I can't believe it's already the end of June! The month flies by I guess, when summer does start until the 8th, and you have swim team, VBS and a birthday in the mix!

Lunches of Love the the Geysers
Lunches of Love with the Greatwood Geysers and 2/3 of my boys were genuinely helpful! We’ve volunteered here once or twice a year for the last 3 years or so and the progress from last time to this time was good for my heart. There’s a lot that makes me sad about them growing up, but moments like this remind me of the fun that is this stage we’re in, and the fun that is to come.

June 25th, 2018
Aedan has been counting down the days until his birthday on his Highlights calendar that hangs in his cloffice, so when it got to finally be his birthday weekend, he declare it his birthday weekend and milked it for all it was worth, lol. On Sunday, his last day as a 6 year old, we went to his choice of restaurants for lunch with the Fishers, Panda Express, and then swimming that afternoon. It was a good day!

7 Years Old!
My sweet oldest son, happy 7th birthday. Seven sounds so old and sometimes when I look at you, you seem so big to me. But often, when I look at you, really look at you, I'm reminded of just how small you still really are. Just seven years old. It really is a fun age. You're growing up and learning so many fun things, you're silly and funny, you're a helper, but you still love to cuddle and be with us and think we're cool. :) I'm not sure what this next year will hold for you, sweet one, but I'm sure it will be a fun ride. Just by being you, you bring so much joy to our family and we're so thankful that God gave you to us!

20 months!!
My sweet Adam, I absolutely adore this age that you are right now! You are still my baby, but are also becoming such a little toddler. I cannot believe that you will turn 2 in just 4 short months. What in the world?? I feel like you literally just turned one. I remember it like it was yesterday. You are fun and funny. You laugh at things and make yourself laugh, which is the best. You are talking up a storm and leaning new words all the time! You bring so much fun and joy to our lives, sweet one!

VBS!!
It’s been a fun 4 days at VBS this year!
It was Austin’s first year to get to do VBS, my first time to be his group leader, Aedan’s first time to have someone other than me as his group leader and Adam’s first time going to his little class. So thankful for all the people pouring into our boys age teaching them about God and how He has a plan for their lives! I had so much fun with Austin’s group and Adam and Aedan both had a blast with their groups too. It was so sweet to see all of the little 4 year olds figure things out and become friends over the week. It was different to not be with Aedan too, but I’ve gotten to hear all about it from his perspective, which has been fun! Thankful for a fun week, praying for all of these kids to really know how much they are loved by God, and ready for a home day tomorrow!

Last Day of Kindergten!
The last week of Kindergarten was filled with theme days, which was so fun. One of Aedan's favorites was reading day, where they got to bring their favorite book, blanket and stuffie. He brought his Fly Guy book, Paw Patrol blanket and little stuffed dog. So cute!!

Aedan's end of year party!
We had much fun at Aedan’s end of year party today! I was on the committee that planned it all out, so it was so fun to see so many smiles and laughs as he kids had fun celebrating the end of school. He’s had a great kindergarten year. I can’t believe he only has 4 days left!!
