Dawn and Carli went out to New York for a long Memorial Day Weekend! They had a lot of fun and as always had Aunt Pat and Uncle Jon as a great host (THANKS!!!) They were able to eat great food (Turkish, Old Devil Moon, Street Fair surprises, New York pizza and bagels, ect.), some yummy desserts (Serendipity and China Town Ice Cream Factory), do a lot of shopping (who can pass up H&M, China Town, 5th Avenue & Toys R Us in Times Square, ect.), see a Yankees game (last season in the old stadium), check out some Navy ships (it's Fleet Week), see a lot of cute sailors walking around in uniforms (HOTTIES!!!) and even see a Broadway show (Mary Poppins-it was really good), walk for miles and miles, make to some museums, see some sights and even navigate the bus and subway system all in the matter of 5 days!!! Needless to say we need a vacation to get over our vacation!

On the 15th we went out to Chili's for dinner, Hallie had originally picked hot dogs for dinner so we were very happy when she changed her mind and decided on Chili's! We then went back to Grammy and Papa's house for the "practice cake" and ice cream. **Ashley remembers having doll cakes when we were little so she decided to make Hallie one, so this was the practice** Then on Saturday we had a Princess BBQ. Hallie sure was spoiled, but that's what you get when you have 3 sets of grandparents, 4 sets of great grandparents and a lot of aunts, uncles and cousins!
