Time for a breather, so here I am. Hee.

Felt a little guilty as I went for Dance Alive, a NYP concert inconjuction of its 15th anniversary in the evening yesterday.

It's been more than 4 yrs since I last stepped into NYP, the last time being HIHS harmony concert.. or was it the SYF? Cant remember.

Anyway, I went to the concert with Jun, Yien and Jun's friend Geok Leng. There were hiphop dances, waltz, etc etc. The concert started with an ALTO SAX SOLO. OMG. It was fantastic. The tone was good. The playing was smooth and "flowy". My hair were standing already. haha. Then the next part was the whole saxophone section on the stage playing for the dance. AHhhh.. Although it was nt as fantasic.. I still love it~ tsk. The dances were good too. Some of it were professional (i think). They were really cool. There was a stupid idea running through my head then - that is to go learn some hiphop dance or waltz. HAHA. Ok. stupid idea of mine. picture me in hiphop wear. lol. enough of nonsense now. hahaa. Oh yes. I absolutely love the singers. Their voices are just fantastic i tell ya. lovely voice. My vocab is rather limited, just noe its really v v good. Ha. Anyway, I seriously believe malays can really sing. just admire the kind of voice they possess.

After concert, drove the peeps for supper/dinner. Went to botak jones wanting to savour the yummy food, but to much disappointment, they closed their orders for the day already. Boo. Went off to another coffeeshop to have some food. Parking at the carpark over there was horrible. I went in and out umpteen times before i could get the car in the slot. And even then, it was rather slanted. But my parking at my own carpark was good, done at one shot - SUI! hahaha.

Im still quite bad at roads. Still get panicky at times of confusion and dead ends (only TY will get what i mean. Ha.)

Sometimes i regret not going for Poly instead. So much more happening. Oh well. All is over. Now After exams is the time to make up for all the fun i lost.. Haa.. Ciaos..

Wont be blogging that often. Life's quite monotonous now. Its mugging, mugging and still mugging.

Needa chiong these 2 weeks.

Im looking forward to 24th MaY, my last day of exams. Hee. I need retail therapy! Ha.

2 persons thought that I'm not local. 1 thought im Indonesian, another thought im Malaysian. Does my english/mandarin really sound weird/different/funny?? And do i look not local? =/

Bday celebration for Daisy and Sam.

All of us gathered for this joyous occasion. Really Happy that ALL the usual gang are able to make it =D It's almost like a big family reunion. Tsk tsk. Had our dinner at PS Swensen's. Our 2 birthday ladies very 大牌.. late for near 45mins. Ha. I had cheesy roasted chicken. I was laughing like nobody's business when I saw Mabel's utensils. They were damn huge i tell u. The Fork and Spoon were nearly twice the size of our usual ones. Nearly "died" laughing. lol. Will definitely post up the pic we took with the HUGE utensils. Dont be shocked then. lol. Chit chatted all e way while eating. Had so much fun with the peeps. Anw, yuyu and I went to order 2 earthquakes (as the bday cakes) for the 2 gals. Yes, with candles too. The waiter was a little blur (?) as she came with the unlighted candles and only lighted them up when she's reached our tables =.= Spoilt the surprise we had for them. But the manager took us aback by getting all (?) the waiters to sing a bday song to them! Ha. Can imagine how shocked the gals were? I was extremely pleased with the manager =D Yummy earthquake to replace the ben & jerry's free cone i've missed. Tsk.

Headed to Istana Park for a little bit of sabotage. Sort of screwed up the original plan. But i noe daisy had lots of fun splashing people with water and the apple juice. hee. I tink allen and eugene ran the most, being the ones chased by dear daisy. Was already 11.30 when eugene sent us home.

Although the original plan wasnt as smooth, I guess all of us had some fun and relax after studying so hard =D

full day for econs lect. its over~ phew. 2 of my friends kena questioned by amos. me and michelle were in between them.. 可说是有惊无险啊.. The whole lecture i was trying to understand what he's asking and teaching. This is certainly not easy especially when u have to copy n listen to his explanations simultaneously.

Not much appetite for both lunch and dinner. Ate a little only =(

The stress is getting into me. Eating me up day by day =/

The glass fell to the floor and broke into pieces. It's broken now.

1st lect with amos. LT was the auditorium style. I absolutely disklike such LTs for lecture due to the puny table attached to each chair. I had to put some stuff on my lap and my pencil case dropped 3 times? Irritating seats. I felt so constrained in it, as if I could move more than a few inches. Moreover, my puny table isnt level, my pens could just jolly well roll to the ground if i do place them there (if you noe wad i mean). Anyway, amos did not look any bit like in my dreams. Tsk tsk. He looks like a character from the cartoon - adam's family.. okok. I noe im mean. Hur. He didnt look as mean as I previously heard until.. he started being sarcastic and picking students to answer his questions. I was praying hard he'll not call out on me to ans any and was "hididng" myself behind ppl to avoid being spotted. HaHa. Im just so not prepared for his lecture la. But it was quite a close shave as he did called out as many 4 ppl around me (and i mean just a few seats away) to ans. Oh well, it'll be black top + black jacket for tml's lecture. teehee.. Amos spent the whole lecture on chpt 1. PPF and efficiency. I was so lost when he ask questions like "An economy which is efficient cannot have unemployment. T/F?". I knew the answer was False. But I got no clue to how I get the answer. And if he ever did shoot me with this qn, I may just be dumbfounded. The whole efficiency thingy, Im just so lost. In fact, Im quite lost during the whole lecture. ARgh. This is bad bad bad. I need to speed up my revision for econs esp. I need to understand them. I need to be able to do questions. Freak. AH. shan't tok about it anymore. 2 more lectures to go.

Anyway. I gt back my Econs and IBM paper. IBM - failed. expected la. Miraculously, i PASSED econs with 43. I was like WTH?! But anyway, amos said if the paper is marked by him, the chance of passing is ONLY 0.2%... whereas the passing rate for papers marked by his colleagues will be MUCH higher. And obviously, mine wasnt marked by him. He even said that to get a "more accurate" analysis, divide this mark by 10. =.=|| so relatively, i get 4 marks only. HA. Horrible. I would like to complain abit. My econs paper isnt really marked. No ticks. NO comments. No marks by the side. Only the front cover is awarded marks. Dots. Now, how do I know which are right and which are wrong?????

I embarrassed myself on bus 88 today =( Single deck bus. packed with people. I was at the back door area. SO when the bus stopped for passengers to alight, I held my bag lower so that I wont obstruct others as much. After the passengers alighted, I raised up my bag, wanting to carry it on my shoulder.. and guess what.. my bag "pulled" against the little rubbish bin at the door and lifted it up.. and alot of rubbish flew out and landed on the steps. The bin then swinged back to the side with a loud THUD. OMG OMG OMG. SO malu k. I was so paiseh and was trying to feigned ignorance and pretended nth had happened.

Went to crash IBM ytd. N-a-g-e-b was a little more siao then the previous lectures. Maybe cos it's the last lecture? Ha. The longest ever ibm lecture, from 1.30pm - 5.45pm. But I guess everyone enjoyed his cranky lectures. Was suppose to meet cousins and aunt at 7.30pm bugis area. To celebrate my bro's 17th bday. As i was way early before the meeting time, I've decided to take the LONG route of bus 61 instead of the half-hr bus + MRT trip to bugis. And guess what. The bus trip took a whooping 1 hr 30mins. =.=|| I thought would only take me an hr. Long trip man. Was listening to music and thinking through some stuff..

Anw, We wanted to have steamboat but the ppl there only gave us 1 table for the 7 of us. Hmm. Too "squeezy" liao la. ZZZ. And Phin's restaurant was rather packed too. Finally, we decided on V8 Cafe @ bugis. Yumms. I had their signature dish - grilled chicken with cheese and bacon. Delicious~ Took a few pics. I was kinda in a daze (must have been the long reflection on the bus la. Hur). After dinner just walk around for a while before heading home.

Cant remember all. but there's one part whereby a girl infront of me keep writing and didnt reply amos when he asked finishing writing or not. then the girl kena criticised by amos. HA. the rest i cant remember already. haha..

Im planning 2 bday celebrations in view of the coming exams. Im glad a few of you offered to help/ or least show more concern about this. For the rest of you, i hope that u guys can be a little more spontaneous in replying sms.. I noe exam's round the corner, but just a little time out for dinner shld be ok i hope?...

Funny dreams.

It's always amazing how our brain works at times, especially at night. I often get kind of weird dreams. It's the wrong people at the wrong place. For eg, I dreamt of my JC friends in my secondary school. Ha.

Had some weird dreams last night too.

1. i dreamt that i was in Amos' econs lecture (fyi, i have Not had his lecture yet. next wk.). Think I've been hearing too much from Elin. Ha.

2. i dreamt that i saw the whole group of campus superstar 3rd round contestants somewhere. And i noticed a finalist from NYJC. Saw Li Fei Hui also. ---- After i woke up, i flipped the magazine & realised that there's really one guy from NY who really did make it to the 3rd round audition =.=

3. In my dreams, I was having a flu out of a sudden. And I had to buy a packet of tissue paper from this machine. The machine was quite big, size of a household washing machine. The scene was quite weird in the sense that the packets of tissue papers were all placed on the surface and its like im having problem inserting the coins into the machine. Aiya. I dunno how to say la. lol.

4. Shihan appeared in my dreams and was attempting to speak Mandarin to me. But before he say anything, the dream ended. Ha..

Ok. That's all. Ha. Back to eeeeeeconss..

went to 扫墓 again today.. this time round the paternal side. Went to the Bright Hill there before heading towards LCK cemetry. Was raining. the ground was wet and MUDDY. Kinda regretted wearing slippers there, should have worn shoes instead. Anyhow, I still like the feeling of meeting up with my relatives =D

went back to change before driving out to acc my cousin buy ipod nano. Couldnt find the raffles city carpark entrance.. made some roundabout in the area for abt 15mins before chancing upon the carpk entrance. hahaha. I didnt know the shops in funan closes at 8+? -.- in the end made a wasted trip. But oh well, managed to catch a breather outside i guess..

Erm. But I feel really guilty cos I didnt really study today. Oh man, another day gone just like that.

Tml's the 9th. which means.... a month to the start of UOL EXAMS.

It seems that quite a few people around me are having some kind of r/s prob. Well, I feel that I dont really give good advices but at least I would provide some listening ear.

Some things just need lots of patience. While others are just not meant to be yours.. If that's the case, perhaps it's time to move on.. trying again and again may just tire you out only.. Remember life isnt only about this.. so why not focus yr energy on other stuff?..

If it's yours, it yours. If it isn't, it never will be. Just be glad that he/she did cross yr path in your life.. ..

I know im contradicting myself. It's always easy to say but often difficult to do.

It's Good Friday today.. and guess what.. I had maths uol lecture today despite today being a PH -.- I was rather surprised by the high turn-up for lecture though. Dr Martin is a nice and friendly lecturer. Although he has quite abit of british accent, his words were articulated clearly which sort of made it easy for us to catch his words. He was extremely fast in the calculations, as if they were as easy as 1 + 1. Today was the most enjoyable lecture so far (and i think it will be.) I simply cant imagine the upcoming econs lecture.. Heard the lecturer is pretty nasty... hmm hmm..

Lunched with yanting, zhiwei and lois at NP alumni cafe. Yumms. But as usual, went back late for lecture (oops).

UOL pbf today.

Waited for near 20mins before 74 came. NON AIRCON. WT*. Vulgarities almost came out of my mouth k. I really HATE it when non aircon bus comes especially I had no time to wait for the next one. Was complaining to my friends. haha. It's a long journey lor. Why cant u all let us have a comfy journey to school. Non aircon bus means wind dirty wind/air (wadever u call it) blowing onto the faces of passengers, so yucky man. Messed up hair again and again whenever the bus stops n goes again. It's horrible. And the seats were so far apart. No support for my bag when it's placed on my lap. I had to like hug on to my bag the whole trip in case everyting falls onto the floor. Had a hard time falling asleep with all these disturbances (although in the end i still did. Hee. im a pig i know.). ARghh.. really feel like writing an email to complain. lol.

I'll pray hard I get an aircon bus for the rest of the week. Maybe I should come out earlier so that I wont take the same bus which I did for a few occasions already.

I WAN TO GET BACK MY SCRIPTS!!!! *ROARS*

Studied a teeny bit of econs before I went to 扫墓 with my family. Went to Mandai 1st then lim chu kang. Was quite packed actually, lots of ppl paying respect to their loved ones. There'll be anOther round of 扫墓 next week too, for my paternal side next time round. After that we wondered around the area and stumbled into the CCK coast guard area, then walked arnd there. Nth much there. Swampy area. Saw some mussels in the muddy soil. I didnt know that mussels are actually found in this kind of swampy places. Ewww.

We found the dragonfruit farm! I only found out today that dragonfruits actually come from Cactus Plants! Im quite amazed. Lol. (Pardon me. I know im "sua gu" =P). Was rather disappointed I didnt get to c the Pink dragonfruits on the plants; only saw the green unriped ones. Boo. Anyway, the place sells dragonfruit can drinks! Woah. Not sold in supermarkets wor. Hee. The taste's not bad, little bit of sweetness. Hee.

Lunched at AMK. Then walked around the AMK hub. Was hoping to get a bag.. but the one which caught my eye was too big for me =(

Just changed my HP plan to Student iOne Plus so that I could get the 3G card. Now the plan cost $25.. much more ex compared to the $7 PODLITE plan I had. But the thing gd about this plan is that i get 1000 free sms, free in-coming (podlite dont offer this), and $50 worth of free calls made in Campus! Woohoo. Now, making calls in and out in campus is FREEEEE.. MUAHAHA... Roughly compared the prices for the 2 plans, about the same price, quite worth it! HA.

Start of another week. 4 UOL lectures this week. SO siong man. Yawnz.
