The other day Clay and I bought a bag of grapes only to realize there was a huge NASCAR advertisement on the bag. We thought the whole thing was silly and was the evidence of how far advertising has gone in our society. I mean, what's next? Apples sponsored by the NFL? Zucchini brought to you by Coca Cola? The whole thing is just ridiculous.

The sad part is the NASCAR grapes were really really good. So now every time we buy grapes we have to compare them to the NASCAR grapes. They just can't compare. I guess the moral of the story is that fresh fruit and vegetables that have sponsor are better than the others??

Since I'm posting pictures of family members I thought it is only fair to post a picture of my nephews. These are Ally's boys who live in the great north land! Aren't they cute :)!

My sister Alyson and her husband Jim are expecting their first sometime in late April and here is the little tyke! Congrats to them!!!

So I have joined my peers in the world of MySpace and Facebook. None of this is my choice mind you. I have friends who chose to have their blogs on MySpace so I had to sign up if I wanted to know what was going on in their world. Also my sis-n-law posts the pictures of the boys on Facebook so yet again I had to sign up. The problem is I can't figure out how to work the dang sites. They are so stinking complicated and confusing. And every time I log on there are all these messages and posts and blogs and pics and AAAARRRRGGGG!!!!! Really it's too much. So instead of getting on and seeing what is going on I freak out, become overwhelmed, and promptly log off. Somehow I think this defeats the idea of having logged on in the first place. I would just like to know whatever happened to good ol' fashion email to let me know what's going on in your world????
