The Perlins

We just got a scanner for Christmas so here is Adam's Santa picture for this year. He was nervous at first but he finished great!

Kevin got me a VERY nice camera for Christmas and my birthday and Kevin's parents got me Photoshop.... I am excited to take many pictures of my babies and then play around with them!

This is Henry and Adam almost a year ago when we went to Auburn for a visit.

On Sunday we celebrated Adam 2nd birthday. He was really cute about it! He really knew it was a party for him. He was very excited. I was able to get a picture of all the guests with Adam except my parents, Aunt Mary, brother Joe and Joey.

The theme was basketballs, baseballs and soccer balls since those are three of his favorite things right now.

Thank you to all our family who came and made Adam's day special! Thank you to everyone who sent well wishes and cards. He is loved by so many and is such a blessed little boy. Kevin and I are very blessed to have him in our lives.

When we woke up Adam for Christmas morning he was very concerned about the cookies and milk we left for Santa. It was the first thing he said when he got up. We went downstairs and he realized they were gone. He realized that Santa left him a tricycle and name puzzle. He opened MANY gifts and had fun.

Then we went to my parent's house for brunch and gifts after church.

He loved all the fruit at my mom's more than the gifts.

Then we went to Kevin's parent's house for dinner and gifts. Adam got a table and chair set for Grandma and Grandpa.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

We set out milk and cookies for Santa before we left for the Farrar Christmas Eve Party. Adam was really cute about it. He carried the plate over to the fireplace and set them down. He started to eat them but we said, "No they are for Santa." So he put it back down and we left for Christmas Eve.Christmas Eve was all about the pinball machine and...

Pat and Bethany are due in March, a couple of months after our baby girl! We are excited for the two of them to meet!

So this past week was very busy in the Perlin household. Tuesday night we celebrated my brother's birthday, Wednesday night we went to see Santa (pictures to come soon, as soon as I get them), Friday I had my work Christmas party, Saturday we took Adam to his first MSU basketball game. We went to eat at The Post first. Adam was a good boy for 2 hours while we hung out there.

Then we went to the game. Adam was a very good boy and enjoyed it. During the second half, he got a little upset for about 5 minutes but then rallied. The game was at 12:30, right when he takes his nap but he did great!

We had out first BIG snow fall which has lead to not 1 but 2 snow days for ME!!! Yeah! Adam was excited to shovel the snow with Daddy. The first thing he did when he got out there was take off his gloves. Crazy Kid!

Saturday night we went to Mary and Dan's for a Christmas party. It was very nice as usual but I have no pictures from it. Sunday we went to Lochmoor for brunch with Kevin's mom's side of the family. It was a lovely Christmas brunch.

Adam got a Santa balloon hat from the clown. He wore it for about 5 minutes until he popped it on his head. Lucas got one too!

We got Jimmy John's for dinner last night. Adam loves Jimmy John's slim #5!

Adam enjoyed the snow day with Mommy... just chillin' in his shopping cart.

Last night Adam got his 1st hair cut! Yes it has only taken 2 years but he finally grew enough for a cut so... we went to Carnival Cuts!
