It ain't near to get there is already one thing but to reach there and be told to come again next time in the morning is totally unacceptable. I double-checked the website and it said evening session is open for referral case and he is been referred there from his usual clinic. So, why were we told to come again?!

Wasted so much time and he wasted so much money to get there and I felt bad partially because I insisted for him to go there as soon as possible and not putting it off till next time =,= Time like this, I wish I drive or have my own car just like when I was in Melbourne.
