Day 4

Woke at 7am ready to pack and check out. Skies cleared at 8 am to 9am which we took a good morning stroll around the music villa. Very nice air and chill weather.  Refreshing and clean.

Gave 1800 to music villa which I realised is a bit too much. Having deficit feeling now. But not much of a worry ^.^

Day 3 is another travelling day, with music villa shangrila at 11.30, taichung station reached at 1.30,  HSR at 3.15. Taipei at 4.10.  Hotel probably at 5 pm.

On the HSR now, noticed tw got really low skies. Try get a pic, but the clouds are really hovering over the short buildings

Day 3

Woke at 7am. Slight packing and washing went down for breakfast at hotel. Very nice English sandwich with sausage and meat. Tour started at 8.30 to grassland which rained and rained and rained! Visibility was less than 15m. Cold and wet we couldn’t see anything ate a little at market and came back 12pm instead of 3pm.

Re went into grasslands again at 2pm. Less wet but mist was still pretty bad. Saw some goats finally and had a few close ups. Paths full of goat shit and pee everywhere. Walked alot and climbed down 500 at stairs till ankles sore. Surprised my mother is such a fighter.

Took a taxi back to shangrila because legs cui. Pretty ok just lousy weather not within control. Had dinner at sky garden again before heading back for a good rest.

Day 2 taiwan

Woke up at 8am. Had some porridge and veg bun for breakfast at the hotel. And went for a morning walk around the hotel. Movie lux showing 300 avenged which drew a huge line of crowd in 30s, to 50s. Packed up and ready for transport to high speed rail to taichung.

The handrail has been sterilised periodically. Pls stand firmly in place

High speed rail is smooth and comfortable. With a pretty lady selling drinks and nice rail Biscuits in form of train shape. I realised tw is a very conscious country, everywhere you go you are reminded nicely not to be a Sucker. There is a tag board for children’s pee cubicle, a tag please do not waste paper tissue in toilet ..  Honestly I’m a little honged by it. Like if I’m to take 5 pcs like usual the police will come catch me. That’s the impression.

On the road trip from taichung station, every mountain road is like qiu ming shan. Single lane duel carriageway, overtaking on the opposite lane!

Actually the music villa shangrila is at the mountain top, which means we are getting there by car through connecting roads winding up the ridges. Pretty cool road trip twisting your way up. Now I know the true meaning of sua ding. Means no one will go up, once your there, your on your own. Which makes me think at that moment, what’s gotten happen to my food? Where is it going to come from? Cook myself jialat.

Realised taiwan peeps got a miniature scale on their estimation. Knn walk to the seven walk 5mins not even halfway there, they tell me walk 6 mins can reach.

Dinner at the villa restaurant was good. With steak and fish. Candlelight dinner sia. The trip is really salvaged by music shangrila stay and it’s beautiful and tranquil nature of peace and quiet.

Day 1 taiwan

Arrived in tp. Ass driver kerry tried to snook me la. Freezing my ass off. Outside colder than airport. Hotel is damn lok Kok la, apparently ximending isn’t a high end tourist area. Went for a hot steam boat. Not bad. But need to look for clothes now.

Got to an area zhong hua road.  Got a sweater for 2990 omgosh.  And a cheap disposable for mum 390 and me 980.

Taiwan isn’t as perfect as I thought it will be. Or maybe I just need some more peeps to perk it up.  The girls are pretty neat though. Vietnam

A long week. Spent some time , learnt some truths, saw some light, looked well past, felt peoples life.

Several things summed up in vietnam:

1) All people are deemed cunning and evil unless otherwise proven.

1a) That said, being freaking communist country probably didnt help. Im not totally against Modern Leninist, but fucking Ho’s got some issues man. ppl are probably living on less than S$100 a month, didnt help against crimes on the streets.

2) Im surprised at how many good actors , and how ppl can be great actors.

2a) Never trust some stranger too easily.

3) You definitely need time to see transparent someone.

3a) Time depends from different ppl to ppl. Great actors do give it away once they have achieved what they want. Need some analytic skills to suss it out. Time varies from 30 mins to >5 hrs. But i do appreciate the sincere strangers who have proven themselves.

3b) Even what I thought is the act friendly coffee shop auntie who is familiar with us, didnt waste time to pull a fast one on me.

4) Mental figure of 75% pp are cunning wolves. Based on contact statistics

5) Beer is dirt cheap. S$0.90

6) Fruit juice costs slightly more , S$1.50

7) Coconuts are expensive

8) See the war museum dont want go back liao. Tormenting for me. First time an up close encounter with the tragic of war.

9) Sensed Ho ppl are not friendly to strangers.

9a) I think they hate foreigners, especially the ones who dropped the 原子弹 on them.

9b) Logical.

10) The place is very clean in the open.

10b) which makes the underground more dark + dangerous.

10c) this is fucked. Who is the smart alec who made it this way?

11) Food  styles like Singapore. Almost the same cooking methods.

11a) Very attuned to their food. Fish sliced soup may not be diffcult to find. Thai style abit off to singapore taste buds.  Ok my taste buds.

And of course the above opinions do not represent all, and may not be accurate. 景胜参考

Now time to say about me.

i) Too gullible

ii) loses attention and awareness easily. Many a times switches off to my surroundings, rendering open to attacks

iii)

Finally learnt so many things , i wanna give my blessings to the person who took my HP, like what YY said, can feed the whole family 1 year liao.

Hope you find the money good and useful to however you like it.

Ai kua aye kui .

Finals Li Ning Super Series 2011

On  the 3rd match of the final day, scheduled Mens Singles between Lin Dan and Chen Jin, the organizers and the committee knew the withdrawal of No1 seed Lin Dan, due to stomachache.

It was not known when exactly it was known to the committee of the withdrawal, but it was kept from the spectators who paid and came to watch the entire finals day. It could have been announced to the public before the start of the first game, XD, but they did not.

On the exact time for the MS to come in, a 19 year old boy, the tournament’s announcer apparently, was asked to make the impt annoucement. They are very sorry that MS will be a walkover due to gastroenteritis. This came as a shock to all, who boo-ed Lin Dan like a rotten egg.

the tournament’s announcer asked all to welcome both MS players , who will come in to the field to present some autographed souveuirs to the public. Which was in fact 4 small Li Ning Pouch to put ur comestics or pens. These 4 pouches were thrown into the coporate box crowd , like feeding dogs to be honest. No smiles no expressions. So much for the gift presentation. After continous boos they both proceeded to the podium to receive their prizes, USD 15,000 and USD 7,000 respectively.

Now in a turn of events, the next match received some very strong nationalist support rofl. The crowd boo-ed at china’s WD players against the Koreans. Now this is more exciting then a normal final.

Singapore seems like a barbaric country suddenly. Now , wats the big deal about withdraw? If u stomach , u stomach. Cant force the guy to play really. Im sure other nation crowd will take it pretty well, except sg.

But im sure Lin Dan couldnt be bothered. He seems annoyed by the boos and the fact that 10,000 crowd couldnt support and understand him in his illness. 5 years he didnt join this compeition, and the time he finally did, this happens. I guess singaporeans couldnt take this bullshit ROFL. He is the Olympic champion and world champion, and honestly he couldnt give a shit about SG on his facial expression. But surely the fault is at the organizers. They could have handled it better. Information early and, they maybe didnt want to hurt their last day ticket sales

And finally….

Peter Gade : WTFstomachache?

I rather see our all time fav Mr Peter go play.  hope to see u next year. ^.^

Round up of Osim Singapore Open 2011

A quick round up of this year’s quaterfinals of Osim Singapore Open.

Super Dan Lin Dan found Ci-mon Santosa too boring and decided to give him a 21-14 headstart. He will meet Peter Høeg Gade who had no problems disposing of Mr Robot in 2 straight sets.

Nathan Robertson and Wallwork managed to upset the compeition’s No2 seed Sudket and Saralee with their slow smashes, and slanted racket. Good luck with their semifinals matchup, they probably need it.

Wang ” i dont give a damn about other players” Shi xian nearly lost her skirt to Schiek. And about skirts, if the Federation passes the all skirts rule, Indonesia , will most likely quit Badminton. ( which means it will never happen) The federation is weak anyway… and the ruling is quite absurb.

And more on ridiculous.. Pay $80 to get creaky rocky chairs with smaller backrests.. and to see a china boy carrying tibits tray instead of CBus. wtf. And if ur hungry, u can always buy a $8 hotdog bun.

See you at the Superseries
