Dear bloggie...

My life as a NSF is getting more and more boring. Probably the fact that seeing people going ORD just makes me dread going to work. Furthermore, the phrase "ORD in style" just simply doesn't applies to me. With effect from 01 Dec 06, I will have 50 absolute days left in service. But, the no. of workdays is approximately the same too. While fellow ORD personnels clear their leave till they ORD, I'm slogging at work like I've still got 2 more years to go. My leave has been spammed by exams usage. Lol...

Anyway, my mum finally got to change her hp -- from N3310 to N6151. Well, I've no idea about N6151 initially till my dad told me about the hp being on promotion. Wonder if my mum can use such up-to-date phone too.
Well, I did some lookaround too. And I finally got up-close with W950i. And its like... wow... haix... only fault is that it has no camera and its price. Anyone wanna buy me this fone for xmas? *blink blink*

Bond is a name that encapsulates so much. Is it a British icon harking back to the cold war? A globe-trotting outdated misogynist (who happens to be licensed by the British Government to kill people)? I've always thought that if you analyse something too much it'll lose something through the process of analysis. This is why this Bond (our Bond) is the best since early Connery.
Here we see Bond as a man, as an animal and as a killing machine. Make no mistakes, this is the most visceral Bond that one could imagine. Daniel Craig, for all his detractors, is 007 at his finest, most pure.
It's an unusual thing whereby the performance of the leading actor is better then the movie itself. But here it is. We saw it recently with 'The Departed'. Not to say that 'The Departed' is a bad film. I loved it. But this re-invention of Bond has to be one the cinema's biggest gambles. And, my God, it wins by a distance.
