rainbows and Easter, part 1

We didn't really do a whole lot for St. Patrick's Day...a little fruit loop rainbow fun was just about it for us.  Stella loved making her bracelet and then eating it, of course...Sawyer, on the other hand, just really liked eating them. :)

To kick off the Easter season, we joined the fun at the Andler's annual Easter Egg hunt.  There was a great group of kids and the weather wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.  The kids had a snack, did a craft, heard about the real meaning of Easter, and hunted Easter eggs.

The next day, we went to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny, and hunted more Easter eggs, inside, since it was raining.

Sawyer has talked about this a lot since Saturday.  "me, sit on Easter Bunny's laaaaap" "big ears...big bunny" (he holds out a lot of his words) :)

more to come.... :)

March, so far

It seems like our days have been a little ordinary lately, and I've neglected the camera, so I've been trying to do better...  Here  are a few pics of what March has looked like for us.
Stella has REALLY been into coloring lately...she will literally color for an hour.  These are color by number...

we finally had a warm day...and it just so happened to be on a day neither of them took a nap...so we headed outside for a practice Easter egg hunt :)

how does Stella look 12 in this picture...ok, not really 12, but really big..

Headed for the ball/rodeo? No.....just Wal-Mart :)

they had to dance before heading out the door :)

I think this little car is the best money we've ever spent.  I have so many pictures of them riding around the yard...

Stella doesn't nap everyday, and we haven't done a lot of "school" stuff lately, so this past week we worked on a few things while "bub" was asleep.

Dairy Queen!

This morning, Stella had a little meltdown because she wanted to wear her purple dress, but it needed tobe washed, so we compromised and dressed like twins, instead. She seemed pretty happy about it :)

then, she wanted to take a picture of Mommy and Daddy :)

fun times

We've all had a few firsts the past several weeks in the Bradley house.  A few weeks back, we went to Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing with a group from our church and luckily, Stella was able to go too!  It was just tubing with only 5 lanes, but it was perfect!  We had so much fun!
Can you tell how excited she is? :)

Stella had to ride in a tube by herself, but she didn't seem to mind :)

Last week, for Aunt Emily's b-day, we went to Kate's Skating Rink.  It was literally like stepping back in to time.  Some things had changed, but some things, like the smell of dirty feet, had remained the same. Stella and Sawyer, both had fun.

I think this was Sawyer's favorite part!

Lately, the kids like to get in our bed...after it's been made of course, and read...no, they don't re-make the bed afterwards...it stays messed up the rest of the day :)

and a little randomness...Sawyer picking lent from his toes :)

Happy Monday!
