Monday 11th October 2010
Rushed down to Ion to meet Ken for dinner.
After much deliberation, we decided to eat at Bali Thai.
I overestimated myself by ordering Tom Yam soup and glass noodles fried in Tom Yam soup sauce.
Wow! my lips almost burst after drinking the Tom Yam soup and eating the glass noodles. Seeing me in pain, Ken decided to exchange dishes with me. So I ate his XO sauce noodles which was milder as compared to my original dish. Thanks dear.
After dinner, we walked around and decided to eat ice cream. He brought me to the basement food court and introduced the Hokkaido ice cream to me. I ordered Matcha ice cream with condensed milk! It was heavenly! Yumz.
Left Ion around 9.20pm to pick his sister from tuition at Novena Square. Went home after that.

Anyway, during lunchtime, we had a birthday celebration for one of my department colleagues. We had pizza and most importantly, the sweet and spicy drumlets!!! WOOT!

My parents came to pick me up after work and we headed to Orchard Mandarin for dinner. Ate at Pine Court Restaurant on the 37th level.
The food was so so and the service sucks! Will never come back again!

After dinner, my family was craving for ice cream, so I brought them to the Hokkaido ice cream which Ken introduced to me the other day! They liked it a lot.
Went to Jack's Place and bought my mum's cake and we headed home for cake cutting.

Went home for dinner after work as Ken has to attend his great grandma's wake. Later, I met Ken, Sam, Kenny and Weini at Iluma for the movie, Piranha. The show was damn gross can.
Was supposed to attend the wake after the movie but it was 12am after the show and his mum called to say that all the relatives were leaving. Hence, we postponed to the next day.

My family and I went for the graduation family studio shoot in the evening.

After that, we went for dinner at Hai Tien Lo @ Pan Pacific Hotel.

The food that we ordered was uber! Especially the cod fish and duck.
After dinner, we went home and I left for the wake at Jalan Pemimpin shortly after. When I reached there, all of them were in the midst of the 'crossing bridge' ritual. Hence, I sat at the table by myself.
The ritual was over around 11pm and they came over to sit with me. There was Koi too! OMG. Everyone left around 12.30am and Ken sent us home.
Rushed down to Ion to meet Ken for dinner.

Took a cab down to Far East Shopping Centre to meet Ken for dinner at Shashlik. Well, many people told me the food is nice but I think The Ship is better.

Traveled to Serangoon Gardens after work and it seemed forever! HAHA.
Met Jonny at the bus stop while waiting for Mark and Joy to turn up.
Once everyone was there, we went over to Video King to rent some DVDs before heading over to Chomp Chomp to pack some food back to Joy's place.
Preparing vodka with longan.
Add some vodka.
Dinner time.

We left Joy's place around 12am. Mark dropped me off at J8 while Jonny somewhere near CTE.
Baby was waiting for me already. I ran to his car and we left for Rail Mall. Ate supper at Ah Mei cafe.

This morning, I came to know from my colleagues that there was a blackout over the weekends. As usual, HR and Tender team continued working after 6pm and there was a blackout. The switchboard has tripped. My colleague Jimmy turned on the switch on the switchboard and we resumed working. 5 minutes later, it tripped again! This carried on for another 3 times and we decided to call off the day.

Reached office and found out the switch tripped again. Oh no...
So HR, IT and half of Tender team stopped working in the morning while the electrician came down to repair the switchboard. Everything went back to normal after lunch. Then at night, my department left for our ex-colleague, Ali's place for Hari Raya visiting. He was our despatch driver but his leg was amputated because of diabetes. Reached there and saw a spread of food laying on the table! It really looked like buffet! HAHA. Not to mention that the food was damn good! His wife is really a very good cook! I love the fried chicken wings. We left his place around 9pm and Jimmy sent Yati and I home while the rest took Charlotte's car.

Our department had a lunch celebration today. It was to celebrate Krishnan's promotion. He treated us to lunch. Our President & CEO and CFO came to join us for the lunch too. During the lunch session, we received an email from the Management that PUB has awarded us the LSWW project! I can smell another celebration! The whole HQ was invited to the Company celebration held at our President & CEO's favourite location..... The Queen & Mangosteen! HAHA. So all of us turned up at Vivo at 4pm.

Baby love called me at 5pm to join him for dinner. So I left around 7.30pm and kind Jimmy drove me to town. Met baby love at Wheelock Sun with Moon and we had dinner there. I realised that eating after drinking is a very bad idea. Can't really taste the food. HAHA. After dinner, we went to Borders as baby wanted to buy some investment books. In the end, he bought 4 books and the bill was approx $200. -_-" He sent me home after that.

Went to MOM to collect the Employment Pass on behalf of my Chairman and then met my parents for lunch at Esplanade. The Peranakan food was good. After lunch, I rushed back to office for a meeting while my parents checked in to Swissotel The Stamford for staycation. They had 2 nights complimentary stay there. WOOT!
Left office at 6pm as my dad came to pick me up. I need to get some things from home for the staycation. After that, dad sent me to PS to meet baby for dinner. We ate dinner at Manhattan Fish Market before watching the show, The Other Guys. The show was funny but I was too tired that I fell asleep during the show. Haha.
After the show, we cabbed back and baby dropped me at Swissotel.

Woke up at 10am and went for breakfast downstairs with my mum. We had Subway and then coffee at Starbucks. It really felt like we're on vacation! HAHA. I even prompt my mum to go shopping with me but failed because we need to pick my little sister up from class.
After picking up my sister, we went to Esplanade for my favourite foot reflexology! What made me happier was that I managed to get my favourite therapist! She's damn popular as her schedule is always packed to the brim and I can't get her to do my foot everytime when I request for her. She's very pretty and hot! HAHA. Can't help but kept peeping at her. Sometimes I wonder if I'm a lesbian. WAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH.
Pok pok came to meet us after the foot reflex. We had toastbox for tea while my dad and little sis went for a swim at the hotel.
I cabbed down to Dempsey to meet baby, his bro and Kenny for dinner at PS Cafe. His bro's gf came shortly after. The sinful desserts.
After dinner, we sent his bro to Boon Keng to meet some guy before we went over to PS to catch Detective Dee. The show was good and a long one too... Baby dropped me off at Swissotel before sending the rest home. Zzzz
