Almost 12 years ago we found a house on Bonita Drive that we wanted to live in when we got married. We purchased the house in March of 2005. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1500 sq feet. Kevin moved in right away. I moved in after we got married, June 25, 2005. It was our first and only home together. We planted trees and flowers, painted rooms, got new windows, hung Christmas lights, built a swing set, finished the basement, got a basketball hoop, built in a patio and made a lot of memories. We brought our babies home from the hospital to this house. First Adam and then Kate. Our kids learned how to walk in this house, they learned how to ride their bikes on the front sidewalk. They made their first friends. We have had birthday parties, BBQs and holidays here. Neighbors have become friends that we can count on for things. It has been a wonderful home to us and it is sad to leave but exciting at the same time. We put our house on the market on Halloween because we wanted to make an offer on a house we both liked. In ten minutes we had someone interested in a viewing. They came the next day and put in an offer. We accepted and the person accepted out offer on their house. All the stars seemed to align. So we bought a house and sold a house in about a week. I took some pictures to remember our home. We move out December 16th.

Our backyard. The tree next to the soccer goal was a gift from my parents for our 5th annivrsary, our wooden anniversary. I love the idea that its roots will stay here and keep on growing and getting bigger. We have had so many good times in this backyard with our family and neighbors.

I love the shot of this tree in front of our house. I planted this tree 11 years ago. It was so little. It is so beautiful now.
