ve held their entire lives. But breaking free from ego leads to serenity, instead of constant internal conflict.

A Call for Change

The top 1% of society holds most of the wealth while the majority suffers. If we want true change, we must:

Rewrite history with honesty.

Reject racism, fanaticism, and materialistic manipulation.

Redesign capitalism to serve humanity, not enslave it.

Reform education to inspire passion, not obedience.

Teach children equality, fairness, and independent thinking.

We cannot change the entire world at once, but we can start with ourselves. By doing so, we resist manipulation, break free from greed, and create a society rooted in fairness, balance, and truth.

The perils of hyperealism

We live in a world of hyperreality, where it’s nearly impossible to distinguish between what is real and what is fake. The rise of technology, in my opinion, has caused more harm than good, affecting generations from old to new. We’ve become obsessed with living superficial lives to show off. We take out loans we can’t afford just to project an image of success.
Our lives are full of hypocrisy. We post about atrocities happening in the world, yet at the same time, we post pictures of ourselves enjoying a nice lunch or coffee. Social media has corrupted society in a huge way. These platforms are designed to mint money from us through a constant stream of ads.
A Flawed Education System
A major problem with society is that we aren’t taught to be street smart from a young age. Instead, we are taught to just follow rules, with punishment as the consequence for failure. Our education system relies on rote learning, which I believe is a flawed form of learning. In fact, I think highly educated people are often more susceptible to scams than the average person because they’ve been trained to follow rules and not to question authority.
The old school system was structured to benefit the capitalist society. People who are losing their jobs are those who think in a linear way, but the world is not linear—it’s non-linear. The moment we understand this, our lives will be better.
We’re not just deluded; we also have biases ingrained in us, which makes change difficult. I believe we need to change our learning methods for everyone, not just neurodivergent people. The best way to learn is through observation and curiosity, by asking our teachers questions.
Schools also need to stop showcasing pictures of high-achieving students, as this creates a mindset of guilt and lowers self-esteem. It can cause jealousy and conflict within families when parents compare their children to others.
The Importance of Parental Roles and Genes
Parental roles and genes play a huge part in shaping a child. A person might have good genes and excel academically, but their personality could be very dark if they’ve had a bad upbringing. The role of parents is the cornerstone of a child’s life; if the foundation isn’t strong, the child will face many problems later in life.
The school structure must be reformed. First, there should be no grading system, as it creates anxiety and jealousy at an early age. Instead, children should be evaluated by teachers and parents. If a child has a neurodevelopmental issue like ADHD, a child psychologist should be involved to ensure their needs are met.
Before a child even enrolls, a child psychologist should assess if any maltreatment is occurring at home. We must make it clear to parents that marks and degrees don’t hold the same value as a child’s well-being. Teachers should be trained in what they are good at so they can nurture groups of students who excel together.
Instead of teaching children nonsensical facts, like whether a chair is living or non-living, they should be taught critical thinking, abstract thinking, and how to think outside the box from a young age. Parents should love their children and tell them they will succeed, but if there’s maltreatment, the child will carry resentment and unhappiness for a long time. Parents should not pass their past traumas on to their children. If parents are willing to accept this, they should be offered counseling before their child is accepted into a school.
A Call for Change
I believe that if we make these changes, our capitalist society will be impacted. I am not against capitalism itself, but I am against a system where the rich get richer and the poor go hungry. My solution is this: don’t believe everything society tells you. Verify things yourself. Use your intellect and ask questions. Think before you act, not the other way around. Educate yourself so no one can fool you. When someone says something, reason with yourself to see if it’s practical. Be mindful.
It’s also crucial to raise your self-esteem. This is hard, but you must first accept your flaws without guilt. Look at yourself and love yourself. Don’t call yourself ugly. And if you can’t afford a luxurious lifestyle, be grateful for what you have and look at those who have less.
The hardest thing is to truly love yourself. Self-love means accepting your flaws and having the courage to change them. It’s about not feeling inferior to others and treating everyone, from your boss to the cleaner, with the same respect. True self-love is knowing your worth and value, a value that cannot be bought or sold.
Final Thoughts
I believe in controlled capitalism, where money is distributed more equally, not just to one person. I always say, “I can’t change the world, but I can change myself.” By changing myself, I believe I can automatically create a ripple effect that will inspire everyone else to change.
And so, I’ll end my statement with this: “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

The curse of technology

I can enumerate lots of benifits technology but before that why 21st century ot has been curse. Today we live in superficial life like we have duel personality like we have perfect life is social media but its quite opposite in reality life. In reality is quitely opposite to mantain to live in superficial we buy house, cars and expensive apparel on emi to mantain high end luxury life but in the mind of being miserable life take more loans and making borrow money. We are all mostly living in simulation world.we don’t have basic knowledge any thing we always have to rely on Google and now on chat gpt it’s is bad as per se its has critical thinking and reasoning. We can be heavily manipulated in these era.the main curse of technology is human life . We don’t have strong connection with people . We judge people judge according their life and status symbols. We live in there is no but only I. There is lot of misinformation spreaded in through they are heavily lobbied by capitalists to earn their profits so always recheck and confirm it.Google pays 20 billion dollars for advertisement. There is lot of noise and we bombarded with ads even if you can’t you can pray through emi. We are short term gain rather long term gain what if you lose the job you all assets will be freezed and lost. Capitalism has huge role to play in corruption.they want you live fake poor life and enjoy all the profit. The main social media it has hijacked your brain.you are living in prison and the capitalist are controlling it. Is technology real bad that we should completely no not exactly but we have to filter the noise . It more easy to but to implement. I have some tips and techniques try to avoid main stream journalism as much possible, when trying solve simple problem don’t use google and chat gpt try you use critical thinking and reasoning. Try avoid social media as much because it’s fake life they provide. If you  want to avoid social media you have make new habits that will give as much dopamine  as possible. Try reading books or use any platform for listening youtube or audible. One the most thing fixed routine so you busy they say empty mind is devil mind. One of most important thing is try to change if you can sometimes its not possible because mental, financial and health issues.Till try tips and tricks will you thanks..

Augmented behavioural therapy

Every person is unique, so everyone should be treated as an individual. If someone is seeking therapy but is not getting enough sleep, they should be evaluated for bipolar disorder and considered for mood stabilizers, as other types of therapy (like CBT or DBT) may not be sufficient. I believe that bipolar disorder is linked to circadian rhythm dysfunction. A therapist often begins their work starting from childhood, but it might be more effective to start from the present and then trace back to the past, similar to the narrative style of the movie “Tenet.” When a therapist first meets a client, they should explore why the client is seeking therapy and then create a timeline to identify recurring issues. Starting from the present, we can look for patterns by noting significant events—like in 2010, something happened; in 2014, another event occurred; and so on—until reaching back into childhood. This approach allows for the identification of common links that cause problems. Both the therapist and psychiatrist need to work together to address the client’s issues effectively. Therapy should focus on making clients independent and adapting their environments to meet their needs. For instance, simple practices like keeping a gratitude journal can be helpful. Therapists should be adaptable, understanding the underlying causes of issues, and prioritize treatment accordingly. If family or environmental factors trigger distress, minimizing contact may be necessary. I believe that patients need to live in less stressful conditions and build resilience without triggering traumatic events. A specific protocol should be followed for each individual with a mental illness. For example, when treating a borderline patient, it’s essential for them to live in a calm and pleasant environment, which can be integrated into the therapeutic process.

Economics of stupidity

Are humans really stupid, or are we socially conditioned to be? It seems that day by day, humanity is becoming increasingly less intelligent. Is this a result of capitalism and consumerism? Are we facing issues related to high sugar and fat consumption, or is it unemployment? The answer is not simple; it involves multiple factors. We have huge corporate giants producing cringeworthy and bizarre entertainment shows, which people seem to enjoy. Social media portrays a world of perfection, where everyone appears to have the perfect body, ideal relationships, and all the material possessions we crave. However, this is just a surface-level view. Behind these façades, many lead very depressed lives. People are drawn to this superficial content because it distracts them from their boredom, loneliness, and low self-esteem. The harsh reality is that we are enamored with a superficial world, where friendships, relationships, and societal connections often lack depth. As a society, we have become desensitized to pain. For example, a famous YouTuber can endure significant suffering, and yet people are fascinated by it. The older generation struggles to adapt to the rapid changes in the world; while in the past, progress was incremental, the 21st century has brought about transformational changes at an unprecedented pace that is 20x. I believe we are living in an environment that is highly conducive to these issues. There is constant pressure to fit into societal norms, or else one risks being labeled an outcast. It is essential to create a loving and caring environment and to foster meaningful relationships. We must break free from the clutches of our insecurities, learn to value ourselves, and appreciate the time spent with those we choose to surround ourselves with. We need to prioritize the people in our lives who add value. Additionally, we should focus on creating better forms of art that encourage critical thinking and reasoning, rather than engaging in mindless entertainment. To achieve this, we must confront the painful reality of our situation. We can either pay the price now or risk destroying ourselves and future generations. It’s crucial to declutter our lives from unnecessary distractions and focus on the bigger picture. This means reducing our time on social media, being mindful of the content we consume, forging meaningful friendships, and valuing our time.
