Auto typing realiable skipping a character
A lightweight and easy-to-use password manager

Hello,
I got a problem with auto typing username in a few applications. It skips the last letter infront the @ if it an email adress.
Example:
exampleemail@example.de turns into exampleemai.example.de
The workaround I found is changing the emailadresses to exampleemailx@example.de
Then it usually types the correct email adress unless my computer runs slow because of too many applications working at once, then it also inserts the x. So it seems to be that this computer runs too fast? This problem persists no matter if I enable two chanel obfuscation or not.
Same issue no matter if I use Windows 7 or Windows 10.
Try adding an inter-character delay into the Auto-Type.
Edit the entry, click the Auto-Type tab, select Override default sequence and add this to the beginning.
{DELAY=200}
cheers, Paul
Thanks, I will give that a try. But the problem is weird considering it happens no matter how long or short the email adress is and it is always the last character before the @ which goes missing.
I can reproduce this neither on Windows 7 nor on Windows 10. Maybe you have some other software on your PC that interfers with KeePass (e.g. some security software, keyboard or clipboard enhancer, ...).
Best regards,
Dominik
