Dane kickin his feet up at IN&OUT. He was lovin his Ritz cracker and people watching. Everyone was laughing at how we was just lounging in his seat.
A bunch of us girls went to see 27 Dresses last weekend while our husbands were busy studying. It was such a funny movie and my first movie in a really really long time.
Dane is soo good at giving kisses now....
...Okay really he just wants the candy cane that his dad has in his mouth. Whenever we are eating something he wants, he knows that kisses are a good way to get it.

Okay, so my sister, Lyndsay, "bag tagged" me. Here are the rules: 1. you have to show your bag 2. you have to show all the contents in your bag-without cleaning out first 3. tag 5 other people. I love my new diaper bag! Lyndsay bought it for me and actually has the same one(such a nice sister, huh?). When I first started this blog I was complaining about diaper bags and wished I could create my own. I gotta be honest, this one would come close to being the perfect diaper bag.

I have seperated everything from my purse into categories. The first picture is Ryan's stuff that is in my purse. For some reason I have his med school pin floating around in my endless pit of a bag. I am actually quite shocked that this is the only thing of his that is currently in my purse.

On to the next category: my stuff! Let's see what I got- a day/month planner, a bottle of propel, an enrichment invitation, my wallet, hair clip, granola bar (that is flat as a pancake), my phone, lipgloss, a bag of other lipsticks and glosses, mascara, gum, a grocery receipt, a baby food coupon, and a movie ticket stub (for 27 Dresses- a must see movie I might add!!!)

Okay, now the bulk of my purse is Dane's stuff. Let's see- a bag of medicine (tylenol, bum cream, saline drops,...), diapers/wipes, shot record (just got back from Dr. appt.), old cell phone= new toy, extra pacifier, 1 and 1/2 pair of socks (the red one seems to have lost it's mate), teething toys, a book, 2 burp cloths, formula, rubber ducky, biter biscuits, teething tablets, food, spoon, rice cereal mix, and nail clippers.

I am in shock tonight as I have just learned of the passing of our dear prophet, President Gordon B. Hinckley. I am grateful for his life-long example and that I was chosen to be alive during his leadership. He is truly loved and will be deeply missed.

Excuse me, do I have any broccoli in my teeth??

I'm thinkin of getting Dane a plumbing/tool set for his birthday...What do ya think??

Peek-a-boo! keeping warm on our way to the mailbox...

For Ryan's birthday he had a big breakfast (with a candle to make his first wish), taken out to lunch by me and Dane, and Homemade steak, veggies, and potato dinner. On saturday we took the birthday boys (ry, rhett, and zack) to dinner and then back to our place for "games". The girls pretended like we needed to go to the store for some snack food but instead went to the neighbor's house where most of our friends were waiting to suprise our husbands. Our neighbor called the guys and told them that he just purchased a 60 inch HD plasma screen tv and that he needed help hanging it. Our husbands have been waiting for this moment for weeks and were looking forward to the Superbowl. The were at the neighbors within the minute where they got the big suprise. They all enjoyed the party but were a little dissapointed that Isac is not really getting a big screen tv. It was a really fun night and Ryan's first suprise party ever!! So glad we could pull it off.

ok, so I have been watching "Life of Ryan" and this kid, Ryan Sheckler, is my new crush! Besides him only being 17, he is (as my sister Lyndsay would put it) "dreamy". He is a professional skateboarder who is loaded yet down-to-earth, hot yet humble, and cool yet the best older brother to his two younger brothers. I hope that my future sons will have the close relationship that these brothers have. It is sooo cute it makes my heart melt everytime I watch the show. Call me a nerd but I know that anyone else that watches this show secretly feels the exact same way ladies!

I LOVE this picture of Ryan on our wedding day. He looks sooo dang good. It is Ryan's birthday this week (Jan 17) and I wanna wish him a very happy birthday. I am so glad that I found him and that I will be able to spend eternity with him! I love you Ry!

A couple of days ago was my sister, Lyndsay's, birthday. She is such a good mom, sister, and friend. (Since I don't know how to crop pictures she gets to share the spotlight with her husband.) Happy 22nd birthday Lynds! (wink,wink) We love you!

I think I am regretting my impulse to shave Dane's head today...oh well, he still is the cutest boy around and his hair will grow back within days. JK!!!

We bought some thick carpet/astroturf to put on our balcony so that Dane has more space to play. I know we are nerds but he loves being outside and now can crawl out there and play with his legos and football bike! It is sooo much better than the cold, hard, concrete floor.

Dane has somehow climbed into his toy basket 2 times now. Well, i guess it is more of a tumble into his toy basket...
