The other day Brook came in the house and (very proudly) announced "MOM, I CAN DO MY BIKE!" So I shot this little video of her. She was so proud of herself, and I was pretty proud of her too. Please excuse my voice on the video, it gets a little loud.

Dear Rose,
I turned the music off. I hope that I can start posting more often, and now you can read it again.

Preschool Graduation
Yesterday was the preschool program. The kids sang some songs. Mrs. Natalie had them sing a song about moms (it made me cry a little), and they sang this song about dads. It was so cute. Then the kids had picked out some of their favorites that they learned this year and they sang those too. The songs that the kids picked out, you could tell that they were the favorites because the kids were so excited to sing them and they were actually really singing them! It was a lot of fun, I can't believe that my little babies are going to be FOUR YEARS OLD this summer! It usually makes me cry to think about it. They both came home from preschool with a little hand print that says "This is the hand that you used to hold when I was only 3 years old." I couldn't even look at it without crying! What is wrong with me? Anyway...
After the program I had to run to town to the bank. I got on the freeway to go home and got a warning light from my car. It was the low tire light. It is usually no big deal, it used to come on all the time. Within 30 seconds of it coming on though I had a flat tire and I had to pull of the road. So scary to have to get out of the car on the freeway. Why don't people get over?! I tried to fix it myself, I actually do know how to do it. But I finally had to call in some reinforcements. A big thanks to Josh for coming to my rescue. And the good news is that nobody got hurt while we were out working. Today I am getting 4 new tires on my car, courtesy of our local tire shop (Jason's), and our emergency savings account.
My dad called the other day and asked if I could check up on my grandma. He was working and wouldn't be able to do it. I had to go into P.C. that day and so I told him that I would invite her to ride over with me. When I called her she said that she just wanted to sit home all day and do nothing, and I told her that I would stop by before I went in case she changed her mind. When I got up there I just asked if she was ready to go. And she had no idea that I had even talked to her earlier, but I told her that we were going to go have some fun in P.C. We went to lunch at Cafe Rio, and we went to Wal-mart to do my errands, and I really think that she had a pretty good time. The next day she told my dad that she stayed home all day long. Oh well.
